Incompetent employees. I bought a hand cream, took a cream for promotions, and the price turned out to be higher at the checkout. I mentioned that there is a different price tag. I returned to this cream and clarified with the girl employee who was standing next to me that I had a different price at the checkout. To which the girl replied that it was yesterday's promotion and today the cream has a different price. When I mentioned that they had to sell the cream to me at the stated price, the only thing she could offer was to make a refund and said that some employees were making concessions and selling at the specified price. After the funds were refunded to the card, I asked for a book of comments. When asked why I needed the book, I replied that I wanted to write about their failure to comply with the law. The girl began to deny it, recalling that she had spoken about "concessions." I reminded her that I was only offered a refund. Unfortunately, I didn't have enough time to engage in controversy, so I decided to just leave. For store employees, compliance with the law is a concession... There are no words...

The situation in the store is unpleasant, there is some kind of smell and disorder.
