The cashiers did not know what to do, they said it was not a return payment and called Lyulevich Alexandra Mikhailovna for help, who refused to do anything. To say that they can't return the used pencil, it's not marketable anymore (although why resell the defect). I didn't have a receipt, but I know that by law the cashier has a second receipt for just that. As a result, they started telling me, "tell me the receipt number, there's nothing without the receipt." I offered to time it (I know the exact time of purchase, I also know that any cashier should be able to do this, they just didn't want to solve it for me), of course, they refused to time it and there were no offers. My claims that, according to the law, marriage should be considered at least, were simply ignored. As a result, I asked for a statement and a book of complaints, to which Lyulevich Alexandra Mikhailovna silently left and did not return)) After some time, I asked the cashier how long I had to wait for the complaint book, and the cashier immediately took it out in a second. I wrote a complaint, but no one contacted me. This attitude is not the case. The cashiers were mostly silent, but there was no help. If I had been given proof that this was not a marriage, or if I had been offered an alternative instead of being bullied, I would not have complained.
