We just returned from vacation, and I want to tell you - it was a wonderful, memorable vacation! The hotel was pleasantly surprised. We arrived at 10 a.m. local time, and we were checked in within 40 minutes. The room was given with a view of the school. The room itself was tired, but it didn't matter to us, we were almost never at the hotel. The only thing was that something was noisy at night, sometimes it interfered with sleep. Water, 1.5 liters, was brought every day, even if the previous bottle was not opened. There were also a couple of tea bags, coffee, sugar and dry cream in the room. In the bathroom they put: shampoo, shower gel, body lotion and soap. There were no slippers or bathrobes. Keep in mind: there are no sockets in the rooms that we are used to, but we were provided with an adapter, even though we had our own) As for the food, it was the same type, but we had enough. I would like more desserts) The staff is just wonderful. They always smiled and helped to solve any issues. The beach is a 7-10 minute walk from the hotel, at the Lu Lu Hotel. To get there, cards were issued at the reception upon check-in, which could be exchanged for towels in the Lu-Lu itself. On the beach, you could find free sunbeds at almost any time. The beach is clean, the water is warm and clear, but keep in mind, there are biting crabs and stinging starfish! But they rarely met) Earlier, there were complaints in the comments about the employees of the Lu-Lu hotel, but we have never encountered the problems described below. And also an important point: it is very rare where there are pedestrian crossings, along the coastline you had to run right through the highway! I would like to say a special thank you to Ramil, who compiled an excursion program for us during our stay in the UAE. We had a chance to go on as many as 5 excursions! We visited Abu Dhabi, Dubai, rode jeeps in the desert, saw the show on the water "La Perle" at the Dubai Theater, and also went to the neighboring state of Oman! Ramil will definitely select excursions for you according to your requests! And the prices are much nicer than those of tour operators. It can always be found on the 1st floor on the left at the reception) In general, we were delighted with our stay in the UAE, we will definitely return!

I really liked the hotel. Cozy, clean. The staff is friendly. We ate in the restaurant of this hotel only very tasty and the portions are huge. I recommend the hotel for 100% clean private beach across the street 5 minutes walk. Crossing the road is no problem. Prayers from the mosque could be heard from the room, of course. There is a clothesline in the bathroom. The kettle has a very short cord. Cleaning, towel change every day. I just don't understand why there is no duvet cover. A blanket on both sides in the sheets. But blankets are not washed for sure. There is a warm swimming pool on site. There is also a toilet and a shower room. Ramil is a wonderful young man who sells guided tours. Sells without any trips to the shops. It's all about the case. She can advise and choose for every taste. Always in touch. What you need for a holiday is comfort, convenient location, close to the sea, delicious food, cleanliness. It's all in this hotel. The service is 4 out of 5. we arrived at 23.40 and checked in for about an hour.so. as there were 3 families. The room was given the wrong one for which we booked, 2 beds for 3 people. They didn't swear, they were tired.the reception said that everything was busy, but the friendly staff moved the beds, brought a bunch of blankets, made them, they don't speak Russian.. We communicated through a translator on the phone. The food is meager.. But, no one left hungry. The beach across the street at the Lou Lou Hotel is 5-7 minutes on foot..there was a bus 8.20 to the beach at 12 back.the sea is gorgeous, fine, white sand.The room was on the 1st floor 109. the view from the window to the concrete fence, the windows open 10 cm no more, there is a grid on the windows.. It was dark all the time, we tried to open the window from the curtains so as not to let much light into the room.. There is nowhere to dry the laundry, this is a big minus.. Dried in where necessary so it was damp,. The toilet was leaking.. The cleaning is average, towels and soap accessories were constantly not reported.. Everyone was put on 2, and we were 3.. they went to the reception and asked.. Nice pool, clean.But, it still didn't hurt to have a great rest¡!! The location of the hotel is excellent. Not far from shops, pharmacy, buses went from the hotel to the market and to Dubai.

My son and I rested here for 3 days, a room with a view of the pool🙂I really liked the breakfast-a large selection and delicious👍🏻we had lunch a couple of times on the menu-it's also delicious! The sea, the beach is nearby, 5 minutes from the hotel - the LouLou hotel is gorgeous there, the water is turquoise🤩and the pools there are very good -everything can be used✌🏻And I also liked the pool of our hotel-large, clean, with a waterfall-cozy and beautiful💛

We rested for 10 days in the second half of March 23. The hotel met our expectations! Everything that was read in 99% of the reviews completely coincided! Price / quality-we were satisfied!!! They took only breakfast.The choice of food is what you would expect from a 3-star hotel! FOOD: Tea, coffee from the coffee machine, then-in a circle-sliced cheese (2 varieties), sausage, cucumbers, tomatoes, greens.salad. Milk soup (options-with rice, vermicelli or oatmeal.porridge).Boiled eggs; bacon or sausages; legumes (like fosol); rice with fish or pasta with gravy from grated tomatoes; then-steamed vegetables + potato balls (or French fries).There was something similar to mashed potatoes.Triangles with cabbage. Separately hot.and cold.milk! The dessert table is also not diverse - cupcakes, croissants.Jams, honey, cream.oil is in small packages. You can also use the toaster yourself. We cooked fried eggs by order: fried eggs or "mixed" -at your request! THE ROOM is the same as in the photo and in the description-only a modern TV! I really liked everything, everything is very decent for a three-star hotel. The hotel has a swimming pool with sun beds and towels. We only have breakfast, there are fruits and vegetables, pastries, drinks, an omelet with vegetables and much more, you will definitely not stay hungry. The numbers are not killed. Before that, we were in the top four, I liked this three-piece much more. The sea is across the street, the city beach. A little further away is the beach with free sun beds and umbrellas.

The hotel is not bad for its money. We took breakfast - it's a little meager, but you won't stay hungry. The rooms are slightly dilapidated. There is a swimming pool, towels are provided. Very friendly staff, they speak Russian. Without any problems, we were settled 2 hours earlier than the scheduled time, and when we were evicted, we were allowed to hang out on the territory for another 3 hours, use towels and toilets. In the cafe you can eat for little money (if you didn't take breakfast and dinner). For example: my husband and I took a large burger with fried eggs (served with potatoes, salad), rice with shrimp (also a large portion), French fries one for two. Tea was in the room, so they didn't take any of the drinks. Vme is for 29 dirhams. That is, for about 650 rubles. A burger with a side dish for 10-12 dirhams is unlikely to be found anywhere else. For example, in a Starbucks nearby, only a cookie costs 11 dirhams, and in the cafeteria of Carrefour (in Deira Mall), an unfortunate hot dog costs 8 dirhams.

Everyone is smiling and trying their best. Friendly staff. Russian russians feel like this is a hotel) there are a lot of Russians vacationing. The rooms are clean. Cleaning, if necessary, every day. They clean up cleanly. There are no complaints. It is clear that the staff values their workplace. The food is delicious, and the desserts are delicious. You definitely won't stay hungry here) the only negative is the humidity in the room, the laundry dries badly. Since there are no balconies. Another thing is the guide of the Apechtig company - a meeting with the guide is appointed when it is convenient for him, and not for you, sit and wait. Christina was our guide. He talks about excursions without interest, as he does a favor. We still took a sightseeing tour of Dubai from them, we regretted it. The guide who conducted the tour tells in broken phrases, it is felt that the knowledge is purely superficial - in the end they did not like the tour, they were very sorry that they did not take a sightseeing tour from Alla. We only took breakfast. We liked the food: porridge, cereals, greens, vegetables, fruits, sausages, local dishes, pastries. From breakfast, as hamsters left. there is a green zone on the territory of the hotel, which most hotels located in the center of Sharjah do not have. We really liked it.
