We were at the hotel in late February-early March. Everything was fine, there are minor flaws, but they do not affect the quality of your stay. I'll start from the beginning. We checked in right away, at about 11:30. While they were processing the documents, they offered a welcome drink - cold karkade and a piece of biscuit. After the night flight, it was very convenient. The room was given on the 1st floor. There are 2 negative points here: -all rooms on the 1st floor are adjacent (i.e. 2 rooms have an adjacent door, the audibility is very good, even if you speak softly) - and all rooms are without a view or with a view of the fence. That's where the cons ended. There are 4 lamps in the room in the corners and by the bed, there is no overhead light. The curtains are blackout, they don't let the light through at all. There is one outlet, if you turn off 2 lamps, there will be 3. Adapters are needed. We have our own adapter and extension cord for 3 sockets. We had enough. Cleaning is done daily, towels are changed, the bed is made, the garbage is taken out. Toilet paper was sometimes forgotten to replenish. 1.5 liters of water, tea, coffee, and sugar were replenished daily. Cosmetics in the bathroom were also replenished regularly. The reviews saw that guests complained about the lack of a rope for drying swimsuits. We didn't find it either. When we hung the swimsuits on the chairs, the cleaner pulled a string for us in the bathroom and hung our swimsuits there. It is located behind the door, such a nickel-plated washer pulls a string out of it, and on the opposite wall there is a socket holder for it. There is Wi-Fi on site, but it is weak in the room, you need to catch it. Stable in public areas. We had only breakfast meals. Monotonous, but quite tasty. There are problems with coffee - the milk or grain in the coffee machine is running out. The workers are somehow sluggishly eliminating this. Everything else is fine. You can come to dinner for cash, it costs 70 AED per 1 person. We didn't go, I can't say anything. On Sunday, after returning from the beach, we found an announcement near the restaurant that only today from 12:00 to 15:00 lunch is 30 rubles per person. But it was already 15:00, we didn't have time. Is it regular or a one-time promotion, I don't know We go to the beach in Lu-Lu. Towels are given out, there are enough sun beds and umbrellas for everyone now. Regarding the second visit in 1 day, I think it is possible. We went out, the towels were handed over, the card was taken away. Then we came, we got the towels, we gave the card away. The beach is nice, clean enough. Garbage from vacationers. Cigarette butts are buried in the sand, napkins, packages are blown away by the wind - no one is in a hurry to pick up. There is no culture. And the workers are cleaning up. During strong waves, a red flag was hung out, they were not allowed into the water, and whistled to those entering the water. Locker room, shower, toilet - everything is there, everything is clean in the morning. It gets a little dirty during the day, they don't keep track. The sea is invigorating now ~23. But these are personal feelings, there is no thermometer. From the hotel there is a transfer to the Steam Trains market in Sharjah daily at 9:00 and at 15:30 there and at 11:30 and 19:30 back, and to Dubai Deira City Center at 9:30 and at 16:00 there and 12:30 and 20:30 back. We have been going to Sharjah for the 5th year, before that we had always been at the nearby SummerLand hotel, but this year there are some exorbitant prices for 2*, so the choice fell on this hotel. We were there on 02/14/2023-02/21/2023 LOCATION: excellent! The free beach is 10 minutes away. The beach is always clean and lifeguards are sitting. A little further there is a paid beach, but we haven't been there this year. Not very far away there is a 24-hour supermarket with adequate prices (el khalediah 548), as well as a nearby shop in a nearby hotel (but the prices are overpriced there). The area of villas, there are no skyscrapers around, everything is calm. SERVICE AND STAFF: at the level, but there is something to fix. They will always open the door at the entrance, offer to drink, answer any question (there are no Russian speakers at the reception). All the staff are kind and helpful, but we had a problem with the equipment in the room, which was never fixed. Everyone in the restaurant is smiling, everyone is kind and friendly. FOOD: I liked it too. Someone writes that "everything is the same, there is no diversity." There is a buffet and, if desired, you can independently change the combination of dishes. To get scrambled eggs or scramble, you need to ask the staff separately, they can cook whatever you want. There is also a coffee machine with delicious coffee. Always fresh vegetables and fruits. Yes, in general, everything is fresh. And also different types of meat. Everything is very tasty and satisfying. There is definitely a choice, something changed every day, so we were satisfied. ROOMS: leave much to be desired, everything is very old and ancient. In order to switch from the faucet to the shower in the shower cabin, you need to lower the hose. Yes, the most strange design, which, of course, did not work. We got a non-working refrigerator, which we never got fixed, there was 0 sense from it. Room for 3 people (3 adults) this is a double room, but + they will bring you a cot. It is extremely cramped to go for three adults. There are no other rooms here, so that's the only way. There is nowhere to dry things, we bought a special hanger, where everything was hooked. We cleaned the rooms every day, but sometimes we had to ask them to clean up again. At first they didn't give out toothbrushes. They asked, but it turned out they were not given out. THE TERRITORY OF THE HOTEL: we were satisfied. There is a clean swimming pool, which is always at a comfortable temperature. The territory is clean, no garbage. Everything is beautifully decorated, everything is in vegetation. BEACH: we went to the free Sharjah Beach, it was also possible to pay for Al Khan, but this is further. When there's a storm, they don't let us near the water, so we walked next to the abandoned territory. From the hotel we were given a card for passage to the beach of the LuLu hotel. There he is with sun beds, deck chairs. Very well maintained, towels are provided. Beach towels are not issued at the Sharjah Premier Hotel, take them with you. There are free buses to Deira City Center (Dubai), Sharjah City Center and steam trains.
