When I tried to return one of the items, she claimed that she would not accept it because the package did not match the picture on the website. We showed her the information from the seller, which indicated the correct configuration, but she insisted that we were wrong. After all, the picture does not match the content of the product. According to her, the picture is true, but there is no description of the seller and you need to focus only on the picture. In the end, we were right. Then there were problems with the jacket . The sweatshirt I got was a little dirty. I didn't consider it a marriage, and no one warned me that this filth was a marriage. However, the girl refused to accept it, saying that it was me who had soiled the thing in the fitting room. When I offered to look at the cameras to confirm my words, she categorically refused, saying: if you want to return it, wash it at home and then return it. The next day, the same girl came to pick up the goods again. She gave me three things from four. One thing I took away with the others was a refund. However, when I came home, I found that I had been charged for two items instead of one — for the second item, which she did not even give out. When she returned to her with this problem, she began to claim that she had given me all the things. Then she went to the warehouse to check the availability of the goods and returned with the words that she had given away. But today she decided to look through the cameras and confirm my words .At the same time, the last time I asked her to look at the cameras about the dirty sweatshirt, she refused and said that no one would do it. As a result, after watching the cameras, she returned to the warehouse and immediately brought me the missing product. Why she didn't do it the first time remains a mystery. This level of service is absolutely unacceptable! I hope that in the future this girl will become more attentive and professional in her work. After all, the client does not always know what is a marriage for the pick-up point and what is not.
