I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights Positive - the hotel is beautiful, the garden is amazing, the deluxe room is generally good. - the linen and the bed are good Minuses - I arrived at the hotel to drop off my things at 11:30 and check in, there was no room yet, I left my things and returned around 15:00, my things were still at the reception.I am sure that the current workload of the hotel allows you to be more attentive. - the room was not very clean, a piece of tangerine was lying by the trash on the first day and all 3 days, the floors were dirty (I ate an orange and drops got on the floor, it became sticky, and it was like that for 3 days), towels smell of bleach -the shared balcony of the rooms has a smoking area, there was one ashtray, when the ashtray came out, it was not there, they took it away and did not put a new one, it was like this for all 3 days, I went to get an ashtray every time. -dav cosmetics,previously was rebul atelier based on reviews - there are no bathrobes in the room - no body cream -the windows overlook the destroyed building, the windows are covered with Roman curtains, which cannot be properly lifted, even the employee could not.They are not a blackout - on a day off, the audibility from the street is catastrophic, half the night there was music, then drunks shouted and sang.It is possible to offer earplugs to guests. - there are no sockets by the bed, in the place where there should be sockets, they are at the bottom behind the bedside tables -Bedside lamps and the lamp on the table do not turn off from the switches, only from the wire. - there are no water glasses, just one glass in the tub.There was water at check-in, 2 for 0.5 and 3 for 0.33 with gas, they didn't put it on anymore. - the restaurant has absolutely mediocre food, before serving the dishes they serve bread with spread, the bread that we did not finish at breakfast.The guest of the hotel includes the service in the bill.The prices are very high, two pieces of lamb 900 lire, a glass of wine 300 lire, a glass of tea 60 lire (which is poured for free even on the street, and money is charged from the hotel guest) - the usual breakfast,omelette and eggs need to be asked, coffee too, butter is yellow in the package, this indicates his old age, jam is all it's old, I regret that I took a room with breakfast, it's better to eat in a cafe in the city. - the Internet was very bad, it didn't work on the balcony near the room - I didn't see any service or attention that many people wrote about.The staff is indifferent. - I left the hotel at 11:00 a.m., took my suitcase to the reception, it was closed, waited, no one came.I left the room key on the street. -It rained heavily one day, it was difficult to get to breakfast, it was possible to put umbrellas in the building for 5 rooms so that people could easily move around the hotel. A chic hotel on the central street of the old town. The territory is large enough for this area. The pool is large, there are few people in it. The staff is very friendly and speaks excellent English. We didn't take breakfast, but we often ate in the cafe at the hotel-it was very tasty. The room is beautiful, new. The only thing I would like is for the air conditioner to be a little quieter (the quietest mode blows quite strongly). There is a cool private beach in the rocks not far from the hotel (you have to go down to the sea, turn right and go to the Adalar Beach sign)

Initially, we checked into a room at a lower level than was booked, but since a friend had checked in the night before and wrote that the room was noisy and that the faucet was leaking, I asked for a quiet one and did not insist that I be moved to a room corresponding to the reservation, I thought it would be better to be quiet. There was no hot water in the room for 3 days, I did not receive any warning or at least an apology. When asked what to do, I was told that they were waiting for an answer from the technical services and wash under cold water. There is no iron in the hotel, which is also very strange. The room itself is dark, there are problems with lighting, only a sconce and a floor lamp, if you need good light - there is nowhere to take it, it is simply not provided. The mirror inside the cabinet is on the doors, which is very inconvenient, they are constantly closing and you need to hold it with your hand. There is no tulle on the windows. Dimming or tinting too. We opened the curtains to let in at least some daylight, but we found ourselves in full view of all the people, because everything is clearly visible from the street. But she was ready to turn a blind eye to all this until the last evening. I was returning late with a friend who sincerely recommended this hotel to me, and we got there, we wanted to go into the room so that she could change her clothes. And at the entrance, an employee just started yelling at us that she couldn't enter the room because the room was for two, and she was the third person. We tried to calmly explain that she just needed to change her clothes, she wasn't going to stay late, much less spend the night, he shouted that it wasn't his problem, let him wait on the street below. It felt like if we did something else, he'd grab our hands and throw us out into the street. I've never seen such a boorish attitude from the staff. There is no question of any Turkish hospitality. No apologies, no proper explanation that if she needed to change, she couldn't go up to the room, but she could use the downstairs toilet, as an example. It's just a cry that you can't and it's not his problem. Disgusting! I didn't want to stay in this place for a minute longer! The only positive thing about the hotel is the territory and location. But there are hundreds of hotels nearby with the same location, or maybe better, and also with a very beautiful territory!
