Hello, everyone!
Me and my 12 y.o. son stayed here from 24 Dec 2024 till 5 Jan 2025 and were very happy with our choice. The nice reception and the whole staff of the hotel were very kind and friendly towards tourists, all the problems were solved at the moment. The whole staff is very competent in their work. Special thanks go to the restaurant's staff. Guys, thank you for listening to our requests about preparing not too much spicy meals (you remember, Max suffers from asthma), for your extremely delicious dishes for dinner/lunch.
The third thanks goes to the driver who took us to the Al Khan beach every morning and back!
We miss our holidays over there already! We hope to see you again when we visit Dubai next time.

The hotel is OK, it's a very long walk, 40 minutes. There is a minibus to the beach. There is a shopping center nearby, The first one was to buy sweets there and exchange them for local currency. There is a swimming pool on the top floor of the hotel. Nice but cold.
They didn't congratulate you on your birthday!!!! I'm calling the reset at 23:40 to check if dessert is on the table. They say yes. 40 minutes pass, it was already 00:20. I'm calling, they're bringing dessert or not. And they say your doctor has already passed. I have never seen such a service before.

Excellent hotel, polite staff, I would say very polite, all problems are solved immediately, the room is clean, pleasant aromatization throughout the hotel, in the room too, the food is delicious, I really liked it) only pleasant memories, I would come back again, I recommend it!)
