Lived in a villa. Clean, beautiful, the staff is polite, responds to requests. The beach is clean, fine sand, the water is warm (it was in December) beauty for children! There was everything and a lot at breakfast, they never stayed hungry)

Finishing, decoration are all expensive- rich. One malachite staircase is worth something. The harpist is in the Hall every night! Gorgeous pools! Lots of advantages!

The hotel is very pleasant in all respects, especially in terms of service, there are always places on the beach and by the pool, sun creams and suntan oil, as well as towels in unlimited quantities. The hotel itself is very beautiful inside. They also constantly monitor the cleanliness of the room. We are happy with the rest.

I love this hotel, everything is fine here, but the newly opened disco from the outside does not let me sleep a single night. This is a complete wildness with an off-scale sound every day until 4 am!!! Despite the fact that I asked to give the number to the other side, the inexperienced girl at the reception ignored it. It's 3.30 at night, it's impossible to sleep, I'm writing this review.

Polite and caring staff. We were settled before the scheduled time in a room with a view of the Marina . The beach is clean. The room was cleaned every day! There was so much food that they regretted that not everything could be tasted: crabs and shrimps, various fish, several types of meat.

It is absolutely legal to walk along the beach, on a percentage of the hotel, a Turk named Mario walks, offers water entertainment. My husband and a friend agreed with him to go for a ride and discussed renting a private boat, having previously discussed the day and conditions. Mario insisted on signing some papers, assuring that it was just a reservation and did not oblige us to anything, we just said that it was not a fact that we would decide to go with him and did not want to get on any commission. A friend assured us that they say, don't be afraid, I'm an honest guy, this is not an obligation, this is a preliminary agreement. We go to Dubai and not to Turkey, so that we don't see cheaters, because there are simply no others in Turkey. We are used to the fact that people in the UAE are honest and hotels monitor private traders who are allowed into their territory. Then, my husband and a friend went for a ride, they were taken away from the beach on a rusty old boat… Doubts crept in immediately. They took pictures during the trip, assuring that it was a gift. As a result, money was taken for the photos… Well ok! They decided to abandon the boat. But then it turned out that this scoundrel Mario had already deducted from the deposit at the hotel the full cost for this Privet boat! The reception was asked to sort out and cancel the write-off. The lady at the reception could not resolve the situation in any way, we asked to call Mario, but, of course, his "boss" came, who explained that there was a "misunderstanding", and not a scam. And that he can only return 50 percent of the cost. The hotel, once again, did not help resolve the situation in any way, they did not even call the administrator. And the scam on their territory completely suits the administration. The percentile is dripping… In general, as in Turchaga, not a foot has been for a long time, and we do not recommend this hotel to anyone. We will use the services of those who monitor their reputation.

Great hotel. Nice and polite staff. Everything was at the highest level. Breakfast is a little meager, it gets boring after 3-4 days, when you already try everything) there are a lot of people by the pool, local people can come to the beach on weekends, but this does not make the hotel worse. I made cool friends here, everything was super))

We had a rest in 2022. Everyone who writes negative reviews is more like a picky. Because the hotel is objectively more than worthy. Breakfast: for every taste, fish, meat and dairy, fresh fruits and vegetables, Fresh fruits, smoothies, desserts and homemade cakes, cheeses, cold cuts, hot from the cook. It's impossible to go hungry! Breakfast is served inside or outdoors.
Polite and helpful, unobtrusive staff, a chic bed and soft linen. Huge clean pool, clean beach, lifeguards and great service from the staff of the beach. Don't believe negative reviews until you find yourself there. Then compare.

This is one of the best if not the best in its price category 5erka on a Palm Tree. I compare it with several, including Rixos, Sofitel and a couple of others. I really liked the design . And the rest of the terms of the service are at the level. Prices are just biting, especially in restaurants ...))

Cosmetics at the hotel are just wonderful, shower gel and cream smell very delicious. My room was cleaned by a man, unfortunately I don't remember his name, I gave him our Russian box of chocolates. He did well, he cleaned up for five plus, my big special thanks. In general, the hotel is not bad but very boring. It's the same with the family)
