My favorite hotel in Dubai! I have been coming to this hotel for many years now and always feel like home there! Very cozy, beautiful with its unique vibe and entourage! This year I stayed in this hotel for my birthday and the service was exceptionally wonderful and perfect! The treatment I received from each personnel was amazing! I received the birthday cakes and flowers in the room, at the breakfast and my bed was beautifully decorated with flowers! My emotions and experience I receive every my stay there and especially this year for my birthday are above grate! I am very grateful to the whole personnel and recommend this hotel for sure!🌟👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻

The hotel is located at the very end of the Palm Tree. It has a decent territory, a cozy area with pools and a clean beach with comfortable sun beds. There is a very comfortable cafe with a DJ on the beach. We had lunch there. It is worth noting the kitchen separately! Breakfast and dinner in the main restaurant were very pleased with the variety and taste of the dishes. We went to the Arabic restaurant on the ground floor next to the cinema (yes, there is a free cinema for hotel guests), which is generally rather inferior in taste to the main restaurant. Among the disadvantages, I would like to mention the room stock, which needs renovation and is not the most ideal service. Overall, I would give 8.5-8.7 out of 10. But the impression of the hotel and the rest is strictly positive. If you compare it with the Ritz on Jumeirah and the old Atlantis, then this hotel is inferior to them, especially in terms of service.

Spacious rooms, bathroom! good breakfast, great pool. Cons: they checked in later than the check-in time, the room was not prepared, I had to call 3-4 times to ask for a rosary, a hat, extra towels, fruit. And the floor was terribly dirty. Also, the spa is not included in the room rate. The beach is long, but when the tide is out, there is very little water.. There is no endless sea… The impression is twofold, there seems to be Arab luxury, but the staff and such disadvantages spoil the impression.

It's a lovely hotel. Renovation is in full swing, which the guests do not see or hear. When the entire room stock is renovated, the hotel will be even better. Green area, interesting locations, nice beach, wonderful children's area. Manager Galina is wonderful. It is clear that the person is in his place and really loves what he does. We were in July, in the hottest weather, only the embankment was within walking distance, it was impossible to walk on it because of the heat, the sea on the beach is hot during the day. For those who like privacy and quiet. All transportation is by taxi only. The hotel is beautiful. Breakfasts are served in a huge restaurant, and there is a large selection. The pool is large and cool. During our vacation, we started repairing the beach, we were upset at first, but the administration organized a bus to the beach at their chain hotel- Jumeirah Beach Hotel- next to Burj Al Arab, and we were happy to go there for the whole day. And they took great photos there, and the sea is cooler there than on the Palm Tree. We practically had a rest in two hotels at once.

A wonderful hotel! Spacious room, delicious food, attentive staff, large swimming pool. Towels as much as you want, sun creams on the beach 30+,50+, sun beds far from each other. The marble bathroom is huge, but it's not very convenient to use it. The room has a shower area. You can book a wheelchair. The only drawbacks are the sand with small shells on the beach. And in the morning there is a low tide and the entry into the water is long and the depth to the buoys remains 15 meters, but by 13:00 the water is already arriving. I highly recommend it

We stayed at this hotel in January 2023 for 3 nights. We came to celebrate our daughter's 10th birthday. She dreamed about it and was not disappointed at all)) Actually, just like us, her parents)) You bet! The hotel is designed in the style of an oriental palace (as if you had come to the sultan from the fairy tales of 1001 nights). The child just can't help but like it. Besides, the daughters have prepared the most delicious cake in the world (without exaggeration! the whole family and I have been longingly remembering that cake for 2 years now). Huge rooms. Sumptuous outdoor breakfasts. A good gym that can be opened for you at your request BEFORE the official opening, if you are an early riser. In general, everything was perfect! We hope to return there someday.

We waited an hour for our room , although we arrived at the beginning of the check-in , they offered to pay half board as a compliment . In the end , they did not specify for how many days , and we ourselves went back and forth to clarify. Then it turned out that it was only for 1 dinner, then for the last 2 days a 5-year-old child was placed next to us, who was screaming from 5 in the morning, thank you for thinking about your visitors! It's just a terrible attitude if you house a lot of people and don't have time to do everything for everyone to the maximum, then don 't house so many people. You even squeezed the water . The most gorgeous place I've ever been. A very expensive, luxurious hotel. There is just an incredible oasis on the territory, so many beautiful plants (which is rare for Dubai), an excellent swimming pool, a bunch of cafes and restaurants, and of course, a great beach with everything you need. The chic spa is free for residents. There is a swimming pool and a Jacuzzi, and a bunch of different baths and saunas. An Arabic-style hotel. The room is huge, the bath is just incredible. We received a lot of birthday presents from the staff, for which a special thank you. Gorgeous view from the room. Breakfasts are generally a tower. There is EVERYTHING! And in a huge variety. It was a heavenly vacation. Thank you for your work!

The service is good. The beach is muddy and there are pebbles and shells. We lived in a villa, the rooms need renovation. An unpleasant smell from the air conditioning system. I managed to get acquainted with the hotel manager - Nissan - who actively helped to solve the issues with the check-in. A wonderful hotel on Palma, a wide selection of rooms, decent and varied cuisine (from classic European to Japanese). The staff is English-speaking, but there are also Spanish-speaking and Portuguese-speaking staff. As a rule, at least one employee at the reception is Russian-speaking. We rest for the second time in this hotel after 1.5 years, a lot has changed. Pros: the presence of a children's room that works until 19:45 and a children's pool, a beautiful interior and large rooms. Cons: lunch included in the price of a choice of Lebanese or Indian cuisine (not even tried). A torn curtain in a 5-star hotel (photo attached) happens. The service is long and it is not a fact that they will bring what they ordered. Dinner the cuisine is international but not delicious, it looks very much like it was cooked by Indians, although 80% of Europeans in the hotel and the people at the neighboring tables were not happy. Oh, what mutton is their hobby, so it's not there. Conclusion we drove purposefully here because we liked it for the first time, but everything has changed, it's good for children, but there is nothing to feed except pasta, and there is also Chinese cuisine there for everyone. I didn't like the hotel. We won't come again. We often come to Dubai and take different 5* hotels. The service suffers a lot, the hotel is beautiful, but the rooms are tired. The staff is very intrusive, they can come to the room up to 3 times within two hours, just ask, bring something, or check the bar. The security is very intrusive, they ask a lot of questions, we were kicked off the beach with a photographer, they look at things after shopping. At breakfast, they can remove a plate with food that they haven't eaten yet. We wait for coffee for up to 30 minutes and have to ask three times for it to be brought. The work of security is just a nightmare, I want to emphasize once again, they constantly have questions for residents, stop, ask questions, check, are not allowed to take photos.
