The light in the room was dim, one light bulb was not working, water and toothbrushes had to be constantly asked, towels were not changed. The location is excellent, very convenient, all the sights are within walking distance. The staff is very polite, always ready to help and answer all questions.

The staff is professional, friendly guys work, always ready to help in solving issues. The rooms, although not all equipped with the latest fashion, are most importantly clean, spacious, and cleaned every day. The pastels are changed regularly. The bathroom is very nice. The towels are clean, they smell nice.)) wi-fi 8 out of 10. The breakfasts are good, hearty, varied, with real grain coffee. The location is very convenient: Registan is about 8 minutes on foot. The Sieb Oriental Bazaar is also within walking distance. I definitely recommend it!

Good location in the old town. The rooms are spacious and clean. I really liked the breakfasts: a large selection and everything is delicious. Unfortunately, the coffee is only instant. On the downside, there is no micro-ventilation on the windows. You either have to close and turn on the air conditioner, or keep them open at night, which is not very pleasant on the ground floor. The hotel is cozy, the staff is friendly and helpful. They asked for extra blankets and a kettle, everything was brought. Our room had hard mattresses- 3rd floor corner room. But in other rooms, the mattresses are good, soft (they were a big company and filled half of the third floor). Clean bathrooms are well cleaned every day. Good sound insulation of windows. Breakfasts are quite good, they bring what ends.

Does not match 4 stars. The breakfast is poor and tasteless. The staff eats breakfast from the same table with the hotel's customers, which is unacceptable. Everything is clean and thought out. There is also a shoe cloth, a brush, and a shoe spoon in the room. Everything is functional, enough and in moderation.
