But the disadvantage is probably the system in the country, the cooler the hotel, the more expensive the tour package, upon arrival I had to pay another 1000 rubles for two nights, as it is not cheap, and this is not the lowest price in Samarkand. The breakfasts are poor, I would say. The pool is summer, although it is already quite hot in spring. I wanted to stay for 5 hours before the train, because the weather was bad, I went to the reception, and I got 330 thousand local sums, it's more expensive than half a day. In general, you can stay here, due to the fact that there is breakfast, the very center, and Registan is a 10-minute walk away at most. But a minus star for the meager breakfast and the fact that they did not make concessions 😌

Слабоватый отель и с годами только хуже становится. В номерах нет даже воды, кондиционер еле еле работает. Персонал не сильно понимает, как общаться с туристами и постоянно повторяет, что брони нет, хотя все подтверждения на руках есть. И какая разница, когда мы бронировали — вчера, позавчера или две недели назад, если нам как гостям важно только, чтобы нас приятно встретили и заселили. Был ранний заезд в 8 утра, молодой человек на ресепшен совершенно не рад был нас видеть и как то поспособствовать теплому приему. От отеля с ценами за 8к рублей за ночь хочется более дружелюбного отношения к себе. И ни слова про завтрак, хотя он включен в стоимость проживания. Зато трижды было сказано о туристическом сборе. Номера уже уставшие, но сантехника приличная. Но даже переконтоваться пару дней не советую из-за отношения персонала.

But in other rooms, the mattresses are good, soft (they were a big company and filled half of the third floor). Clean bathrooms are well cleaned every day. Good sound insulation of windows.
