A very good hotel is served free of charge twice a day for breakfast and dinner. There is a swimming pool, gym, cinema, children's room. And the view through the window is just amazing. Nice rooms, delicious food, but almost no fruits and vegetable salads. The main disadvantage is the semi-useless reception: the light in the bathroom mirror did not work in the room, it came up three (!) times, without result. Why did he come up and not call? Because the phone doesn't work in the whole hotel and the staff talk about it as the norm. The log of applications with customer problems is simply missing, I moved away - the problem disappeared. As a result: a lot of useless, doing nothing employees.

Despite the fact that before leaving for a walk at 16:00, I went there and asked for an invoice, they rolled out 25,000 drams to me, I gave 30,000. The girl does not know how to count and the presence of a small child does not bother anyone here. In addition to garbage removal, there was no cleaning in the room for 3 days. When asked at the reception how the spa works, they ask the question "what is it?" Good luck with this service!
