Yes, the rooms are small (but the description says 13-16 sq.m.), yes, there are chips and rust, yes, sometimes there is a smell of sewage, BUT the rooms are clean, the mattresses are comfortable, they always brought water, tea and coffee, towels were changed constantly, all the staff is very friendly, they will bring everything and they will be given at the first request. The location is just a bomb, everything is within walking distance of the tram, the pier, the Blue Mosque and the park. In general, this is the best location you can imagine. I really liked the hotel and for those who change bed linen and towels daily at home😂 We'll get there, they really changed towels every day. Even though we said we shouldn't))) who wrote that we should not disperse, I do not know what kind of people we were, there were three of us, we were of average build and we were not cramped and 4 suitcases stood up and did not interfere

In my opinion, the hotel is not up to 3 stars. Instead of the standard, we received a kennel with a window into the elevator shaft for the cargo lift. The air conditioner blows exclusively on the bed, and it is impossible to sleep without it, because there is no air exchange((. In short, we slept with our heads covered. The bed linen and accessories are in dilapidated condition. There is only one elevator, which is practically occupied by maids, and the staircase is spiral with shallow steps. A place for breakfast, which cannot be called a restaurant, under the roof on the 7th floor. Breakfast is meager. There is no sound insulation. Positive aspects: location, cleaning, condition of beds, reception staff. For a long-term stay, it's a dubious pleasure(

Nice hotel in the very center of Istanbul. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Unfortunately, the sink was leaking in my room. Be prepared for the endless noise from the window, the tram line and the big intersection are right under the windows. Once at 5 a.m., a prayer service began to sound from mosques, but this is the norm for Istanbul :) In general, I recommend the hotel
