The most favorite hotel in Dubai! Aesthetically beautiful, stylish, with a wonderful contingent of vacationers! I'm getting high there every minute! The swimming pool on the 76th floor and the fitness club are a special treat! The service is luxurious, perfect, the staff is just 10*. All the restaurants are very tasty, the speed and beautiful serving of dishes, the courtesy of the waiters! The kids' club is great, the kid enjoyed spending time there! The rooms are perfect, the bathroom is zoned - if someone is in the toilet, the other one can calmly gather at the mirror or go to the shower. Room cleaning is discreet, twice a day! The only negative is the traffic jams at the entrance to the hotel, especially in the evening! We always return to this hotel with great joy and love!

It's a wonderful hotel, probably one of the best we've been to. And the panoramic views, and the service, and the quality of food (we took breakfasts + dinners), and the pools ... - just the highest class!! We had a rest on January 3-11, 2026 (2 adults and children aged 4 and 11). The water in the pools is heated: in the lower ones there is a shallow depth on the street, it is very good with children. Infinity pool on the 77th floor aerobatics 😍Beautiful views!! But children and young people under the age of 21 are not allowed there - I do not consider this a minus)) on the contrary, it is a place of solitude, tranquility and enjoyment :) The food is excellent - a good assortment of dishes, everything is very tasty and as fresh as possible. Cleaning every day. Magnificent views of Blue Waters: Ferris wheel, skyscrapers, coastline, palm Jumeirah in the palm of your hand - there are no words how beautiful! We watched the drone show every day right from the hotel - at 20:30 🤩 We will definitely return!

A very beautiful aesthetic hotel. The pool has a great view. The food is good. The rooms are spacious, clean, and fresh. I didn't like it: one entrance to the pool and the restaurant, you go to the beach pool in the evening, and there are ladies in evening dresses, it looks and feels strange. At dinner, there is very loud and monotonous music in the restaurant by the pool, it is impossible to stay for a long time. I want to relax and enjoy the view, but alas. The staff doesn't hear anything, or ignores it, I don't know. They asked for a blanket 3 times, but they didn't bring it. We took 3 elevators to get to the pool. As inconvenient as possible.

We had a rest from January 24 to January 30, and now we are waiting for a transfer to the airport. My husband and I really liked the hotel! The staff is just incredibly polite, courteous, always and in everything. They are cleaned as many times as you want. The room has everything: toothbrushes, bathrobes, slippers, body cream, tea, coffee with capsules and cream. I will post a vlog with a review of the hotel on YouTube (Daria Derb), if anyone is interested, watch. We have a lot of positive emotions, of course! We didn't have much trouble with traffic jams with taxis. Perhaps they chose a good time. The breakfasts are the best we've ever had. You can also order dishes from the waiters and drinks (for example, toast with Benedict and caramel ice latte). The pools are provided with 2 towels each. Cream spf 30 and l os on after sunburn - I separate them separately. There is a lot of drinking water in the hotel, they give it at every step, it is very comfortable. I went somewhere - I always have a bottle of water with me.

Hello. This is not the first time in Dubai, we usually come with friends, walk, go to parks with children, but this time we decided to just sunbathe and chose the Address Beach Resort hotel. Food: as everywhere, there is everything, there are no complaints. Location: convenient, you can go out for a walk, shops, restaurants, the eye of Dubai in 10 minutes on foot. Water: a small bay, a little dirty because of this, but they clean the water, the beach, and if you walk 50 meters, the water is clean, the sandy beach, there are a lot of sun beds, but dirty ones can be cleaned. They give you all the water you want on the beach The room cleaning is good, thanks guys. Vera explained everything upon arrival at the hotel, nice, sweet, kind, the staff is very friendly. I booked the hotel late, so only the club rooms remained, they have their own small privileges (breakfast in the lounge area with sparkling wine (1 time), lunch from 12 to 15, evening snacks on the club menu (from 16 to 20 + drinks) but it feels like I arrived and asked for something That I'm not supposed to. They bring everything so reluctantly, I wait 30 minutes for coffee, there are always no sweets, there are for everyone, but not for me. Dinner at the Grill Beach restaurant is hilarious, Caesar salad is on the menu. I ordered, they brought leaves in sauce. If you want chicken or shrimp, pay 120 dirhams. I'm resting at this hotel. I was sitting at the same table with a friend (she has breakfast and dinner), so they almost went crazy that the children were eating French fries together, three waiters ran up, madam, you have your own menu, your friend has her own, it's terrible, and when she asked to change the club room for breakfast and dinner, I they refused. When I read reviews earlier that foreigners are treated differently, then yes, I agree, I felt it right in this hotel. We didn't offend anyone, we leave tips. I understand that the hotel is run by waiters.😆 In general, no one and nothing can spoil my mood.😆

We checked in for a day on our birthday, Vera, a girl, met us at the reception, literally one call and we received the key to our 90 kV room, although we initially booked the starting room. I want to thank Vera from the bottom of my heart for such a wonderful upgrade, I couldn't even dream of such a gift. The room is wonderful, a spacious living room with a balcony, a stylish bedroom, a shower and a bathtub, and all this with a view of the sea and the Ferris wheel! There are premium quality cosmetics in the bathroom, a bright and stylish beach bag and flip-flops at your disposal. Next, you will find a swimming pool with an unrealistically beautiful view on the 77th floor, we visited it during the daytime and in the evening, the view is just space. A great breakfast in the morning, I haven't seen such a variety and serving for a long time, everything is very tasty and beautifully decorated - 2 rooms with the best quality food. During this vacation, I managed to visit 2 more premium class hotels, but the Address left the most vivid impressions thanks in large part to Vera. I will also add that there is a beautiful clean beach with comfortable sun beds, everything was in express mode, but the staff on the beach are also very friendly. The only negative is the cold in the toilets after the pool or beach. After the heat, you freeze to the bone. The rooms are the epitome of coziness and comfort. The bed is so soft that you melt into it. Modern technologies, a smart home, a lot of accessories — everything speaks of a high level. The lobby is saturated with a working atmosphere. I just want to grab a cup of coffee, sit down and immerse myself in my work.

The pool is 18+, but with children it was possible to come from 9 to 11 in the morning. Pools below: children's pool with playground, family pool and adult pool. There are more than enough sun beds, there are always free ones. Russian-speaking administrator. Breakfast and lunch buffet, dinner at any restaurant in the hotel, but some have a small surcharge. The food is varied and very tasty. One disadvantage is a small stretch of sea at the dead end of the beach line, but we calmly swam on the neighboring one. It's a lovely hotel. We had a rest here for the first time and realized that all subsequent times we will only move here. The service is top-notch, the food is delicious, real meat, lots of seafood, cheeses, whatever milk is available on the buffet, lots of fruits. The room is spacious, they come to clean every day and in the evening I close the curtains, turn on the light for convenience. At the entrance to the hotel, friendly young people take suitcases and bags from their hands, you don't even have to ask, as long as you don't strain to carry them. Beautiful views from the pool on the 77th floor. The pools below are clean, the water is chilled in summer. It's a pleasure. A huge hall with high ceilings , 2 large trees grow inside , there are many places for hotel guests where they can just relax, have a snack, or drink a cup of coffee while working on a laptop . Sergey, a Russian-speaking manager, works at the reception desk. At our request and if possible, the hotel upgraded to a room with a view of the Persian Gulf. Thank you very much! As well as Faith . Very friendly staff, both Russian guys and not. They 'll tell you everything . Guest rooms : check-in starts at three o'clock in the afternoon, but we were checked in around 12 o'clock in the afternoon! Until check-in, you can use the entire infrastructure of the hotel: all pools, lobby , gym. We went up to the pool. The room is controlled from a tablet: TV, light, room service, spa , air temperature. The room has a huge king-size bed with snow-white linens, a large plasma TV, a bar is provided, it is paid, we did not use it (I will show photos of the menu and prices), tea, coffee, cream, water, etc., a coffee machine - all this is for free use by guests. There is a large closet with hangers, an ironing board and iron, a safe, even a Koran and a mat! The bathroom is spacious , it also has everything you need: 2 sinks , shampoo , balm , shower gel , body lotion , soap , cap . There is a beautiful relaxation bath, there is a separate shower stall and a toilet with a bed. Bathrobes and slippers are also available. Everything is very clean, the room smells nice. The guys clean the room every day ( you can opt out), and in the evening, when we entered the room, they always left us slippers next to the bed on white towels, the bed was made and the curtains were drawn. There 's water and a clean cup on both nightstands . Very nice and pleasant 😍😍😍 Pool : well, to talk about the highest Infinity pool in the world on the 77th floor is an understatement! Bomb types! The city , the Blue Waters with the Ferris wheel , the Palm Tree with its famous hotels , the Parus hotel , it 's a must see !!! There is water in all pools ( there are also two pools Below ) is cooling , the purest!! There is no smell of bleach !!!! You are taken care of at all pools: a chaise longue is covered with a towel , a plastic handbag with ice and bottles of water is brought . There is also a QR code on the tables, you can order something from fruits and cool juices. The territory itself is not huge, but very well maintained, green, clean everywhere! Everyone is friendly There is also a children's bathing area , as well as a playground. Nearby there is a covered room for children's games and entertainment. The hotel has its own wide beach with lots of sun beds! The bay itself was very warm at that time , so there were almost no people . But everything is also clean and well maintained . Breakfasts : buffet style : pastries , fruits, vegetables , salmon , eggs , omelets , porridges , treats for children , juices , donuts .. you definitely won't be hungry !!! Dinners : if included in the package, dinner takes place in one of three restaurants: Address Restaurant, Italian restaurant and grill. You can visit these three for free, according to the a la carte system. There 's a lot to write about -but the dinners are a bomb , the food is restaurant ! Dishes to choose from from several categories. There are also restaurants, you can pay an additional 75 dirhams (our rate was 22.5) and visit them for dinner. So.. if at least once you have a question about visiting this hotel - with your hands and feet ZAAAAA!!! With this level of service and the hotel itself, you will fall in love with it. I agree with all the reviews, the bomba hotel! We had a rest from 12-15.06.25 years. We are thrilled! Quality, service, location, restaurants and a rooftop pool! I advise everyone, then it's difficult to go to another place. Addendum: We traveled in the fall of 2025 with children - it's fine, although at first I didn't understand where to put two folding beds;) They are installed normally, the quality is good. In the hotel restaurant, children from 7-12 years old are charged an additional fee of half the cost of an adult, up to 7 years old for free, if you buy extra lunch, for example. The food in the main restaurant for lunch and dinner is not very diverse, but there is always something new every time and everything is very tasty, I was pleased with the lack of fast food! All other restaurants available with a surcharge were also pleased, especially the beach grill, I recommend it! I didn't like the MOTT32 restaurant, although it has a Michelin star and is no longer the first, but Chinese cuisine is definitely not for us.... And so I repeat, the bomba hotel, I advise everyone.

This is a great hotel! We celebrated our birthday in the pool area on the 77th floor - all the incredible photos on the Internet are true! We were in the Address Hotel pool and really enjoyed it! Everything is clean, tidy, and the atmosphere is relaxing. The view is simply stunning — perfect for relaxing and taking beautiful photos. The best hotel in the area of JBR and Dubai Marine. Absolute purity! The staff is friendly, smiling, they don't speak Russian (maybe we just didn't get it), so minimal English and a phone to help. For food, the buffet is 5 stars, for lunch and dinner there are 5 restaurants on site (one, Wott32, with a Michelin star, for whom it is important))). The main feature of the hotel is the pool on the 77th floor, the VIEW is gorgeous!, but at the same time, the pools below are no less steep, and in some ways steeper than the upper one! There is one caveat, it is not very convenient logistics inside the hotel))) the elevator system needs to be remembered and understood, which one goes where and where it is located. Total: a luxury hotel for an adequate price!!!
