If you need to get there before work and quickly pick up the card, then you will definitely get to an employee who will do his job very slowly, thoroughly and type with one finger. And not to you, but to the people in front of you. And to the question of how much longer ( while apologizing very correctly ) you get the answer that the specialist is doing the insurance and you don't really get an answer to your question. So no luck this time.
