Excellent tower in the Dubai Marina area. We lived on the 23rd floor with a balcony and a wonderful view. The apartment is spacious. Two beds. Two bathrooms. Kitchen. Everything you need for a great vacation!!!!!

A comfortable complex for living. There is a swimming pool on the 5th floor, sauna, hammam, gym (separate for men and women), cafe. Located in the resort area. Within walking distance of the embankment, yacht parking (they can be rented for a walk to the Persian Gulf), many cafes and restaurants, convenience stores, fountains, and many photo zones. Relatively close to several beaches, Bluewater (Ferris wheel). Public transport includes buses and trams. There is always a taxi at the exit. The complex has a huge parking lot milking avocados. One of the disadvantages is humidity and a complex elevator system: if you live above the 50th floor, getting to the 5th floor, where the service and SPA are located, is quite confusing, but you can figure it out and get used to it. As it is, everything is pretty good. Yes))) There is also a mosque nearby, so you can often listen to prayer.

Beloved home! I lived there for almost 8 months. The apartment was super cozy and large. Very nice pool. But a very terrible gym. 2 halls are divided into male and female, but each girl always has a male coach in the female one, and as a result, a full hall (which is the size of a large pantry) is packed with people. Including men. Why then was there this division? It's generally inconvenient that the hall is always crowded. Not counting the fact that super terrible simulators. Maybe it doesn't matter to someone, but the gym was important to me. And so in general the house is beautiful and new. The recreation area on the pool floor is also cool.
