For those who want to combine convenience with economy! Halal food, delicious local cuisine, homemade! The cook is super! Very respectful attitude of the administration towards the guests! I compared everything for a long time, counted a large family with children (7 people), stopped at this option and did not regret it! Comfortable rooms, constant cleaning! Of course, you need to stomp 3 km to the sea on foot, or by bus 10 minutes! Nearby pharmacies, shops, markets! Compared to hotels, even if it is 3 stars, it is not inferior, but much cheaper!

Cool, I really liked it clean, but one disadvantage is that it's about 20-30 minutes on foot from the sea to the beach and 5-10 minutes by taxi

It was in November 2025. The hotel was being renovated (On one floor for sure). I took the simplest room, for $20 (I doubt the prices are the same now) what we get: 2 good single beds, clean linen, smooth and elastic mattresses, slept well. Wi-Fi is available. I think there was a TV and an air conditioner, but that's not for sure :) There was a balcony in the room, mine faced a nearby building - you can communicate with your neighbors) At the time of the stay, the hot water was barely lukewarm, but tolerable. There was a refrigerator and a stove in the room, but there were no dishes. Breakfast is simple in the morning, but for 20 bucks, what can you want there? The cook is a funny guy, he called me "Sir"😄 Local women are not allowed in the room. And not far from the hotel there is a decent eating place Balkan Lokantasi (Adjusted for the fact that there is no tea or coffee in the assortment of all kinds of cakes) and on the same street there are also a scattering of other establishments a la cafes, there is a street shooting gallery and establishments with board games (Not role-playing / card games, but such as backgammon or something like that). There is also a gym, a football field, an ATM point, several grocery stores and a hardware store within walking distance. There was also a hairdresser/beauty salon/nails in the surroundings, and that's it. There is a bus station not far from the hotel, and the overall location is excellent. And if you walk a little further, you can walk to the aquarium and /or amusement park. Overall, I liked everything, if your vacation involves moving mostly outside the hotel, then this is a great option: sleep / wash / change clothes. I recommend.
