On the plus side, it's a very cool location, a gorgeous clean beach, the bay is very clean, the water is clear, a lot of fish, crabs, even a turtle was seen) the food is quite varied, delicious, lots of seats, a beautiful view from the rooftop bar, just something incredible the whole of Dubai is visible, especially at night.
Relative disadvantages: when checking in, they offered to add money for the balcony (when I booked, I did not realize that we had a room without a balcony) they gave two options :1st is a full view of the sea with a balcony for 600 dirhams and a "partial" one also with a balcony for 300 dirhams, we chose the second one and did not regret it, our balcony overlooks two sides of the bay and we saw all the sights from the room, cleaning every day, but does not correspond to 5* but the hotel is quite budget so it is forgivable) there are few towels and no bathrobes, Yandex taxi from Marina 49 dirhams from Bursh Khalifa 100-130 dirhams, I think it's very budget and a plus, the first day we walked along the embankment to the monorail, it's over very far and we did not repeat this experience anymore, but we admired the beautiful hotels including Atlantics, monorail to Marina station for 40 dirhams for two in one direction, a taxi is cheaper, but just to see how it all works, you can take a ride once)
Of the cons:
This is a pool, it is very shallow and closed at 19 o'clock... then while the sun is out and you can swim in the sea, you do not need a pool, but after sunset there is absolutely nothing to do in the hotel, you also do not swim in the pool ... very strange ... in previous hotels in the emirates it was fashionable to swim until 21-22 hours ... very expensive restaurants and drinks a la carte, and the hotel staff are waiting for tips and impose paid services... in general, we are very happy with the rest and the place, but the hotel is definitely not 5ka, but a solid and excellent 4ka, we will not return to it anymore, since we were in the Emirates in better hotels, but on we will definitely return to the palm tree)

We had a rest in early November 2024. The hotel itself is designed in Egyptian style. I was pleased with the first beach line, my own beach and pool, there are always free sun beds. The staff is very nice and friendly. Cleaning every day, but it's kind of superficial. But a comfortable bed, pillows and clean towels, all hygiene products are available. They were replenished every day. Of the disadvantages, I can note a rather shabby room stock, it's time to make repairs, but this is in my opinion. The noise insulation is bad, if there are people in the next room, it feels like they are in your room 🙈 the food is so-so, it was quite monotonous all seven days. The hotel is located at a sufficient distance from all attractions, but there is a free bus in several directions at certain hours. This is a plus, since there are no crowds of tourists nearby, and a minus because everything is far away, there are no shops or cafes nearby, those in the hotel are expensive. We only took breakfast, but then of course we regretted it, we had to take at least more dinners. Because there is nothing nearby and I had to either go somewhere or order delivery.

We stayed at the hotel at the end of November 2024
The meals were all inclusive and we were not mistaken, everything was delicious and varied, we really liked it. I recommend taking this kind of food, it's much more profitable.
The hotel is not bad, the only thing missing was the evening animation, As it was a bit boring in the evening after dinner, but we were with a couple of friends, we were fine.
The rooms are not bad, the bed is very comfortable, the room has everything you need. We took a taxi to the city, I can't say anything about the free bus - I don't know, I didn't use it.
The tours were different, but I liked Abu Dhabi the most. But I do not recommend an excursion to the tea ceremony with massage - a divorce for money is not interesting, massage is not about anything, it's a pity for the time spent....
In general, we liked everything at the hotel, the hotel is definitely worth the money.

I stayed at the hotel from 12.02.25 to 18.02.25. I liked the hotel. Friendly, helpful staff. I would especially like to thank Hakim and the Russian-speaking manager at the reception. All my requests and questions were resolved quickly. The cuisine is wonderful, the choice is delicious. Among the disadvantages, I would like to note the small size of the room and its furnishings, which, in my opinion, does not correspond to the declared level. On the last day of our stay at the hotel, on 02/18/25, at 4 p.m., the car doors were not opened for us and my girlfriend was not helped out when we arrived from a Chinese massage, although two concierge staff stood in front of the hotel and watched us do it ourselves.

We stayed at this hotel in November 2024. The price-quality ratio is excellent. We arrived ahead of check-in time. We were registered and within a couple of hours all 3 rooms were ready.
The breakfasts are very good, varied every day. Lots of fruits.
The beach is clean, lots of umbrellas. There are almost no people in the morning, and by lunchtime all the deck chairs are occupied. What pleased me was that if you came at lunch and half of the deck chairs were "occupied" with towels, the beach worker would come up himself, remove these towels and invite you to lie down there. I love small, cozy hotels with friendly service - this hotel is exactly like that! You feel welcome! Excellent food quality in the restaurants, a very varied buffet! The pools, the beach are all perfectly clean, there are enough rods for everyone, everything is free, a towel is given out warm and if you decide to read a book early on the beach in the morning, it's very nice to wrap yourself in this towel! The view from the 9th floor of the hotel is amazing!!! There are free shuttles to Dubai malls. Across the street is a gorgeous promenade on the bay shore. The only disadvantage is the remoteness. But the hotel solved this problem with free buses to the nearest malls. This is a great hotel. The food is excellent, the staff is super, the cleaning is too. The beach is clean (not sand, it's crushed shells, but normal). The transfer to the outlet, mall of Emirates, and somewhere else is free, the schedule is convenient. If you check in early, if there are no available rooms, then you can conveniently change clothes in special rooms and go sunbathing / swimming / chill on the beach before check-in. If the meals are not included (buffet for breakfast and dinner), then the menu selection is not very diverse. Separately, it is worth noting the work of the Russian-speaking reception, especially the caring Jazz administrator, who solved our problem with the travel agency with all her might. In short, the local travel agency forgot to pay for our reservation and send our wishes by number, although, of course, the Russian travel agency paid for everything. That is, when we arrived at night to check in, we simply did not have a room. Thanks to Jazz and all the hotel staff for saving our trip. The hotel is highly recommended.
The location is convenient for introverts - far from the city. But there is a place to walk along the embankment. And shuttles regularly go to the city from the terminal at shopping centers

Great location if you want privacy. If you plan to walk in the city, it is far and expensive to take a taxi. Free buses from the hotel run only to the shopping center (Dubai Emirates, Dubai Mall and Dubai Outlet). Taxis are separated from 50-60 dirhams.

The beach is clean, the first line, immediately access to the bay. The only uncomfortable sun beds. Towels can be taken at the entrance to the pool. By the way, there are always no places by the pool, the pool itself is also small.
The room is clean enough, but if you walk in white socks, you can see that the floors are not washed.
The biggest disappointment is that we saw a cockroach in the hotel elevator. Plus, it's very expensive to buy something at the hotel. There is an additional restaurant with a bar on the top floor and cocktail prices there start from 80 dirhams.

We rested in this hotel in April 2024.
I'm certainly not attractive, but this hotel is full of g.. but. There is something to compare with in Dubai on the palm tree.
Minuses:
1. The hotel is very small both inside the rooms and the territory itself.
2. Tired and in need of repair.
3. There is no direct passage to the sea and the pool, it is simply closed. You need to pass through the restaurant where you are periodically pulled to where you are going.
4. The breakfasts are the same for lunch and dinner, I can't say. Coffee for breakfast is simply poured into a kettle with some kind of stuff that gives off chlorine. There are no coffee machines in the hotels!They probably haven't made any progress yet. I do not recommend drinking this. Fruits come across already sour, as well as fish for breakfast.
5. Rooms without sound insulation from the word it is quite audible how the neighbors' water is noisy in the bathroom and how they go to the toilet and not only.
6. Room cleaning leaves much to be desired. Do not leave clean towels or water after it is normal - call the reception!
7. Water in the sea with floating unknown objects.
The beach is small with dead and dirty sunbeds that have been occupied since 5 a.m. probably. By the pool probably from 3 am.
8. Food and drinks are very expensive through the room service. Heineken bottle 0.33 - 1400 rubles. Plan your budget differently without alcohol
9. The beach is shared with neighboring hotels and those on the triple line. Very small!
10. Beach towels may not be given to you by saying take them from the room.
11. Leaky and dead umbrellas on the beach.
12. There are no entertainment and show programs here at all. Yes, I understand not Turkey, but in the neighboring hotels there is a live performance in the evenings you can hear it.
13. Do not take a room with a sea view, it stupidly looks at the other side at the center of Dubai but rests on the hotels that are opposite on the second line! For the best view of Atlantis, this pool view will be more expensive, but it also does not improve the impression.

I liked absolutely EVERYTHING about this hotel!!! Starting from how we were greeted and right up to the departure. The hotel exactly matches its 5 stars.
Beautiful original building, three elevators, good rooms, excellent service everywhere and in the rooms and throughout the hotel, the staff is very courteous. Your own beach right under the windows. Breakfast, lunch and dinner last 3.5 hours, there is no hustle, there is enough for everyone, the choice of dishes, fruits and pastries is gorgeous.
Towels for the beach are given out fresh and even warm every day.
Several times a day, free comfortable buses are carried back and forth to three shopping centers according to a schedule.
The rooms have everything you need and even more!
In the evening, you can walk along all the palm trees along the excellent promenade.
Well, of the small disadvantages. I would like more sun loungers, although we always had enough, well, and some kind of store nearby.

Of the minuses: there are no drinks at lunch, even the hotspot is turned off from the outlet, so you can't drink tea either
There are very few people in the hotel, but there are always people in the pool, all day. The beach closes as soon as the sun sets (17-18 hours), the pool closes at 20:00
If you want to swim without going through the most intense heat - it will not work) On the second day, only 1 0.5l bottle was put for two people, but in the following days 3 pieces were brought. It's very warm in the refrigerator, so don't count on it, it almost doesn't work. There was not a single jellyfish on the beach, there was no garbage either, everything is fine. The staff is all very friendly and kind. Taxi to the city center is 55 dirhams if you catch it from the street, and in the Yandex Taxi app it is 90 dirhams for the same route. In general, we are very satisfied with the rest, all the disadvantages are insignificant. It's just a pity that the territory of the hotel is small. There is a small grocery store within a 7-minute walk, but the prices there are crazy. 20 dirhams for water, 18 dirhams for instant noodles. (For reference: in a chain store, water is about 7 dirhams, noodles are 5 dirhams)
The hotel has a restaurant, everything is very tasty, the portions are simply gigantic at 500g, while the cost is completely normal.

We were in this hotel for 4 days, I think there is nothing else to do there. If you go for a week, then boredom is guaranteed, and if we travel to hotels for 3-4 days, then the norms. We went to close the gestalt to live on a Palm Tree, and in general we were satisfied. If there are good options on the trunk of a Palm Tree, it is better to look for something there, if you really want it here, then a decent option.

3+ but not 5 stars. A pool with a handkerchief, 200 rooms with about a hundred sun beds on a small beach. Rooms and breakfast are closer to 4. On the very edge of the palm tree, far from everything, but also suitable for a beach holiday only for a very unassuming public.
