A magnificent hotel by the sea. All the staff is very attentive and courteous. All important recreation areas are compactly located: restaurant, beach, swimming pools, bars. The food is delicious and varied - we took breakfasts and dinners - it was fine for us. On the 9th floor there is a SPA, a bar and access to the roof with panoramic views. We visited in January 2026. We had a comfortable rest!

We had a rest in early November 2024. The hotel itself is designed in Egyptian style. I was pleased with the first beach line, my own beach and pool, there are always free sun beds. The staff is very nice and friendly. Cleaning every day, but it's kind of superficial. But a comfortable bed, pillows and clean towels, all hygiene products are available. They were replenished every day. Of the disadvantages, I can note a rather shabby room stock, it's time to make repairs, but this is in my opinion. The noise insulation is bad, if there are people in the next room, it feels like they are in your room 🙈 the food is so-so, it was quite monotonous all seven days. The hotel is located at a sufficient distance from all attractions, but there is a free bus in several directions at certain hours. This is a plus, since there are no crowds of tourists nearby, and a minus because everything is far away, there are no shops or cafes nearby, those in the hotel are expensive. We only took breakfast, but then of course we regretted it, we had to take at least more dinners. Because there is nothing nearby and I had to either go somewhere or order delivery.

The beach is not big and clean, but there are plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas for everyone. The staff is friendly, they speak English, Russian, and French, for example, we were checked in at 11 a.m. instead of 3 p.m. The only drawback is the end of the line and you can only get there by taxi, but every day there is a bus according to schedule to the Emirat Mall shopping center from there you can get anywhere by metro, it was very convenient, the only thing is better to get into the women's car, it is the first or the last. Take an official taxi only, with checkers, beige, cheaper and without cheating, with counters. I do not recommend ordering through Yandex, prices are 2 times higher. You can also catch a taxi by hand, in any part of the city. Example of trips: 40-45 dirhams from the Eye of Dubai to the hotel. It is necessary to change dirhams from Malls, where the rate is more profitable, but for "old" dollars the rate is slightly lower than 3.62 instead of 3.64.
