Good evening, I would like to express my deep disappointment regarding an incident that happened today at Sephora (Dior section). I have been a loyal Dior customer for around 4 years and have made many purchases at this store. Today, I came as usual to shop. I approached a consultant — a woman wearing a black headscarf and a white blazer. At that moment, she was speaking with another customer, so I politely waited for a few minutes. When their conversation ended, I approached her and politely said, “Excuse me, may I speak with you?” and lightly touched her shoulder to get her attention, as she did not respond to my words. I asked for Dior Matte foundation in shade 2N. Without properly checking, the consultant immediately told me that this shade was not available, even though I could clearly see the product on the shelf. When I pointed it out, she simply turned away and called another consultant to assist me. The second consultant a brunette dressed in black came to help me. She found the foundation I was looking for. Afterwards, I asked for a lip contour pencil and requested to see all available tester shades so I could choose the right one. I was told that “I cannot touch them.” I explained that these were testers and that it was difficult for me to bend down because I am pregnant. Instead of understanding my situation, the consultant became irritated and then left to call a male colleague. I would like to especially mention that this male employee showed true professionalism and respect. He calmly helped me choose everything I needed, quickly found the products, and kindly asked if I was okay. Thanks to him, I was able to calm down. However, afterwards, the two female consultants started raising their voices at me and tried to present the situation as if I had done something wrong, even though I remained calm and polite throughout the entire interaction. One of them even called security and gave information that was not accurate. Fortunately, the male employee who was present confirmed that I was not rude and that I behaved respectfully. What upset me the most is that this attitude was shown towards a pregnant customer. I came to the mall wearing comfortable clothes suitable for my condition, not luxury clothing, but this should never affect the quality of service or the respect a customer receives. After this experience, I felt very upset and stressed, and I lost the desire to continue shopping at Sephora. I came with the intention of enjoying my shopping experience, but instead I left with disappointment and negative emotions. I kindly ask the management to review this situation, check the behavior of the employees involved, and remind the consultants about the importance of respectful and professional customer service. Every customer deserves to be treated with respect, regardless of their appearance or what they are wearing. I would also like to sincerely thank the male employee who acted professionally and helped resolve the situation. This incident happened today at approximately 9:10 PM in the Dior section at Sephora. I sincerely hope that the management will look into this matter and take the necessary action. Thank you.

I didn't take the perfume because the prices are more expensive from 70 to 150 dirhams compared to the prices at the airport. It wasn't critical for me to take it here or at the airport, but customers from Russia asked for a cheaper purchase, so the choice fell on the airport. According to the assortment, there is a choice, of course, but not a lot.

I visited this store quite recently and decided to leave a review. There are a lot of people in the store (well, of course it's in the Dubai Mall), there was a Russian-speaking consultant in the store who helped with the selection of goods and the transfer to rubles. Although the purchase was small, they gave me two samples, which is also very nice. The range is excellent, there is plenty to choose from, but if you have a request for a mass market, you definitely are not here.
