The most favorite hotel! I go every year at the beginning of November, the velvet season, there are not so many people anymore. Service at the highest level!!! Magnificent beaches, excellent cuisine and for every taste, and the interiors are luxurious in the hotel royally, fresh flowers everywhere. Come to the fairy tale! I recommend it!!!!!

Nice, quiet family hotel, with a wonderful entrance to the sea. The hotel is the most extreme to the sail, but there are boats that will help you swim to nearby hotels and restaurants, a large swimming pool.

Nice hotel, cozy and spacious rooms! The disadvantages are insignificant, there are few Russian-speaking staff and we were not very lucky with room cleaning (the maid (guy) constantly came to clean when we were in the room, and we were rarely there)

Disgusting work of staff and managers!❗
Once we went to a Mexican restaurant, we were immediately poisoned. Personally, I lay for 3 days with a high temperature and did not leave the toilet.
Contacting the manager with a problem, we were told that they would call back! 2 days have passed and no one has called back. We called again and were told that they would call us back!❗
As a result, the last 6 days of vacation were ruined. I could not eat, while meals were paid for all the days, there is no diet kitchen. The staff did not understand and did not apologize!
Complete disregard for the problem, it's terribly not nice to pay so much money and get poisoned in a vaunted hotel!
And yes, cleaning is also bad. Dust and hair remain everywhere. The child soiled the blanket, so they just filled it with a spot of poop inside the pastel so that the top was clean. Sometimes, stupidly, they can not clean, and then specially come when you are in the room!
Yes, it's a gorgeous territory and a view, but it's not worth it! ⛔
Even that year everything was still fine, seriously spoiled!

I had a rest at the end of March 2021, before that I was in February 2020. The rooms and infrastructure remained the same, but the level of service dropped significantly. Apparently, the number of staff has been reduced. Now you have to stand in line for the reception to check in, you get through by phone from the room from the second to the third time, in the lobby bar they just forget about your service and so on. Of the advantages, excellent cleaning twice a day, fast service on the beach. I hope these disadvantages are a consequence of pandemic restrictions, but I have already chosen another hotel for my next trip.
