They said that some kind of failure and the money does not go to the card, it will be returned through the accounting department within 2 weeks. But nothing has happened for more than a month, it is not possible to contact the hotel (((

It's silly to write something about this hotel, which is one of the most prestigious in Dubai. If budgets allow, then there is almost everything you need for a luxurious life - both for one, and a couple, and a large family with children. I have stayed there many times - the beach, swimming pools, and restaurants - solid five balls. The only downside is not cheap.
