I want to share the negative experience of visiting the restaurant "Huzur cafe and relaound", which occurred on 03/07/2026 We ordered dishes from the menu, the amount seemed adequate to us. When the bill arrived, there were no additional verbal explanations from the waiter — we were not informed that any mandatory service or fee was included in the receipt. We paid the full amount, after which the waiter took the folder with the bill and money. Imagine our surprise when, a few minutes later, he returned and stated that "there is not enough", and that we had not paid the cost of some service, which was allegedly included in the bill in a separate line, which we overlooked. We were not informed about additional services in advance, we are required to do so. We were literally forced to pay for something we had not agreed to. When we tried to explain this and refused to pay extra, a conflict arose — the staff behaved incorrectly and aggressively, threatening the police. Bottom line: the sediment from the evening is spoiled. Faced with dishonesty and lack of professionalism. We won't go any further and we don't advise you to be careful, check every item under a microscope and don't believe that you will be told the truth before you put the money on the table.
