Clean, beautiful, neat, spacious rooms. Delicious breakfasts. Friendly staff. There are several nightclubs downstairs if you're bored. The location is not the most convenient - the old town is close (by taxi), but it's a long way to the new one. The subway is also not nearby. But in the next building there is a small shop with everything you need

We are currently staying at this hotel, and overall everything is very good! We arrived at 12, according to international standards, check-in at 15:00 (since the previous guests only leave at 12), we were checked in at 13:30, without any extra charge. The suitcases were brought, everything was shown in the room. The rooms are spacious, clean, and maybe not fresh anymore, but the plumbing, faucets, and everything is new. We had a view of the building, I just pulled the curtains and that's it, there is no balcony. There is a safe, good Wi-Fi, a small refrigerator, and plenty of storage space. The ironing board was delivered within 5 minutes upon request. There's a hair dryer in the bathroom, and I needed its power to dry my hair quickly. Soap, shampoo, balm - all in large bottles with a dispenser, not bad! There is no brush and paste set, it didn't upset me, it's all my own. Two large towels, one for hands and face, and one on the floor. There is no bathrobe and slippers, I did not ask - there was no need. The air conditioner works sooooo powerfully, although I insisted on the temperature, you still come and the room is 18.5 degrees)) There is a wooden stand, things were dried on it, there is no heated towel rail. Cleaning is also at 5, daily, and the room is also replenished with two bottles of water. The staff is generally responsive, everything is solved quickly and efficiently. There is a transfer to the beach and Dubai Mall, and back too! There is a schedule in the photo, you need to make an appointment in advance. They take you to La Mer beach, everything is on schedule, by minibus. The beach is good precisely in terms of calm and clear water (as of 04/20. it was clean, the photo is attached), but it is abandoned, there are literally a couple of food outlets, an outdoor shower, a toilet with smells, changing cabins - all this is in very poor condition. An umbrella and sun beds can be rented for 100 dirhams for 3 hours, next to the Smoke trailer. But with children, it is the sea that is ideal, calm, good entry. There is a small pool on the roof, the water temperature is comfortable, there is a Jacuzzi with very warm water. There aren't many sun beds, but that's how many we've been here, there wasn't a full house, there are places. Towels are provided at the pool, and you can also take them to the beach there. Our meals are breakfast and dinner (I'm with a child), it's quite possible to eat, of course it's more difficult for a child - a lot of spicy things. But there is always pasta in one form or another)) Lettuce leaves, cucumbers, tomatoes, carrots, watermelon, melon, pineapple, are always given. There is no porridge for breakfast, who cares. You can order scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs. In the morning there is coffee, tea, etc. Only water for dinner. Croissants, rolls, bread. When the child was not full, we went to an Uzbek restaurant, go to K mart (there is a good supermarket in the next building, there is everything and it is not expensive), just walk a little way and there will be an Uzbek cafe. There's borscht, okroshka, and shish kebab, the portions are huge, you can take for two, delicious and affordable!
Of the disadvantages of the hotel, of course, the location, there is nowhere to walk, there is a construction site nearby, it takes 25-30 minutes to walk to the metro, it was so-so in the heat, we used a taxi, to the metro ADCB taxi 25-30 dirhams. Also, the disadvantages include the complete lack of sound insulation, it will be difficult for the sensitive - you can hear car horns and prayers from the street, neighbors from other rooms, as the water drains into the sewer)) But I don't think that's just the case here, we were so tired after a day that we slept soundly. The clubs are downstairs, there are two of them, I didn't hear, well, maybe when I fell asleep there was something similar to tutstudutz, then I slept))
We ordered a pizza at 777 from a landline phone, they brought it in 20 minutes, two pepperoni 40 dirhams, it was very tasty, I asked without spices so as not to be spicy.
To summarize, the hotel is good, the staff is trying, and I chose it for financial reasons. But in the end, we took so many taxi rides that we could have taken a hotel at least very close to the subway) But if we discard the minor disadvantages, the hotel is quite livable! You can take a transfer to the beach, you can also go to the Dubai Mall and spend all the heat there, there is something to do there besides shopping. It's a 45-minute walk to Dubai airport, and we walked from there in the evening, quite comfortably. Have a good rest!

We live here with two families with small children, so far we like everything. We stopped by early at 6 a.m., sat for no more than half an hour, the senior came, kindly offered two rooms with an additional fee of 100 USD each. There are not enough sun beds by the pool right now, the water is cool, though the weather is cloudy

In general, the hotel is not bad for its money, good delicious breakfasts, transfer 3 times a day to the beach and to the Dubai Mall, but only one way. They run away pretty well too. Water is brought to the room daily. The metro is ~20-25 minutes on foot.
From the unpleasant: there is a large motorway construction site nearby, but I did not hear any noise from the construction site in the room.
There are nightclubs on the ground floor, I lived on the 4th floor, the bass did not interfere with sleeping, but I think it was louder on the lower floors.

We stayed at this hotel, very attentive and caring staff. Delicious food . A bus with an excellent driver takes you to Sorya . From la Mer beach, we took a taxi to all the beaches. We were satisfied with the rest . A clean pool. The pool provides towels for the beach.
