A very monumental building of Soviet construction, one of the business cards of Tashkent. Alas, the incompetent attitude to history and the preservation of authenticity have led to the fact that the interior decoration is vulgarized by the lack of taste and consumer style.

Room 1424 with a beautiful view of the park and the city from above offset some of the disadvantages (the elevator rose if the button was pressed down🤪Daily cleaning, breakfast with a wide variety of food and drinks.Professional and courteous staff at the reception.I think the great advantage is the convenient location of the hotel and fairly democratic prices. The hotel requires cosmetic repairs, but I really liked the room itself.

Advantages: location.
Cons: everything else. It's okay that this is a Soviet hotel, BUT you can keep an eye on the rooms. The sconces on the wall are falling off, the doors on the cabinets hang crookedly and do not close, the carpets are trampled and dirty. During the week of staying at the hotel: there was no hot water for several days, the lights were turned off every day, and finally, poisoning occurred from breakfast, an ambulance was called. There was no doctor at the hotel, of course

if you are going to an early departure, then do not order food with you, but take it out yourself slowly in advance.no one will cook anything for you, although they will promise you with a smart look.just then the brain will soar-breakfast from 7 to 10 and you have everything paid.also get ready for creaking beds and sounds and conversations in the corridor at night-acoustics and furniture are Soviet.

The location is great. Nothing else.
The room is dead, the grout falls off in the bathroom between the tiles, the lid from the barrel on the toilet is held on tape. Accessories -(paste, brush) are not available by default, you need to ask. There are few towels. The floors are dusty, the bedside rug is dirty.
The price of 3 days is 14,000 rubles.

Stayed for a week in September 2022. Room 424, windows facing Amin Temur Square. Standard single room without power supply. In rubles, a little more than 2 thousand per night.
Minuses:
1. Shabby walls near the bed, peeling paint.
2. Lack of wi-fi. The hotel has 2 Wi-Fi networks, but one is not caught in the room at all, and the second is constantly cut off. Contacting the reception desk did not help. As a result, I used the mobile Internet.
3. Hot water appears in the tap in the evening only if it is drained for 10-15 minutes.
4. There is no kettle, but "on the other hand" there is a second phone in the toilet.
5. Very bad windows from a cheap profile. There is a Toku cafe opposite, so be ready to enjoy their dance repertoire from Friday to Sunday until 3 a.m.
6. The ornament on the facade, which looks interesting from the outside of the building, looks just terrible from the room. Instead of a view of the city center, you look at the concrete floors covered with birds, and there were sneakers left by someone long ago under my window.
7. The lamp did not work in the so-called hallway.
8. The light in the room is very dim. You won't be able to read in front of him. All that is there is an energy-saving dim wall lamp and a lamp. To make it more or less light, I left the bathroom unit open with the light on.
9. The sockets at the desktop are occupied by a refrigerator and a TV. To connect the laptop, you will have to disconnect something.
10. A huge electric water battery is installed in the middle of the room, but it did not work! Even after setting the temperature to 30 degrees, room temperature air was blowing out of it. At night, when it was +9, I was freezing in the room.
11. Once I got stuck for 20 seconds in an elevator. The door is jammed.
12. At the reception there are dirty shabby walls behind the staff, and under their feet there is a terribly dirty carpet from the Soviet era. Which kind of immediately hints at which hotel you've arrived at.
Positive:
1. Houseeping. They cleaned it well, at least every day. And sometimes they didn't have a garbage bag or slippers.
2. At least there was a refrigerator and a safe.
3. Lots of soap and shampoo.
4. A normal mattress.
In conclusion: it is absolutely unclear where the 4 stars came from on the signs in the hotel. It is also unclear how tourists from Korea, Germany and other countries, whose groups I met at the entrance, can be accommodated there. Maybe they have better rooms, but if they are the same as mine, then it's just a shame. The hotel needs renovation, redesign and a more attentive attitude to the needs of guests. I definitely do NOT recommend this hotel.

A good, but not very varied breakfast. The rooms are clean and despite the fact that you can buy in the room, my room was not smoky. But when they smoked in the next room, it stank.
The air conditioner is very cunningly turned off only with the help of a hotel engineer..
The location is very convenient, 2 steps away from 2 metro lines...
A great option

It's just a nightmare!!!!
The hotel is very old, the rooms smell, the water in the bathroom / shower does not go well, which also causes an unpleasant smell. We took a suite, I do not argue, the room is huge, but very scary. The bed is full of pellets, it's unpleasant to lie on it. Everything in the room is falling apart. The most interesting thing started in the morning when we found out that there was no hot water, which we were not even warned about at check-in. And the staff should be a little more polite....

Very average.
Superior room , without air conditioning, in October at night is fine, but during the day....
Towels could not be changed for questioning. I called several times.
During the five days of arrival, they did not clean up more than once. They just took out the trash.
And on the last day they didn't even do that.
Of the advantages, only the location.
