Renovation, furniture, tiles, even in the bathroom there are no disposable sets of the client, and this is in an iconic place in the city center, the face of the capital. There are a lot of foreigners. What an impression they got from the hotel... yeah. The breakfasts are the same day after day. Not tasty, without a twist. Coffee burda in a teapot like in American movies and provincial eateries. It's time to reconstruct it or at least make major repairs, change EVERYTHING, including the directorate

The best thing about this hotel is its location. The rooms are very tired, the furniture is old. The bathroom is old and tortured. There are few towels, and the air conditioner does not work well. On the second day, the hot water went rusty, and after lunch it stopped altogether.

It's a pity I didn't take a photo in the room: a standard room with dead furniture, a unscrewing shower head, a hole in the wall, mattresses and pillows are just stone. There is no air conditioning and no safe. And all this for $100 per night. Perhaps higher-priced rooms leave a better impression. They were supposed to return here after a trip to Uzbekistan to fly home, but they abandoned this idea. One star for the restaurant on the 17th floor, which offers a panorama of Tashkent.

Not a bad hotel, I'll give you a quarter just for the lack of a normal Internet connection! In fact, it works fine only in the lobby — there is excellent 5G Internet, but everything is already outside it.. it doesn't catch even in the dining room. Even more so in the rooms. Sometimes it breaks through, but in general it is rather not there.
For the rest: the rooms are spacious, the interior is a bit "Soviet", in the five days that we lived there, once the hot water seemed to run out, but in the morning it appeared again (maybe somehow it did not reach, it is unclear, the room was on the 14th floor). The breakfasts are not bad, although not very diverse, but you definitely won't stay hungry. The hotel has a currency exchange office with a good exchange rate (it even turned out to be better than in a bank!).

The room is not expensive, but for this price you get a spacious room in the city center with a good view.
The metro is a 1-minute walk away.
They register quickly at the reception.
They also say that the hotel has a restaurant, and this is also a plus (instead of a store, as described below).
Of the cons:
- the door to the balcony did not close
- there were no cups/teapot
- there was no grocery store nearby

I really liked it! We stayed at this hotel in February 2023. We lived on the 15th floor with a magnificent view of the square. Very nice and comfortable room, free Wi-Fi, friendly staff.

The hotel was created in the form of a Karan. I did not live in it, I left it for an excursion. There are buses there, a 1000r sightseeing tour with an audio guide, I did not go, I took a private one.
There is a walking area and a park nearby. Everything is beautiful and very clean.

The rooms, frankly, are orphaned. Superior, which has only soap in a broken dispenser and shower gel/shampoo in a barely working other dispenser, is just fine. It would be justified only at a price 2 times lower.
The rooms are poorly cleaned - everything is covered in ingrained dust. There are stains on the carpet, bedspreads and curtains, the tulle is already gray.
The audibility between the rooms is fantastic, we even heard the neighbors pouring water into a glass, not to mention the rest.
There are no irons in the rooms, and the breakfast products, except fruits and eggs, are of terrible quality.
On the plus side, smoking is allowed in the rooms, but at the same time there was no smell of smoking upon arrival. The reception is very polite and quick-witted.

We stayed with my husband for 2 days in a suite on the 16th floor. The room is very dark, there is not enough lighting, a dirty towel was found in the bathtub, apparently left over from previous guests, a canopy hangs over the bed, which they were afraid to touch so that dust would not crumble, and at night we were bitten by BEDBUGS!!!! Yes, yes, bedbugs!!! We were just shocked by this reception. If they were in Russia, they would have called Rospotrebnadzor. The hotel management should urgently call the disinfection and deratization service and process all rooms. Such unsanitary conditions are simply unacceptable! There is a good breakfast buffet, but the waiters are completely untrained and do not understand what they should do. My husband and I brought porridge with fruits, coffee, and utensils to the table, went to get bread, and returned to find the table empty. The waiter threw everything away!! Is it really impossible to distinguish new food from leftovers?!We were outraged by all this. Crumbs are not removed from the table at all, there are no napkins on the tables, you will not be questioned. I do not recommend the hotel!!!! And the management should pay attention to their cleaning and restaurant services and carry out deratization immediately!

But the whole carpet was covered with white dog hair. However, after our complaint to the receptionist, they gave us a very good room.

I returned to my childhood. Lacquered cabinets from the USSR, table and chairs. The mattresses are hard and good. I didn't like the flush tank a bit, it worked every other time. Well, at least treat me to coffee / tea in a cafe, the guest is not to blame. Well, employees, solving your question, can immediately take up and start dealing with another client, like "this one will wait." In general, customer orientation is low. Among the advantages of the hotel are spacious rooms, excellent location, beautiful view from the bar on the 17th floor (the bar itself is "nothing"), interesting architecture of the hotel building. And taking into account the cashback from Ya.It turned out to be an attractive price.
