Сперва впечатление было хорошее, но когда вернулись обратно домой, обнаружили, что отсутствует 100$, которые умыкнули из кошелька во время уборки, плюс холодно как морозилке, отопления нет, кондиционера с возможностью обогрева в номерах тоже.
一开始印象还不错，但是回到家才发现少了100块钱，是打扫卫生时钱包被偷的，而且冷得像个冰柜，没有暖气，也没有空调。房间里也有暖气的可能性。

Всё отлично: начиная от просторного номера (улучшенный номер) на 16м этаже и заканчивая отличными завтраками! Приходили в разное время,еда всегда пополнялась,не было такого,что нечего покушать.
Месторасположение-идеально,в самом центре!
Цена-качество,клиентоориентированность. Есть обменный пункт,барбершоп,магазин мелкой электроники,в т.ч., сим-карты. От гостиницы каждый час,начиная с 10 утра, отъезжает экскурсионный двухэтажный автобус с 2хчасовой обзорной экскурсией по городу.
Так,в целом,отель в ретро-стиле,в 70х годах по-моему его построили,но это ничуть его не портит.
Wi-fi в номере хорошо работал,с водой тоже проблем не было,убирались хорошо.
Каждый день была смена полотенец и по 0.5 бутылки воды на каждого гостя.
Рекомендую!

I want to sleep, fix my balcony. One of the most disgusting hotels. The staff saves the situation a bit. But I sincerely advise you to choose another hotel for your stay.
By the way, there is only one working outlet.
And the rooms are dirty.
The breakfast buffet is not a particularly large selection, but something can be chosen. There are a lot of people at breakfast, a queue for food.

Отель Узбекистан самый плохой отель в моей жизни. По порядку:
1. Тут нет кроватей. То что вы видите на фото - это не кровать. Они положили матрас на пол (завернутый в пленку) на него положили ещё матрас и на этом предлагают спать. Матрас естественно скользит по другому матрасу, и ты спишь как-будто на воздушной подушке. Спать на этом невозможно.
2. Раковина в ванной подключена к канализации напрямую через гофру без гидрозатвора (сифона). Весь воздух из канализационного стояка без препятствий идет через слив в раковине в ванную комнату. Запах канализации в комнате очень сильный. Жить без открытого окна невозможно. Мы положили на слив пакет и залили его водой.
3. Везде грязно. Все ковры в пятнах. Полотенца не белые, они серые. Постельное белье в пятнах. Все поверхности в пыли.
4. Вай-фай только номинально есть, по факту он постоянно исчезает и нам так и не удалось его поймать.
Плюс этого отеля только один - это его расположение, станция метро и достопримечательности в шаговой доступности, но это же заслуга советских строителей, а не управляющего и персонала. Мы бронировали категорию «улучшенный номер», что там улучшено мы так и не поняли.

5 за отличное расположение (большая часть достопримечательностей в шаговой доступности) и виды с верхних этажей;
5 за разнообразные завтраки и красивую подачу (еда в достатке до конца времени завтрака)
5 за квадратуру номеров, постельное бельё и полотенца, белизну ванной
5 за хороший напор воды (номер был на 13 этаже)
4 за состояние мебели и коврового покрытия
3 за wi-fi (стабильный только в лобби на 1 этаже, в номере практически всегда отсутствовал)

Everything is solved, of course, but not quickly)). We stayed 5 nights, and on the 3rd day we practically stopped cleaning the room. Towels were changed, the garbage was taken out, perhaps the floors of the fry were soaked, but.. the sink and the bathroom, the dishes were no longer washed. In general, I would like to do better. I wish them to succeed))

employees of different training work at the reception, there are responsible people, and there is a complete zero. They don't answer for anything, they don't remember anything. Some kind of irresponsible politeness. Not really with breakfast either. If there is a large influx of Tourists, you have to wait for the next portion to be cooked and brought, as everything is eaten quickly. The set of dishes could have been better, considering that Uzbekistan is a paradise for gourmets.

For me, this minus will cover any advantages. The TV didn't work, it just wouldn't turn on. There was no air conditioner! Although, it is possible that we simply did not find it, then a friend told us that it was hidden in the furniture and, allegedly, there is a grate through which it supplies air. But it was suggested to her by the master who repaired the broken outlet, she did not find this valuable device on her own either. The door to the toilet with a big hole in the bottom half, the first time I encountered such a thing. Although there was a plus in this hole, without it, the stuffiness there would have been impossible. The insanely slippery tub was really scary. The windows faced the facade, the view was disgusting due to the dirty, frayed concrete grating to illuminate this very facade. It was impossible to fall asleep at night, Music was rumbling somewhere below. The mattresses are either soft or sunken, but you roll off them. Breakfast is relatively varied, but if something ends, no one is in a hurry to report a new portion. There is absolutely nothing sweet for tea (except granulated sugar, of course).

Отличное расположение - центр города, рядом станция метро, можно удобно добраться до любого места в городе. Большой плюс - в отеле есть Круглосуточный обменный пункт. Завтраки хорошие, персонал приветливый, отзывается на любую просьбу. Из минусов - в номерах нет чайников; ну и нам , возможно, не повезло с номером - плохо работал смывной бачок в ванной комнате ( постоянно текла вода) и отличная слышимость из соседнего номера , особенно в вечернее и ночное время, что периодически мешало полноценно отдыхать.

Номера просторные, комфортные. С классической мебелью, не очень свежей, но достойной. Жил с двух сторон, где окна выходят на главную площадь Махтумкули - вид обалденный. А также на внутренний двор. Вид тоже классный, главный плюс - там есть балконы, можно выйти полюбоваться видами. Кто встает с рассветом, то лучше с внутреннего двора - там встает солнце. Завтрак - шведский стол. Очень большой выбор стабильный, лишь некоторые блюда меняются. Ресторан сам по себе с небольшим меню - но подача на высоте, вкусно и не дорого. На 17 этаже отличная панорама! Можно покушать, выпить. Персонал вежливый, внимательный. Расположение отеля великолепное - все в пешей доступности есть.

Очень хорошее место расположения! Стиль в номерах - ретро СССР. Самое главное - матрацы не продавленны (хорошие матрацы средней жесткости), подушки новые, в номере чисто, воду в бутылочках приносили ежедневно. Разнообразный швед стол на завтрак: каши, фрукты, овощи и выпечка

Из плюсов : приветливый персонал от ресепшн до горничных, комфортное спальное место. Расположение гостиницы удобное, рядом метро, центр города. Просили верхний этаж, нам дали 16. Вид из окна красивый.
Завтрак средний. Фрукты, сухофрукты, орехи очень вкусные. Предлагают каши, яичницу, рис, овощи, сыр, сосиски. Мясных блюд нет. Кофе только растворимый.
Про интернет : вай фай на ресепшн ловит хорошо, в номере бывают перебои.
Минусы : в номере очень тусклый свет, отсутствует чайник. По многим вещам видны долгие годы эксплуатации. Шторы, покрывало требуют обновления. Настольные лампы пыльные, выключатели, фен грязные.
По итогу соотношение цена /качество достойное. Но обязательно нужно сделать хороший свет в номере и поставить чайник!

Была в гостинце «Узбекистан» с 25.12 до 30.12.2022. Все очень понравилось. Здание - типичная центральная столичная гостиница времен СССР, но это и хорошо. Просторные холлы, общественные пространства, номера. Жила в одноместном улучшенном номере. Все необходимое в номере есть: халат, тапки, туалетные принадлежности. Чайника в номере нет, но каждый день приносили питьевую воду. Уборка номера и смена полотенец каждый день. Ко мне заходили ежедневно, но мне так часто уборка не требовалась. Персонал вежливый, но а все запросы оперативно отвечали. Расположение гостиницы более чем удобное, самый центр и метро рядом. Если в городе первый раз, то рекомендую именно эту гостиницу. Вид из номера был на город и на горы.

Отличный отель в центре города. Рядом две станции метро. Номер мне достался самый недорогой, без шика, но очень удобный, особенно кровать и постельное бельё, даже вылезать из постели не хотелось. Балкон - огромный плюс и большая редкость. Да, что-то было подуставшим (душ), что-то не работало (одна из розеток), но это мелочи. Персонал максимально вежливый и приветливый. Завтраки просто супер (есть всё, от омлета до полного набора разнообразных фруктов). Отель очень и очень достойный.

The rooms are cozy with balconies, but judging by our room they already require investments. But what I didn't like was the light in the room. There is no head light, you have to turn on the lights in different corners and it's still not bright. With the light, I would be puzzled in the place of the owners. Breakfast is good. The second one was better, but there was an absolute minimum of even shower gel/hair in the bathroom. But the beds and pillows were comfortable, which is a major plus.
Surprisingly, the breakfasts were upsetting. On average, it is very difficult to find a cafe in Uzbekistan where you will be fed insufficiently tasty (or tasteless), but here this assessment is applicable for 70% of dishes. I constantly had to ask to cut / bring a lemon, milk porridge, as a rule, was unrealistically liquid, - well, etc.
In general, the next time we arrive for such a price tag, we will stay in some other places.
