I came in to choose frames for both regular glasses and sunglasses. I had a valid prescription with me and was ready to purchase at least two pairs (frames + lenses). Unfortunately, the entire experience felt quite unfriendly and poorly organized. All the frames are locked, so every time I wanted to try something on, I had to ask a salesperson to unlock them. The staff made me feel like I was bothering them rather than helping me. No one offered any real assistance with choosing frames — it felt more like they were just watching to make sure I didn’t take anything. It was especially inconvenient when I wanted to go back to a frame I had already tried, as it had been locked again and I had to ask for help all over. After trying on frames for regular glasses, I said I’d like to look at sunglasses as well. At that point, both salespeople walked away to assist another customer and effectively ignored me. Overall, a very disappointing experience, especially considering I came in ready to make a purchase.
