A breathtaking mosque with 82 domes and dazzling white marble architecture. It’s peaceful and spiritual, open to visitors of all faiths. Don’t forget to dress modestly and explore its stunning courtyard and chandeliers. 🚌 You can take a local bus or Intercity Bus E100 from Dubai to Abu Dhabi Central Bus Station, then a taxi or local bus to the mosque.

Amazing place. Beautiful 🕌, but it is very popular so there are many restricted areas, security checks that are stricter than in airport 😀, you cannot walk inside only around. Dress code is very strict especially for the women.

Sheikh Zayed Mosque in Abu Dhabi is an incredible architectural masterpiece and spiritual heart of the city. The mosque captivates with its grand scale, snow-white marble, and rich decorations. Inside, beautiful mosaics, giant chandeliers, and handmade carpets create a sense of grandeur and harmony. Visiting the mosque leaves a profound impression and allows you to connect with the culture and history of the United Arab Emirates.

Must-see! It is very beautiful and grandiose at the same time very refined. It is better to go on a weekday, taking an abaya with you. In the evening it is especially beautiful with lighting.

an incredible stunningly beautiful majestic mosque 🥰 you will feel like you are in a fairy tale. you need to see it both in daylight and at sunset. only muslims will understand the restrictions regarding appearance. the mosque is active, people pray in it, so visitors must cover their awrah. girls are allowed in only in abayas - you can buy them there or rent them. many different strict rules, but it's worth it!

It's a beautiful mosque, definitely worth a visit! If you were in the afternoon, try to take a picture in the center of the square) They also advise you to catch the evening time, the lighting is very beautiful. We arrived by car, Parking is free on site, then access to the mosque through the underground shopping center. There is strict dress control at the entrance for girls (translucent/ flying pants will not work), not strictly for men. One of the largest mosques, the largest chandelier, the largest carpet 😎

The Sheikh Zayed Mosque delights, surprises, fascinates and leaves the feeling that you have been in the fairy tale "One Thousand and One Nights". This is exactly the place to visit first of all in Abu Dhabi, because of its extraordinary beauty and amazing energy.

The Sheikh Zayed Mosque is an outstanding example of modern Islamic architecture. Its splendor and scale amaze the imagination of every visitor, demonstrating the high level of skill of the builders. The interior, made using precious materials, creates an atmosphere of awe and peace. Of course, this place has great cultural significance for the United Arab Emirates and the entire Islamic world. Visiting the mosque leaves an indelible impression.

The Sheikh Zayed White Mosque in Abu Dhabi is a palace from the 1001 nights fairy tale. It has the best of everything. The largest carpet created by 1300 Iranian weavers, the largest chandelier. Four minarets 106 meters high. And the mosque itself is one of the six largest in the world. The beauty is extraordinary! Admission is free with a QR code. Mandatory dress code (appearance requirements are available on the website). I would recommend setting aside one and a half to two hours for a leisurely inspection and photos. It's worth it!

The Sheikh Zayed Mosque in Abu Dhabi is not just an architectural marvel, but a real place of power. A snow-white harmony of marble, light and silence. Here you can feel not only the scale and beauty, but also respect for faith and culture. A must-have point of attraction for anyone who wants to understand the soul of the Emirates. The mosque is incredibly beautiful, definitely worth a look. Outside there is snow-white marble with colored patterns, and inside there are several large-scale chandeliers decorated with gold leaf and Swarovski crystals, and a handmade carpet of incredible size. For women, there is a dress code in the form of closed clothes and a headscarf (shoulders, wrists and legs must be covered).

The magnificent snow-white mosque is one of the six largest mosques in the world. Every element of the mosque is thought out to the smallest detail. Snow-white marble shines in the sun, flower designs are laid out on the columns with precious and semi-precious stones, and the top is made like a date palm, and there is a huge mosaic of tulips, irises and lilies on the square in front of the mosque. The chandeliers inside the mosque are a separate work of art. Swarovski crystals and gold sparkle in the light, and colored balls add zest. This is one of the most beautiful chandeliers I've ever seen in my life. The carpet in the mosque is the largest in the world with a weight of 47 tons! Everything looks so magical, as if you are in a fairy tale "One Thousand and one nights". The pearl of the UAE!

Impressive building and architecture. We were at sunset, very beautiful and majestic. Take a close look at the clothing recommendations and check them. In addition to the T-shirt, my wife put on a white shirt on top, but because of the slight transparency in the area of her hands, they said they couldn't let her in. Fortunately, there is a shop near the entrance and you can buy national clothes. The QR code for the entrance can be made online or on the spot at the mall, next to the food court. The local staff helps with its registration. Everything is fast enough.

Majestic and grandiose. The snow-white mosque with its airy architecture is stunning in its scope and splendor. One of the points of almost all sightseeing tours in Abu Dhabi. I think it's worth a visit to understand how luxurious Abu Dhabi is. There is a dress code before entering the mosque. We took women's clothes from the guide, 25 dirhams of black abaya and 30 colored ones. Before the pandemic, clothes were given for free, but now they are not, so consider this expense item if you plan to visit.

The Sheikh Zayed Mosque is an amazing place to visit. With its majestic architecture, snow-white columns and graceful patterns, I was impressed by the atmosphere of tranquility. The well-kept grounds with greenery and fountains add charm. Guided tours allow you to learn a lot about the culture of the UAE. I recommend visiting the mosque in the evening, when it is illuminated. It is not only a shrine, but also a symbol of friendship between cultures. I will definitely be back!

An incredibly beautiful place! I wanted to spend more time there , walk around the territory , sit on the benches . Unfortunately, a group tour is not allowed . We were there during the day . I really want to go back there in the evening, when everything is illuminated and decorated with lights. The place is mandatory to visit, but it is better to do it yourself , so that there are no time limits.

An incredibly beautiful place! About 10 years ago, they rented free abayas and headscarves here. Now they have built a huge shopping center almost under the mosque itself, where you can only buy an abaya or other attire suitable for visiting the mosque. Therefore, for the future: take it with you, or buy it on the spot already. We bought the most inexpensive one for only 50 dirhams. The choice is huge. For men, the clothes are closed shoulders and below-the-knee shorts/pants. In addition, there are other shops and cafes in the shopping center. You need to register for the visit in advance, on the website. Admission is free. You can't walk freely in the mosque itself, only along a strictly designated route. Incredibly beautiful, large-scale! Fascinating! I definitely recommend you to visit. It's a very beautiful place.

A beautiful oriental-style mosque. It certainly differs from mosques in Turkey and other countries with colder climates. Inside, the beauty is indescribable. You need to see. It's difficult to convey all the details, it feels like you've invested a lot of effort and money. It has a very pleasant smell. It's spacious, but there are a lot of details that create grandeur, coziness and comfort.

It's a very beautiful mosque. A must-visit if you are in Abu Dhabi, it's easy to get there, you can call a taxi through the Yandex Go app. It is necessary to obtain a Qr code on the mosque's website before visiting, indicating the time of the visit. A tourist destination, you need to dress accordingly ( women in a headscarf, legs covered up to the ankles , hands up to the wrist are also closed, men in trousers).

This splendor and grandeur cannot be described in any words. It needs to be seen. To touch, feel and feel. You need to feel it with all your heart, standing on the largest square with your bare feet. Walk along the marble tiles and the corridor with the windows, the walls are strewn with a scattering of flowers made of natural stone and foliage of all colors and nature. It doesn't matter what kind of faith and understanding you have. This mosque is a home for all who understand and believe.

In the UAE, the pearl of Abu Dhabi, the Sheikh Zayed Mosque, if possible, it is better to visit on your own, not by a group tour, but this is a personal experience of visiting, tickets were bought in advance online. First of all, we timed everything ourselves, and most importantly, we slowly enjoyed this miraculous masterpiece. Secondly, it is more advantageous for the price if there are two or more of you, you can take a taxi directly to the parking lot of the Sheikh Zayed Mosque. It is best to describe what you saw and convey your feelings through photos and videos. Admission is free, through a large glass dome, clothes must be in accordance with Muslim traditions. In the underpass that leads to the mosque, there are cafes, shops-perfumes, jewelry, souvenirs, etc. By the time we chose the transition from daylight to evening, and we had a full immersion unforgettable visit to the Sheikh Zayed Mosque.

The Sheikh Zayed Mosque is really impressive — the scale, beauty and atmosphere are mesmerizing. The girls had to wear robes with hoods, but they wouldn't let us in in shorts — we had to save ourselves with knee socks. 😄 The robe was bought from those who had already left, at a nearby shopping center — it turned out to be a little cheaper. With the lights on, the mosque looks incredible, especially in the late afternoon — it was worth coming to Abu Dhabi for this place. And the full notes are in the tg channel. t.me/VokrugSvetaZaUikend

Sheikh Zayed Mosque, Abu Dhabi. Rating: 6 out of 5 because for such beauty you need to break arithmetic!! If the Snow Queen's palace had married the Taj Mahal and moved to the Emirates, this mosque would have become their child. She shines like she's being polished by angels with microfiber cloths. You get closer and realize that the whiteness of the walls is dangerous to the eyes. Sunglasses are not an accessory here, but a means of survival. Architecture: — Flatbread domes, as if they were molded by a giant pastry chef in a fit of inspiration. — Chandeliers the size of a private jet. There is so much crystal in each one that it seems if you shake it, the budget of a small country will ring. — A handmade carpet that you can get lost on, like in the desert. They say the weavers who created it are still looking for their way home. Visiting rules: You are given an abaya/candura, in which you either feel like an Islamic movie star or a sack of potatoes. Trying to drape beautifully ends up tangling in the fabric like a cat in a tangle. Tourists in a hurry put it on so that they look like a group of conspirators who accidentally got to a social event. Tourists: — Bloggers catch camera angles by squatting in unnatural poses. Their motto is: "First a photo for Insta, then a prayer, if I have time." — People from the cruise who stopped by for 15 minutes between shopping and the beach. They can be recognized by the look "Where am I?! And what kind of carpet is that?!" — The locals, who look at all this fuss with affection, like kittens trying to catch their own tail. — Queue to enter. It's like boarding Noah's Ark: everyone is in a hurry, but no one knows where exactly. — Silence. They're trying to save it, but it's being torn apart by camera clicks and shouts.: "Vasya, look at that tile!!" — Reflection in marble. It's so perfect that you can see yourself in 4K quality, along with the wrinkles added by the local sun. Philosophical aftertaste: You come out feeling like you've seen something between paradise and a jeweler's boutique. I want to simultaneously: — pray, — review my life priorities, — and buy home the same chandelier, but you realize that it needs a separate foundation. Bottom line: The Sheikh Zayed Mosque is a place where: — gold modestly pretends to be a decoration, — tourists try to embrace all the beauty with their eyes and catch sparks from chandeliers on iPhones, — and you leave with the thought: "Sheikh Zayed, you are a genius!! But where is the exit?! I'm confused about the abaya." Tip: arrive at sunset. The mosque in the rays of the setting sun looks as if it is illuminated by Allah himself. And don't wear open shoes — the marble is polished to the state of a mirror, and you risk seeing not only your feet in it, but also your frightened soul)))

Just imagine, here is the world's largest carpet, the world's largest chandelier, very beautiful locations - and all this for free. Of course we have to go. I was here at sunset, I liked it, but I saw photos of those who came during the day - it's also beautiful. Do not forget that the entrance to the mosque is strictly in the abaya, and the passage inside is barefoot.

It is a very beautiful place and a must have to visit. It looks great both during the day and during the day. The main thing is to respect the traditions of the locals. We made a QR code in advance, for free on the website. I was wearing light, wide and not transparent trousers, a T-shirt and a long-sleeve blouse on top, and a headscarf. The dress code passed without any problems.

Let's take a look at the Sheikh Zayed Mosque in Abu Dhabi, one of the six largest mosques in the world. The mosque was built not so long ago, in 2007, and became a record holder in the Guinness Book of Records and an extremely popular tourist attraction. The courtyard occupies 17,400 m2 and can accommodate about 30,000 people. More than 30 varieties of marble are used in its design. The mosaic that covers the courtyard depicts tulips, lilies and irises. Floral elements are also present in the decoration of other parts of the mosque, the galleries are decorated with marble columns, along which elegant patterns of stems and inflorescences, inlaid with precious and semi-precious stones, stretch. A crystal chandelier covered with 24-carat gold and crystals, weighing 12 tons, and a carpet were listed in the Guinness Book of Records as the largest man-made in the world. 1,200 Iranian craftsmen worked manually to create it, weighing 47 tons and covering an area of 5,627 meters. There are 10 decorative pools around the perimeter of the mosque, the bottom of each pool is lined with marble tiles in different shades of blue. The Sheikh Zayed Mosque impresses with its size, but the main thing is its dazzling luxury. It is visible from afar and immediately attracts attention with its amazing snow-white domes, of which 82. The mosque has a certain dress code, but if you don't have the right clothes, you can buy them at the numerous shops at the entrance to the mosque.
