An interesting building. But I was more impressed by the view from the bridge. It's very beautiful, with a gorgeous view of the bubbling river and a bunch of bars and restaurants.

I visited the new Hakimiyat building and really liked the one-storey building made of sandwich panels in a modern style. I think all the hakimiyats should be built one-story and the former multi-storey buildings should be given to public schools, which have not been built for many years, but they should.
