A great hotel with Russian-speaking staff! The rooms are clean, the breakfast is delicious and varied. Upon check-in, a deposit is taken - then returned without problems, there is a Guest Relations near the reception where you can book excellent excursions at good prices. I recommend this accommodation for a holiday in Dubai!

We rested in the middle of November 23, we were given a room on the 24th floor overlooking the Marina Bay, the view is gorgeous, the room is spacious, there is everything you need for cooking, the bathroom has a bathroom and shower, a comfortable large bathroom, daily cleaning, breakfast for three, a very small dining room, the location is good 3 minutes to the Marina mall 10 minutes walk to the beach

The hotel is just great!!! Now we are resting here, to be honest, we have never had such a gorgeous room (and we are fans of traveling a lot) The Deluxe apartment has two rooms, a very large living room, a huge sofa, in the bedroom there is also a large bed and Mega comfortable! There is also a large balcony, from which the view is simply amazing ! We live on the 8th floor , room 802

Excellent apartment. There is a Russian-speaking staff at the reception. We upgraded the room as a gift. If there were any questions, they always helped. The room was clean, without any breakdowns. The kitchen had all the necessary cooking utensils. Cleaning was done every day. The breakfast buffet, although the choice was small, had everything you needed. Personally, I really liked the fish fillets in batter! The location of the hotel is also good. Five minutes walk from Dubai Marina Mall. It's a 15-minute walk to the beach. Nice hotel. For those who want everything to be perfect and at the highest level, there may be something to be dissatisfied with.
We lived in a premium apartment with a balcony and the only thing that didn't look super premium was the bathroom, and then everything was neat. And the balcony looked not at the marina, but at the highway. But hanging out on a balcony in Dubai and in the heat is hardly interesting to anyone)
The food was not bad, I often took an omelet, the choice is large, every day something new appears.
You can sunbathe in the pool only in the morning, it is located on the third floor and in the afternoon the sun sets behind the hotel building.
The location is great, the area is pleasant. In five minutes there is a marina mall with an endless number of different shops, a supermarket and catering establishments + a food court.
The beach is a 15-20 minute walk away, across the bridge overlooking the marina, along a very pleasant street, which is located on the second line with palm trees and cafes.
Tours are sold on the ground floor.
It's better to catch a taxi on the street, it's cheaper than ordering it, or go with drivers who hang out in suits at the hotel.
And there is also a van with delicious food next to the hotel, it seems to work at the hotel.
And you can order this food in the room.
The room is cleaned almost every day.
According to the photos, the tiled floor seemed uncomfortable, but it was absolutely not embarrassing on the spot.
The subway is close, but we rode once, got into rush hour and there were a lot of people.
I recommend going to aquaventure (water park), the old town (there is a large and beautiful starbucks market, attached a photo) and motiongate (amusement park)

We are staying at the hotel at the moment, there are still 10 days of accommodation ahead. The room was given, as it were, a Deluxe category with a balcony-an apartment on the 5th floor! Upon check-in, they take a deposit (500 AED) and tax! The food was taken by NV. The food for 4* is very modest, if breakfast can be said to be Average for 4*, then dinner is very modest! In 3* hotels, dinner was much more varied! Today there was 1 type of Soup (fish)- too salty that it is impossible to eat! Hot dishes made from semi-finished products from supermarkets, there are almost no desserts, fruits are cut into small cubes-all are not ripe! The reception is undergoing repairs, dust, dirt! The entrance is on the back side. The beach is 2km away, 20 minutes on foot in the heat of 42*-there is no transfer! There is 1 bottle of water in the room upon check-in, and it is 4*. You can order 1.5 liters in the room, but for 5 AED, in the market opposite it is 1.75 AED. It's a small thing, but not pleasant. When choosing a hotel, the advice is not to take HB, extra expenses! It is better for this money to take Hilton Beach on the shore, with its own beach 20 m from the hotel! Lunch at the Hilton from 60 aed in their own restaurant! Transfers to Malls and other buns 😉

4) there is a small fitness room;
5) there is a free transfer from the hotel to Dubai Outlet Mall and back (daily, 1 time a day).
From the cons of the hotel:
1) a small and shallow pool (most of the sunbed area is in the shade after 14 hours).

The pool is waist deep. Just take a dip. It's just right for the kids.

Nice hotel. Convenient location. Polite staff, there are Russian-speaking girls. Upon check-in, they take a deposit that cannot be refused. We were charged 500 dirhams. Upon check-in, the room category was raised for free.
High-quality room cleaning. The only thing was that the water was put on only 2 times a week.
It takes 15-20 minutes on foot to the sea.

The hair dryer was terrible, my hair was too dry, and it was still very hot. There were few outlets , there were only two teaspoons, although the room was for four. Everything is cool, corresponds to the stated. Nice staff, comfortable room. The cleaning is excellent. We were upgraded to a room, placed with a view of the Marina. The breakfast is good, there are both traditional porridges-eggs, and national dishes, pastries. They give bottled water to everyone. I liked the pool - small, but pleasant. Everywhere is clean, quite decent. The metro is nearby, but it's still hard in the heat). The beach is about 20 minutes on foot. Marina Mall is a two-minute walk away. In the rooms of the kitchen with a full set of dishes, including a frying pan - it was very useful, because it is impossible to feed children with anything other than ordinary pasta and cutlets.

A great hotel in the heart of Dubai Marina district. DMCC metro station is a 15-minute walk away, Marina Mall is a large shopping center 7 minutes away. The hotels were greeted very warmly. We provided an excellent two-room room on the 7th floor with a balcony and a gorgeous view. The hotels have a swimming pool on the 3rd floor. They came at any time of the day and there were always places where you could lie down and relax after swimming. The pool is not deep, but it is enough to swim. There is a gym, a restaurant. I can't appreciate it, they took it without power. For any question, we addressed the staff. They fulfilled requests immediately, and not during the day. It is very captivating, excellent customer orientation. Therefore, we liked the rest in this hotel very much and want to return to it again.

For me, the hotel turned out to be smelly. There is a fragrance sprayer on every floor and in every corner, even in the elevator, but as for me it is not a fragrance, but a chemical stink. A very wonderful hotel 👍👍location for 10 points , meeting guests , staff there are no words, especially the guy Omez , special thanks to him and the girl Irene at the reception, helped in any question that arose.
In the hotel it is better to settle in the upper floors, then the view will be on the Marina and the beautiful city, the girls Olga and Inga are sitting on the first floor of the hotel, take excursions from them, they are really at the prices of the site, the representative of the tour operator is much more expensive (Fan San is unfair, from meeting guests at the airport, to selling excursions)Near the hotel there is a metro station 5 min. Marina Mall is a 3-minute walk away , there is a Kar-Fur supermarket nearby where you can buy everything you need at a normal price.
I recommend 10 points because of the location!

The rooms are spacious, the service is not intrusive but timely. The hotel is perfectly located in a five-minute walk from the Marina mall, 10 minutes to the metro and 15 minutes to the beach.
Of the minuses: the pool seemed dirty, but we didn't need a person, so it didn't affect the assessment.
Breakfast is over for three, very monotonous, sometimes not very tasty, but you can always order fresh scrambled eggs or an omelet, which frankly helps out.
In general, we are happy with everything.

I liked the hotel as a whole. We booked the standard. But we were not offered a room on the high floor, although we upgraded to an improved two-room. But it didn't matter to us. We had a room by the pool. But we chose beaches. The beds are comfortable, the breakfasts are varied, the staff are very friendly and give a lot of advice on logistics. The hotel is located near the Marina Mall, it is convenient!! It takes half an hour to walk to the nearest beach. We were about. Plus, there is a beautiful walking area along the canal nearby. In Dubai for the first time... Fun&Sun worked clearly. And they met me and took me back to the airport. The staff at the Royal Regency Suites Dubai Marina is polite, they were treated to juice upon check-in. We rested in the room-premium studio marina view & balcony. Gorgeous! View from the window to the Marina, a balcony on the other side of the building with a view of the highway. There was no extraneous noise. The bed is just a marshmallow that wraps around. Super soft! We had breakfast included. Buffet. Fruits and orange juice are very tasty. We were not hungry, although we missed the soup... The location of the hotel is convenient, everything is nearby. Thanks to the "Fairy Tale of Wanderings"! Everything was great! We will definitely come back!!!

A good average hotel with an excellent price/quality ratio.
We made a free upgrade of the rooms, the rooms are spacious, the air conditioners work perfectly, the cleaning is on the level, there are all the necessary accessories, a good location right by the Dubai Marina. The room has a kitchen and a refrigerator. The staff is very polite and friendly.
The relative disadvantages include the Dining Area, where breakfast is served. The zone is very small, there are a lot of people almost at any time. The food itself is generally not bad.

We returned from a vacation at this hotel. Four stars is a very cool hotel application. Faced with many shortcomings. Starting from a dirty (after previous tenants) microwave and an unpleasant-smelling refrigerator and cupboards, to the absence of slippers, a hair dryer, toothbrushes and similar standard accessories in the room. As it turned out later, all this is issued on request...
One of the drawbacks is that you will not be given water except for a welcome bottle here, but will be sent to buy it at a nearby store.. It's very strange and unusual for a hotel in a hot country. Considering that the hotel also charges a fairly large deposit upon check-in.
The disadvantages also include dull music in the morning and yoghurts that have been stored for a year...
The advantages ... Except for the attentiveness of some employees (natives of the former USSR) who go to a meeting with problems, and maybe someone is not too picky about food, there is a good porridge, pastries and a cheese plate.
If the view from the room is important, you should take the one on the Marina, otherwise you will have to survey the construction site and the noisy highway.

Our stay at this hotel was sad. Upon check-in, they take a deposit of $ 200, transfer it to their course and return it in dirhams when you already leave. The food is monotonous, the same thing every day. The entire lower floor is being renovated, so everyone is being moved to the top floors. They give you one card for two when you check in, if you ask for two, then you constantly run to the first floor to connect it, because you worked for me, then for my husband. What's the point of giving two then? unclear. And the cherry on the cake.. expensive massage glasses were missing from our room, when we went to the reception they didn't care at all, this is the first time I've encountered this in Dubai hotels. To the statements, glasses were missing from the room, the administrators shrugged and said this could not be, as a result, it turned out that they were not responsible for the things in the room at all. We left very upset. The hotel and its staff have the lowest star. I do not recommend it.

Excellent Royal Regency Suites Dubai Marina hotel, excellent service, cleaning team (girls and boys) deserves the highest praise. Upon check-in, Jiganhir at the reception upgraded our room to premium, with excellent views of the lake and walk Dubai Marina.
The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay, great mattresses and pillows to sleep well, there is also a kitchenette with a stove, microwave, kettle, pot and frying pan, sometimes we cooked ourselves, sometimes we went to the hotel restaurant, delicious cuisine. We stayed for 13 nights and didn't want to leave.
Indeed, the hotel's motto is: everything is like at home!

The construction site between the hotel and the highway and the actual noise from the 14-lane highway is depressing. With the windows closed, in principle, it is normal.
The location is not bad 400 meters to the Marina Mall, and 1 km to the metro stations. It takes about 18-20 minutes to walk to the beach. A walk is tolerable. For this money, a firm, confident 4 to this apartment hotel.

They settled into a room on the ground floor with a view of the road, when asked to change the room to a higher floor, complete indifference and the answer is "the hotel is full."
