Hello everyone. A hotel with a very friendly staff, we managed to settle in earlier, without additional payment and without a deposit, which made us very happy. There are two Russian-speaking receptionists at the reception. They also upgraded the room category for free, which pleased us even more. The hotel is clean and has a pleasant aroma (although some of them I noticed an allergy to it - they sneezed and coughed when passing by the sprayer). We didn't go to the fitness room. In the room, the dishes were washed by those who cleaned, and then we were left with a sponge for dishes, but there was no detergent. By the way, at the expense of water- it is very soft, hair, skin are delicate, smooth, but the foam is washed off well enough. The room was provided with slippers, towels, ladles, a saucepan, a frying pan and a saucepan, dishes of different sizes. The beds are large, we slept 2vzr + 1reb (6L), there was enough space for everyone, mattresses and pillows are a matter for everyone individually, the pillows were too high for me. The view from the windows was on the canal and on the Sheikh Zayed road, we lived on the 11th floor, we liked the view. There was a ironing board and iron in the room, a normal hair dryer. Our plugs fit into the sockets near the bed (we charged the phones as usual), but in the bathroom the socket for the iron (straightener) did not fit the voltage.
The location is good: to the beach 15min, near the metro, Marina Mall, river tram stop.
Of my disadvantages , I can note the following: 1. The air conditioner blows so, even at min, that you don't want to, but lying on the bed, it blows right on you and I slept almost under the blanket.
2. Breakfast, they did not meet my expectations, not tasty, poor choice, but you will not go hungry, I recommend omelets and cheeses.
3. In the room, the cups for tea/ coffee are too small in size, probably by 200ml (not enough for me).

A good solid four hotel. Near Marina Mall, metro station. Of course, it takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the beach. I would like to have a more varied diet, but we didn't stay hungry. We took meals for breakfast and dinner. The views from the window are just wonderful! There is a balcony.

I am currently in a premium room at the hotel. There is no electrical outlet in the bathroom, you have to dry your hair in the kitchen, to do this, use the microwave door as a mirror. They didn't give me an extension cord. The air conditioner is regulated from the living room, while it gets very cold in the bedroom, but there is no control in the bedroom, you have to go to the living room. Sleeping on the couch in the living room is uncomfortable, very hard. We live on the 18th floor, there is a balcony, the view is beautiful. There is a toilet adjacent to the bedroom, so when the toilet is flushed on the upper floors, there is such a noise that it seems now it will all pour into your bedroom. Room cleaning is daily, good. There were no cleaning products in the room, they asked, they were given a Pril, and not the first time, but they did not give a sponge. We will ask again. The breakfasts are poor, tasteless, you will not stay hungry. JBR Beach is about 1.5 km away on foot. You can live, but without enthusiasm.

The room is on the 6th floor, facing the construction site and the highway, but the counter is frozen, in front of a great view of beautiful buildings. Marina's canal was visible from the bedroom. It is very convenient that there is a Marina mall nearby, where you can buy food in a supermarket, and alcohol on the floor where parking is (we have not found any other place where it would be sold).

time we chose the area on the Marina. We chose between Marina view and radisson. There was also an option in ocean view, but they wanted a view of the marina. The hotel is the second building from the embankment. They met us with juice. There are Russian-speaking employees. Checked in at 10 o'clock in the morning. The view from the window is great. Condey works well, but is a bit noisy. The number came across 1211. Without a balcony. The Internet is excellent 250mbps. The password is immediately given along with the key card. There are smart TVs. You can always watch YouTube. There are a couple of Russian channels on TV. The room is large, enough for 2 people not to push. There is a kitchen, you can even cook something. Spoons, forks, frying pan, saucepan, etc. The bathroom and toilet are clean, but midges appeared a day later. The water pressure is a little weak. But the shower stall is big. The room service is excellent, towels were changed every day and bed linen was changed a couple of times. Breakfast is normal. Of course, not huge buffets, but porridges, omelets, fruits and buns are always in place. There is a good shop opposite. But we often went across the bridge to another market. He is both bigger and the choice is better. The bay is a 10-minute walk away. There are 2 metro stations and 1 tram station near the hotel.
Food can be ordered from the hotel restaurant or delivered. Careem registers only for the UAE SIM card, which you receive at the airport. And talabat can be used on a Russian SIM card. We moved more often by taxi. Careem to help. Almost 1.5 times cheaper than on Uber. Well, or on the subway. Dubai Marina Mall is a 2-minute walk away.

I had to leave at 12 o'clock and put my luggage in their storage (even though it's free). But when they were waiting for the return transfer, several people did a checkout at 13 and 14 and at 15 o'clock.
It may be useful to someone: everyone paid with a card of the Russian Agricultural Bank unionpay. Payments were made wherever there are terminals. We withdrew money from ATMs without any problems.

The area is large, the ceiling height is also high, we had 2 balconies. There was a safe, washing machine, iron, hair dryer. Dishes are washed if not washed)) The breakfasts were standard, there was one porridge, boiled eggs, omelet and fried eggs fried by the cook every morning. There were sausages, chicken, nuggets, hash browns. Vegetables, fruits, melons are not ripe, watermelon is sometimes delicious, pineapple. Yoghurts. Fresh pastries, croissants, etc., nutella. Dates. They give you a bottle of water if you ask. Breakfast in the hall without a window, a little sad. A lot of plastic dishes. At the reception, they are treated to a local kind of local tea, you can take sweets and dates. When you check in, you are treated to juice. To go to the sea in my opinion is not close. And the reviews will take 10 minutes, I don't know how people walked so fast There was only one entrance near the Hilton hotel to the shared beach. There is one entrance through the construction site, but it's not very pleasant to go there, stones, garbage, wires, and the risk that something from the construction site will fall from the wind. In general, it takes 15-20 minutes to walk. The rest of the coastline is divided between hotels. And there you will not be able to lie down with your umbrella, you will be asked to leave. I pay attention to this. There was nowhere to fall on the common beach in April. Plus a narrow coastline. Where there is an entrance to the beach there are separate rooms, showers, toilets. In general, a typical city beach. We didn't really like it. We took a taxi 30 dirhams to Safuh beach (completely wild without toilets, but very beautiful) and Kite Beach (a well-built good beach).

As a result, upon check-in, we were offered a balcony with a view of the construction site and a window with a view of the neighboring house), claiming that the canal is visible from it! WE WERE SHOCKED! To our indignation, we were told that it was not necessary to book through tour operators and booking, but to call directly. As a result, they requested 500 dirhams for upgrading the category, and if you are not satisfied, call the operator and sort it out there! We opened the booking, showed them the purchased number, there is zero reaction, this is not your number and period, pay or go with a view of the garbage! I liked the breakfasts. I liked the room, I was on the 5th floor in a room with a balcony. 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen. The staff is great, the cleaning is daily. The pool is on the 3rd floor from 8 am to 8 pm. Towels can be taken to the beach. Accessibility to the Marina and the Mall is within walking distance, there are many restaurants nearby. I recommend. There is a short passage to the Marina promenade, through the stairs, ask, they will show you.

I have read the previous reviews and fully support them. The location is especially important, when the heat starts on the street, then you immediately feel an extra minute in the sun. Lowered the rating for the greed of the hotel - it turns out 1 bottle of water is given upon arrival. In December, I spent a week in another hotel, there without talking, on the call, they brought 2-3 pcs. a day. And here I called - they didn't bring it. I asked at the reception, so I was politely sent on a trip to the nearest store. Life Hack - do not throw away an empty used bottle. It can be collected free of charge with drinking water from the "fountain" on the embankment on the way to the Marina Mall, if you walk past the parking lot. I'm at the hotel now and maybe I'll correct the review when I get home.
