I'm currently staying at this hotel. I don't understand why they took off one star, the hotel justifies itself by 5*. The staff is top-notch, cleaning is daily, linen is changed every 5 days, and for 10 life-giving dollars we were given a room with a view of the pool. The room is gorgeous in the new building, everything is working, the shower is great. There are 2 beaches, one for children, I would say, the other is a little to the side, with 2 small reefs, in which we saw all the beautiful fish, but tourists feed them hell for a good picture, even sausages, it's very disgusting for our compatriots. There is a bar on the beach, the Ala Kart restaurant, where we had lunch, you can say without getting up from the sun beds. The beer is normal, the wine is strong, I don't drink strong, so I can't say. The restaurant always has a tablecloth, napkins, chefs in gloves, and waiters too. There are enough dishes for everyone, I will not write about the food, everything is there and it does not end. I recommend this hotel to everyone, I'm going to do it again next year. Be sure to visit the restaurant in the tower for $ 20, it is open only on Wednesdays, the food is excellent, the show program.

I would like to express my gratitude to all the staff of the hotel for a great stay! Upon check-in, the receptionist greeted us kindly, which immediately created a pleasant impression. All the staff were polite, attentive and always ready to help. The room we were given in the new building was simply gorgeous — spacious, modern and cozy. I would especially like to note that the hotel is great for families with children. There are several pools, slides, a mini zoo, a playground and, what was important to me as a mother, a very useful and interesting kids' club. Arriving alone with the children, I was glad that the children enjoyed going to the kids' club in the morning, where various games were organized for them: treasure hunting, makeup and creative activities. After relaxing at the club, the children enthusiastically continued to play after 3 p.m. The evening minidisko became a real celebration that the children were looking forward to. Special thanks to the animators of the children's club, in particular Maria, who liked the children the most and made the rest especially vivid and memorable for them. Thank you all for your attention, care and the cozy atmosphere that you have created! We will definitely come back here again! Two adults and two children aged 4 and 11 spent 10 days in Segal from July 10 to July 21. The rest was a success. In order: the hotel is very beautiful both inside and outside the hotel - expensive, rich, well-groomed for every blade of grass. We were given a room immediately upon arrival on the 1st floor and it was a thrill, as we didn't have to waste any time - our own terrace with access to the pools, bar and beach! Cleaning was daily, with a change of linen and towels - a small tip was left every day (Alyonka's chocolates came in handy), the air conditioner was working properly; One of the "cons" is the lack of shampoos and shower gels - you need to take them with you. The sea is beautiful, there are two small beaches in the lagoon, we hardly ever visited, for some reason the water is muddy there. The second beach is great, there are even small reefs with fish, diving, having fun. The water is clean, the entrance is very convenient. There are a lot of sun beds on the beach, towels are provided, and you can always find a free sunbed. Swimming pools: there are many of them, there is a three-level one on the top floor for the youngest. Observers are on duty at the pools and on the slides, keeping order. Very nice slides for kids. The pools are clean. Attention - it is forbidden to swim in the pools in clothes, even in tunics, even for toddlers. Take indoor swimsuits with hangers! Food: lots of bars, three restaurants, everything is delicious, lots of meat, vegetables, desserts, fruits. The guys don't skimp on bars - they pour as much as you want and whatever you want. Great respect to the bartenders and waiters - they take such sincere care of the guests! The restaurants are clean and tidy - tables are always set, no dirty dishes - the guys clean up instantly, pleasant, sometimes lively, music is playing. For entertainment: there are yoga, dance lessons, water aerobics at sea, darts, boccia, beach volleyball, football, table tennis, billiards, a kids club, a zoo. In the evening, the show program. The Internet is on the beach, it drops off during rush hour every 5 minutes. We didn't buy paid access, I won't say anything. We bought a SIM card at Vodafone (more expensive at the hotel)for 20 GB for $11. A separate quest is the exit to the city. If you want to survive, don't try to cross the road on your own - it's unrealistic. The hotel has a special person who helps. But everything you need is on our side of the hotel. Once was enough for us. There are pharmacies nearby, full of souvenirs, cigarettes are cheap at every turn, a complete fake, but cheap. Smokers - take it with you. We took excursions from a tour operator: Marine "Utopia" - yacht, banana riding, cheesecake, visiting a bathyscaphe, swimming near the reefs in masks, diving, visiting a paradise island - everything is bullshit, except diving and snowboarding - the instructor is well done, emotions are strong! In general, summing up, there was nothing that could overshadow the rest, and there were many discoveries about the hospitality of people who provide service - You can't teach that, we are sincerely grateful to every employee of the hotel! We will definitely come back!

I had a rest in early July 2025. The hotel is gorgeous. The room is clean. The air conditioner wasn't working, but it was fixed right away. There is a TV (channels for every taste), a safe, a tea set, a balcony, two bottles of water. Everything is comfortable in the bathroom, the plumbing is tired. The mattresses are comfortable, of medium hardness, without sagging. Two pillows: soft and hard. Blackout curtains. The lighting is different, the switches are double, you don't have to get up again. We cleaned every day. Sometimes they made animals out of towels. The staff is polite, helpful, and attentive. They are especially happy about tips. They understand Russian/English. The buffet is great and as varied as possible. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and two additional meals at the bar. I've never been hungry. The menu is not repeated daily. I tried almost all the dishes. Meat, potatoes, pasta, rice, and vegetables are always available. A variety of salads. Lots of fruits. And much more. Everything is fresh. There were no poisoning or stomach problems. It was a shame only for the pancakes, unfortunately, there is little taste in them. Lots of desserts. Tea, coffee, soft drinks. The plates are cleaned promptly. The dishes are clean. Sometimes with chips. The hotel has two beaches, an amphitheater, swimming pools, water slides, a children's corner, a mini zoo, bars, and a la carte restaurants. Each beach place has a wide umbrella made of straw, the sun does not let through, do not burn. And two chaise lounges (metal base and leather/nylon mattress). Everything is clean, comfortable, and beautiful. There is a towel dispenser on each beach (plus don't forget about the red flags there, which can be tied to an umbrella and no one will approach you with sales of excursions, drinks, etc.). The bottom is sand, with shells in places. There are few fish of any kind, because there are no coral reefs here. But at sunset, be sure to go to the water, a lot of interesting wildlife swims. The territory is clean, there are a lot of urns, there are smoking areas. Lots of entertainment. During the day: volleyball, football, darts, water polo, water aerobics and much more. In the evening at the amphitheater: mini-disco for children, cartoons, animation and shows. It won't be boring. Everything is interesting and fun. I am completely satisfied with the hotel. It's worth it!

We had a rest from September 13-20. I met the transfer, took it to the hotel, and the tour operator supervised it throughout the rest, more on that later. We arrived very late, around 23:00. They put on bracelets, took us to a room and showed us where we could have dinner. They gave me a room on the ground floor, in a new building with a view of the roof of the kitchen, there was always a terrible smell of their detergent in the room, which was used every day to clean the floors, the air conditioner was making a lot of noise, its adjustment panel was broken, the balcony could not be opened - the noise of generators and air conditioning did not allow me to rest, much less sleep. In the morning we met with the guide, discussed the problem, and on the same day, after 4 p.m., we were given another room on the 4th floor with partial sea views, the furniture was newer and generally better, and we did not ask for an additional fee. You haven't heard about chemical carpet cleaning there :)))) cleaning every other day, mediocre. They change the bed, towels, wash the floors, that's it. The territory is huge, several restaurants, a food court on the beach, bars, ice cream, clean and tidy. On food: Normal food in large quantities, something is overdone, but this is subjective, I liked the breakfasts, simple and delicious: scrambled eggs, vegetables, porridge, pastries, toasts, pancakes (not edible). The assortment includes meat and fish, very tasty rice. In general, you will not starve) The staff somehow understand Russian, and there are some basic requests. Beach: There are two of them. One is small, the other is bigger. Basically, everyone is resting on the bigger one. Nice deck chairs and large umbrellas, very comfortable. If you get up late, then by 9-10 a.m. you will find an empty seat only in the last rows. The first rows by the sea have been occupied since 7 a.m., as soon as the towel dispenser opens. There is a snack bar near the beach, where you can have a snack (burger, French fries, vegetables, rolls) + drinks from 11 a.m. The sea is beautiful, the entrance to the water is soft, not rocky, aqua slippers are not needed. Wi-Fi is free only on the beach, it worked so-so. Paid - $ 3 per person for a week, it also often fell off and, what was not convenient, it constantly flew when you change the location (number-beach), asked you to enter your username and password regularly. The staff was friendly, the waiters worked quickly, cleared the tables, there were always enough dishes and plates. Tour operator: We were supervised by FunSun. Upon arrival, we were briefed, told about the available excursions, and we bought 3 at once. I especially liked the Safari in the desert, the quad bikes, the Bedouin village, and in general, the desert is very beautiful. The guides are friendly, sociable, and there are no complaints. Unless !! ! !Don'T take it!!! they have "free" options like shopping. They will bring you to an outdoor clothing store and try to sell you something) and very persistently, and besides, they record which hotel and room the visitors are from and whether there was a purchase. A separate plus is attentive observers and excellent slides for kids. Important: you can only swim in swimsuits / swim trunks, without clothes on top. Food: A huge selection in bars and restaurants, everything is delicious and fresh. Bartenders don't skimp on drinks. The staff is very caring and attentive. Entertainment and animation: For every taste — from yoga and water aerobics to a kids' club, zoo and evening shows. Special thanks to the wonderful animators — their energy and interesting programs did not let either children or adults get bored! Cons/nuances: There is no shampoo or shower gel in the rooms — take your own. Access to the city is difficult due to the busy road. It is better to use the help of the hotel staff. Bottom line: The vacation was a 100% success! Nothing marred the trip, but the level of service and the sincerity of the staff (especially the animators!) pleasantly surprised.

For adults: the sea with small reefs, there are always a variety of fish, this year there are rafts in the water - you can dive from them, sunbathe on them, two beaches with smooth access to the sea (one with animation, the second calm), animation - bocce, darts, fun starts, dancing, stretching, water aerobics, water polo, evening showtime. There is billiards in the lobby. There are activities for an additional fee - camel riding, children's cars, boating in the pools, massage, sap boards. In general, there are a lot of things, we had a great rest, we recommend the hotel!

We had a rest in early October 2025, everything is great, the weather is great on 31, the water is 29, the pools are warm and clean. There's a reef on the beach, half-dead, but there are fish there anyway. The children liked the water park, both the eldest (10 years old) and the youngest (3 years old). The food is good, it was always delicious and the choice is also normal. The rooms are nice and large, although it's clear that they are not the first freshness, but compared to our resorts, everything is great. The staff is friendly and there are many of them, any issue is resolved instantly. The animation is monotonous, but the children liked it. We didn't go to adult classes. There are always free sun beds, although they are almost always occupied by the sea, but there is always a place in the third or fourth row. There are always places in restaurants, and the staff quickly cleans the tables.

We stayed at the hotel in July 2025. We chose a place for a family vacation. The main criteria were convenience and entertainment for children. All this was found at the hotel. There are children's pools for children, where lifeguards work and closely monitor order and safety. There is a Playground, a petting zoo with well-groomed pets. A late dinner is provided. Animation for children and adults is organized. Children aged 10 and 3 had something to do. The location is convenient, located right on the shore of the cleanest beach with soft sand and in the city center. We got from the airport very quickly. The rooms are spacious, new, with daily cleaning. The food is varied, there is a lot of food, but in my opinion, the dishes are very primitive and heavy, mostly closer to fast food. There is almost no local cuisine. Fruits and vegetables are scarce. Lunch takes place in an outdoor restaurant on the street during the hottest time, which makes it even more difficult. The service is excellent. The staff is attentive and always ready to help. Seagull Beach Resort is a suitable place for a family vacation. Maybe I would have visited a second time, but not in the summer.

It all started with the fact that we, as trained tourists at the reception, were given a large chocolate bar and 10 dollars in a voucher. The hotel has two buildings, the old one, where the renovation is not very good, and the new one, from which all the photos are taken. They didn't take the money from us, they said that later (cameras apparently), they took the chocolate bar. As a result, they gave me an old building with noisy ventilation. We immediately went to complain to the reception, they said they would change the room only the next day. They changed it to a new one, but it looked like a different building. Do you want a view from the sea? $25 per night. Pool view is 10 dollars. All tourists are driven through this scheme, few people will agree to the old number, especially since they can say that they will change it only after a couple of days. Wi-Fi is everywhere, but it catches on 3/5. The food is like everywhere else, you will not stay hungry, but our bellies were not very good until the last day, so if you have a weak stomach, start drinking a course of Bifiform in advance)) You can immediately go to restaurants for free. The most delicious is Italian, you definitely have to go there! The rest are specific. Everything is not very good in Chinese. And shrimps are rubbed into the fish oil. Overall, a comfortable atmosphere. You can go to clubs every day, we liked only one, it's LIttle Budda, $15 per person. We learned from the Egyptian guys that our hotel is considered bad for the money that we bought 2,000 dollars somewhere (we bought a few days before departure, maybe that's why). But everything was fine with us. Location, staff, rooms. By the way, the hotel has an interesting solution. Yellow bracelets are for those who are for the first time, red for those who are for the second time. And people come to this hotel 15 times) This is a good sign! You can walk with the Marina nearby, and there is a beautiful quiet street next to the Buddha Club, which is also worth a trip. Taxis are inexpensive: order through the InDrive app, the price is immediately displayed and drivers do not bother, on average, all trips are 1 dollar. Our final rating is 4/5)

A good hotel for its price. At first, they asked to replace the room from the standard one because of the noise from the street, the view into the wall and the permanent noise of the transformer box. We paid extra for the view, but the next day, thanks to this, the rest began to sparkle with new colors. Convenient location, daily cleaning, definitely recommend delux. Food: there is not much seafood here, but there are plenty of greens, vegetables and insanely delicious beef. There are a la carte restaurants, delicious soup at the seaside. The others were not very impressed, the buffet was better. What I would like to note: the well-groomed territory, the staff is watching it, the sea is clean, the entrance is sandy, you can watch the fish with a mask, I saw a stingray - it's cool) There are still a lot of entertainment for children, but for my two-year-old neither slides with a warm pool, nor birds in a mini zoo, nor a game club were interesting. It's great for older kids. As a result, this is my second time in Egypt, and my impression has changed for the better!

Great atmosphere, I really liked the animators, they are always active and entertain all the time, there is no time to lie down, we went dancing, stretching, water gymnastics. Dancing with Lavi is super. I was impressed by the huge and beautiful territory of the hotel, and it was very clean. All the staff at the hotel are smiling and polite, well done. Good food, lots of restaurants, I especially liked the fish restaurant and the staff there were very nice. We had a lot of fun in the evenings at the amphitheater at the show, the atmosphere was very cool. In general, we are satisfied with everything. We wish everyone a visit to this hotel.
