Hello.
The biggest disadvantage for which she took off the star is that we forgot the car key in the safe in the room and wrote about it several times to the hotel and on Instagram too. As a result, they did not find the key - but it is very similar to a keychain of not small sizes and apparently someone needs it more. Or they just didn't look. It's a shame.
We were at the hotel at the end of February 2024. In a room with a kitchen on the 11th floor. Everything is fine, the balcony overlooked the neighboring building - there is a parking lot below, from there it smelled of sewage in the evenings.
I liked the hotel itself, the food is varied and tasty enough, but there are strange dishes))) we took breakfast and dinner - tea and coffee for a fee at dinner.
Seafood, meat was enough.
A variety of fruits is standard.
All kinds of pastries - but they won't work for lactose-free people because there are butter and dairy products. For this reason, for me personally, the price tag is too high, since the choice is scarce for such.
A big disadvantage for allergy sufferers and people with lactose intolerance is the minimum choice.
For people with lactose intolerance, there are no products at all.
Although they saw lactose-free milk in the store.
You can't even eat muesli and porridge and coffee without milk.
I didn't like the fact that fish and meat are lying side by side in the same tray, and since I am allergic to fish,
I was already afraid to take meat, it's not right, no leaves that were separated will help. Plus, the one who gives takes both with the same gloves. It is not provided for such people.
But what you liked, you can ask the chefs to do something separately, but it would be better to have a ready-made menu.

There are 2 beaches from the hotel, the one that is always occupied has never been hit, and since it is busy, you will have to go to another one, since you cannot go without a chaise longue. They are free.
What I want to say. As a blogger with problems, I can tell. If you have no problems with the above, then the hotel is decent.
I feel sorry for the car key - it costs me a lot to restore it. We still hoped that he would be found.

We had a rest at Nh Collection in June , the hotel is super , everything is new , beautiful , stylish , the staff is responsive , there are Russian speakers , we took breakfast and dinner , dinner can be changed for lunch without warning ! The food is quite diverse. Dinner can be replaced with lunch. The tourist tax can be paid with a Unionpay card. The deposit for the bar is not taken, but it is also closed. Across the street is a large shopping center, which has a grocery supermarket and a food zone. We got to the main attractions by taxi. About the room : huge, new, stylish as the whole hotel, overlooking the main highway from Svola Palma to Atlantis. With a balcony . All amenities. Mattress and linen space.
About the restaurant: there is everything, right down to seafood and salmon, and the drinks are only basic, but included and it's fine. Delicious, beautiful , 5+. The pool is a beautiful view, but noisy and musical. There is a chill on the beach, cleanliness, aesthetics, everything is super, but the sun beds are all occupied before breakfast, they put on a towel and went to the restaurant.. After that , it 's hard to find a free one . We figured out this trick at the last laziness, it's a little late. That's why I'm writing a life hack here)
About the service and staff: they are as smiling, kind-hearted, customer-oriented as possible, but the hotel taxi is more expensive than the options on careem.
The aroma of the common areas of the hotel is ecstatic, it is a separate thrill.

We didn't take breakfasts, dinners. In the morning we ordered at the rooftop bar. Very tasty and nicely served! In the afternoon, in the evening we ate somewhere in the city. Or ordered delivery!
Cool sports bar! You can play billiards, beat a pear or just watch football!
There are super comfortable sun beds on the beach! Clean sand, in a peremshku with small shells.
The whole area from the hotel to the beach is in greenery!
2 minor disadvantages for me was the absence of any clothes dryer and algae from the sea(((

We took all in, it can't compare with Turkish all-inclusive, I don't recommend it… since there are time limits, everything is inclusive from 12 to evening, but it also depends on the place where you came to skip a snack or eat. There is also a cafe next to the main entrance, they cook very tasty there, I advise you to go there. Two beaches to choose from, you give cards - you are given towels, finished, handed over towels, took the cards, everything is without problems. An amazing place. For the UAE, there is a fairly long coastline, a sandy beach, there is an opportunity for guests to take sun beds with umbrellas and towels for free both by the pool and on the beach, a gentle approach to the sea.
Good infrastructure, there is a small shopping center across the street, there is a supermarket in the shopping center. There's also exchange. Taxi to Dubai Mall 35-40 min ~60 dirhams, to mall of emirates 15-20 min 45 dirhams.
There are walking alleys about 2.5-3 km from the side of the hotel, and on the opposite side behind the shopping center. Bars by the sea with music. Monorail stop.

A new hotel in 2023, the first coastline! There is a private beach, a pool by the sea and on the 14th floor. Unfortunately, there are not enough seats for all the guests of the hotel, we have to take sun loungers early. The food is varied and decent, lots of seafood. Crabs, shrimps and even once caught oysters. The rooms are spacious in the form of a studio, with a kitchen, refrigerator and washing machine. Everything you need is available for cooking in the room. We took breakfast and dinner, so we didn't have to cook. The staff is excellent, there are Russian-speaking employees, so there were no problems. Anna especially helped, she is in the lobby, phoned and found out the status of the reservation and ordered a taxi there. I didn't have to explain to the driver. The transfer runs from the Emirate Mall Hotel during the day. Taxis were rarely used. Convenient location for beach and other holidays. I recommend it!

The beach is private, good sand, smooth entrance to the sea, but there are few sunbeds. Nearby on the same beach there are paid sunbeds - 200 dirhams, for which you can get food or drinks. Then the sunbed will be free.
A heated view pool on the roof - there are a lot of places, there are always free ones.
The location is excellent - near a large shopping center (quite expensive), there are supermarkets like Pyaterochka. A chic walking area. In general, it can be recommended.
The staff speaks English, but you can also find Russian speakers (there are few of them).

The beach, which is a little further away, is quiet, but resting here you do not leave the feeling of rest in Alushta)))) in general, if comfort is not so important to you and you do not find fault, the hotel is not bad, but it is not worth your money, by the way, relatively new, too, questions. We live in an apartment on the 6th floor and they are already relatively shabby. The location is of course ideal, near the shopping center, across the street there is a park, a monorail that runs along the palm tree 5 minutes on foot, entering through the shopping center.
