But today, what is the problem with giving a normal service?
The pool is closed. OK. After breakfast we went to the beach. There are no towels. OK. The time started to get closer to 10 a.m., it's hot for us, it's hot for the child. They took the child to swim in the sea, the guard says that it is impossible to go to the sea, there is no lifeguard - go to the pool of the restaurant "305". They came, they were kicked out of there, because for some reason the pool is 18+ at a depth of 0.8 m and a lifeguard is definitely needed there. We return to the sea. The baby is crying. The guard runs up again. They did not listen to him, it was already hot themselves, they took a swim. Discontent among others is also growing, children are screaming.
As a result, after 5 minutes, a red flag is hung and the beach is completely closed, sun beds are selected, umbrellas are collected, all vacationers are kicked out. They say that it is an order of the government, although they swim on the neighboring beaches.
Let's go to the reception. Thanks to the Russian-speaking Ru, she helped with the translation and explanation, she did a great job. The general manager says that we can swim in the sea, but there is no lifeguard, they are not responsible for us (then why were we chased earlier?). I'm going back to the beach - they won't let me
I'm going to the reception again. The same general manager says that a lifeguard arrived 5 minutes ago and now the rooftop pool is working, you can cool off there. We got up - everything is already occupied. Either they opened it a long time ago and the manager didn't know 10 minutes ago, or they took everything so quickly (which I doubt). Have you seen this pool? It does not accommodate even 10% of all hotel residents.
The staff is on site - well done. Question to the management: How was it impossible to resolve the issue with the lifeguard from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m.? You can get it out from anywhere in the city in an hour.
As a result, we went to the neighbors in Dukes the Palm, the beach is open, the pool is very large and good, everything is open all day and works - there are lifeguards. It looks very cool. I haven't been inside, I can't estimate it. I think we'll go to the pool again tomorrow.
What we have: minus two days of rest, -1000$ out of pocket. One day okay, the weather. But the second day is completely at the service of the hotel. Hence this assessment
Update. The trash can was not removed from the room for two days, until I showed a photo at the reception. And this is superior. And on the first day they forgot to wash and even vacuum the floors. I had to call in the evening.
We had breakfasts and dinners. On the third dinner, they stopped giving drinks. Only for payment. That is, no water, no juices. An interesting idea for additional sales))) How could you save money on water, given that there are free places for bottling it on the street?
On the first day, a small fruit basket was brought. We ate the fruits, went to the store, put new ones in. The next day, the basket with our purchased fruits was taken away before cleaning, I had to go to the reception. Returned in smaller quantities, the sediment remained😂
I do not recommend Dubai for beach lovers. The sand is "dead". There is nothing to see in the sea, there are at least animals. I will not have this country for the next 10 trips again. For the same money in Egypt, everything will be fine in the new hotel, and the best diving sea in the world.
If the purpose of the trip is all sorts of global local projects: a water park, safari, aquarium and attractions, then it's interesting. But then why overpay for the Palm Tree?

The beach is terrible, covered in cigarette butts and food that has not been cleaned! If you took a sunbed and were absent from it for 15 minutes, then your things are simply cleaned!!! That is, you will not be allowed to buy for 15 minutes! There are clearly not enough sun beds. I am silent about the pool, it is very small and children are not allowed to swim in it until 19:00, only on floor R, where there is a panoramic pool, you can have children there, but if you come after 9:00, you are unlikely to find a free sunbed. The rooms themselves are already shabby . There is mold somewhere and the smell of mold . Fortunately, it was cleaned every day. Of the advantages, only the food is delicious and varied. I do not recommend it!

The only thing that spoils a little rest is the beach. Here he does not belong to the hotel, he rents it. Accordingly, the beach workers are outside people (the hotel administration cannot influence them) and the attitude towards everyone is extremely subjective. What I can say for sure is that the attitude towards Russians on this beach is biased.

Honestly, more frustrations. This is not our first time in Dubai, and this hotel is losing on many points. They regretted that he was chosen.
1. There are a lot of people. Constant calls at the reception, in the elevators, for breakfast
2. There are only two small and shallow pools - on the beach and on the roof. They were not allowed to go to the pool with a teenager on the beach. It's unrealistic to swim there, people are stuffed like sprats in a barrel. You can only stand . The water is cloudy and too chlorinated.
3. The sea is nothing! This is a piece of the bay, the water in it is stagnant, as a result, you have to swim in a hot muddy jelly of algae. Yachts are nearby, they also add fuel to this cocktail. There is nowhere to swim, the swimming area is fenced off like a paddling pool. We took a taxi to the city beach every day, there is a completely different sea.
4. Food for three. Previously, Dubai hotels always had smoothies, seafood, delicious hot dishes, and a huge variety of desserts. And here the food is of the Turkish three-piece level, very sparse and not tasty. Of the last 5 hotels we've been to, this one is the weakest in terms of food.
5. We had a one-bedroom apartment room. It has a view of the road and close to the windows of the neighboring building. They asked to pay 50 thousand rubles for the sea view. The reservation was for three, I wrote to the hotel several times in advance with a request to provide a separate sleeping place for my son. Naturally, they did not provide anything, with grief in half, by the evening I managed to bring bed linen to the sofa.
6. Boiling water flows from a cold tap in the shower, it did not work out properly even once.
Of the advantages:

- the shopping center is within walking distance. There is a place to have a snack after a meager breakfast).
