I love it!! This is our very first and most beloved hotel. EVERYTHING about him was perfect.
My husband and I went there on our honeymoon. The room is a fairy tale, the cleanliness is perfect, the food is varied and huge, the service is at the highest level. They made funny swans for us and left sweets and a small cake in honor of the event, it was sooo nice)
The beach is crowded, but there are always free places, towels are provided to the pool or to the beach. The beach closes after 22:00, it seems. There is a gym, a restaurant, and basically everything for a comfortable stay. The location of the hotel is 20 minutes from the center. We took taxis everywhere in the city, the prices are + - like in St. Petersburg.
I won't be able to find fault with anything, it was wonderful! If we come back, then of course here!

A nice hotel with a large swimming pool and its own beach overlooking the construction site. Construction is everywhere...it does not interfere, but it spoils the views very much. But the view of the palace from the window compensates for the view from the beach) Is conveniently located to the sights and the Corniche embankment, we walked to the Marina Mall for 25-30 minutes.

Great hotel! We rested from 29.10 to 5.11. Quick check-in, comfortable rooms. If any accessories are not enough, then you can request (toothpaste, for example, adapters). Cleaning 2 times a day, at a convenient time (the guys are always on the floor and ask when they can come). We had Lycot, he did well. The food is good. We took breakfast and dinner, once we only regretted that we did not change dinner for lunch - it was on an Asian evening. Unfortunately, everything was absolutely sharp. You can buy all for one day on the room, while food and drinks will be available only during beach hours, i.e. before sunset. Then it's just dinner and that's it. There are practically no places on the beach and by the pool after 10, after 11 there are none at all. But if you contact the staff, they will definitely post it. Sunbeds occupied for half a day with just a towel are not welcome. And after 12-13 hours, good places are vacated, because families with children leave. The car is picked up at the entrance to the hotel and parked in an underground parking lot, it is very pleasant to get into a cool one. We recommend taking a car: we went repeatedly to Marina Mall, Yas Mall, Mosque, kayaking in mangroves, Louvre. Even to the President Hotel, which is opposite, we went by car, because in the heat of 15 even 15 minutes there was no desire to walk along the road. There is no open sea, but how interesting is the experience of swimming while admiring the towers! We are very pleased with the choice of the hotel!

Nice hotel, all inclusive, lots of people. Sometimes we had to look for empty tables in the dining room. A small beach. Conveniently in Abu Dhabi, it takes 10-15 dirhams to get to the shopping center there to wander around to eat local cuisine, shopping, well, it's also interesting for a change. The hotel left a mixed impression. A good 4, but not 5. The room is large, but the bathroom is outdated. The food is monotonous and not of the highest quality. You can't go hungry, but it's the same every day except Tuesday-Italian day.There is a good local restaurant on site, but the staff is not interested at all. A chic hotel. The bay has a normal entrance, so they rest a lot with children. There is a small playground. Probably the top hotel among Russians :)
There are top attractions in the district that can be reached by taxi, on foot. There is a shopping center, near the embankment.
A restaurant with a sufficient selection of dishes, replenishment is commensurate with the end of availability, every day a different style, even at the peak they cope with cleaning and serving the table, for this they are 5+ separately, everyone is polite, friendly. Things are in order and safe.
The girls accidentally left the iPhone on the beach and the staff immediately returned it, even the taxi was returned, there were two cases for a vacation 😄
The country is gorgeous, the hotel is gorgeous. At night I wanted to eat, they brought such big dishes 🫣👏😃

A fantastic hotel!

The staff is unrealistically well-trained: cleaning + linen change every day, they will definitely come in the evening- do you need anything? Tea, coffee, water, is everything there?

A wonderful vacation!!! The staff is responsive, they settled in early, they were in no hurry to evict, which is very important for early arrivals and late departures! The purity is crystal clear! Everything is new, not tired! It smells nice all around, the beach is shaded, the sea is clean, there is both a shallow and a deep place! The rooms are comfortable, shampoos, soap, conditioner, creams, cotton buds, discs, hats, a bunch of boiling white towels, bathrobe, slippers, teas, safari coffee, water. The food is excellent. The hotel has no territory, only access to the pool. And this hotel does not actually have a sea. A narrow channel through which boats and jet skis float, the water smells of fuel. There is one swimming pool combined with a children's pool. The water in it frankly smells like urine! I don't recommend it… The only sure plus is the location. The food is ordinary, nothing that would be particularly memorable. Freshly squeezed orange juice is served for breakfast.

Now we are resting in this hotel with friends, 2 families with children. I really like everything, we took full board, very tasty and varied food, dinners every day cuisine of different peoples) the beach with white sand was very liked by children and adults. The staff is polite, cleaning is daily for 5+. Large rooms, there are even rooms with a kitchen. The territory of the hotel is small, but beautiful. Within walking distance of the Presidential Palace, it is very beautiful around the hotel, especially in the evening. There is a shop nearby. The hotel has a Russian-speaking staff.

Stayed at this hotel in May 2023. I am surprised by the large number of exceptionally positive reviews. In fact, there are many points when it is difficult to call a five-star hotel.
1. Location. Ambiguous. On the one hand, yes, all the main attractions of Abu Dhabi are nearby: the beautiful Presidential Palace, the Emirates Palace Hotel, the 74th floor observation deck. This is definitely a plus and saves time and sometimes money. On the other hand, there is only one unsightly shop nearby, one cafe nearby. In the second half of May 2023, construction began near the hotel. While the noise is not strong, but how further the question is. Pedestrian crossings are somehow deliberately invented, there is no normal understandable road, you look around all the time to see if a car is coming from behind. There is always a taxi nearby, which is a plus. The Marina Mall is a 30-40-minute walk away at a calm walking pace, and it is not near at all. You can't walk in the heat. By the way, it is described as a tourist attraction, but in fact about nothing. Just a shopping mall. Bottom line: the fact that there are attractions nearby is great, while this area is not a place for hiking, who is interested in exploring what is around except. In general, who goes for what kind of vacation.
2. The hotel itself. They give numbers very strangely. The same category of rooms with a balcony is with separate beds, but is not equipped with a sofa and there is no (!!!) floor covering, only tiles in the whole room. And with a king size bed, but there is already a floor and a sofa. As strange as possible and for the same money, different levels of amenities.
A definite plus: the rooms overlook the beautiful - the Presidential Palace or the pool and the sea, it's beautiful.
Also among the advantages is excellent noise insulation. The noise from the corridor did not interfere with sleep, that is, the maids and cleaners behave quietly, without rumbling (there is something to compare). Neighbors, if heard, then remotely and rarely.
The beds are very comfortable, the furniture is a little old and not to your taste / theme selected, as if Used and put.
Cleaning. They call every day - however, they didn't call the last 2 days before the eviction - they call /knock, ask if cleaning is needed. They give water, coffee, etc.on request, unlimited, docked when the room is cleaned. Change towels and linen without complaints and begging - again, there is something to compare, there are no puzzled or dissatisfied faces, everything is clear.
As for the cleaning itself, it's a hack. There were workers who really cleaned well, the rest (most of them) - a blunder, did not wash the floor or just stupidly rearranged the chair and pulled back the curtains, as is the order of things. That's all the cleaning. This is a huge minus of this hotel. Many are lazy.
The lighting in the room is 2 bedside lamps, one large outdoor and a small one on the table. Everything is kind of sovdepovskoe.
3. Breakfast. They took BB. I didn't like it! Only I liked the pastries. And cheeses. The rest: hot dishes are spicy impossible, to the point of bitterness. There is no choice of hot dishes - the same thing for 13 days in a row. Noodles with vegetables were added a couple of times. Pea soup sour broth, sausage filth from cheap raw materials, some half-baked half-baked pancakes. This is not a 5 star level. Tourists come to them from all over the world, the menu also includes Indian, Lebanese dishes and cooked at the same time tasteless! I think that we should take this fact into account and provide dishes of European cuisine or at least more moderate with spices. Porridge was caught only 1 time. There were no other days. In general, there is 0 variety in terms of food.
4. Territory, hotel services.
There is a gym - norm. The Jacuzzi is small, the spa is also small, some uninteresting. For once.
Pool and sea.
There are 4 pools, with different levels of depth. Liked it. Clean, comfortable to swim.
Sun beds. Everyone writes about the difficulties with their occupation. Not that straight, but there is such a thing. Tourists are engaged in sun beds, put towels, things and do not come for a long time. And you're looking for a free one. But it's hard to find - there were a couple of times, more often there are free ones. Employees on the territory of the pool also behave differently. Towels are given 2 for 2 people. That is, lie down right on the mattress on the sunbed, which may be wet in the sand and from the previous tourist, and wipe yourself with a towel. They begged for 2 per person, they give it reluctantly.
The constant rumble from the trolleys on which the pool workers transport wet towels is a little disturbing, and somehow uncomfortable, still 5 stars, but you listen to the rumble all the time. It is clear that they need to clean up, but then the hotel should think of quieter ways, t to noisy tourists. The beach workers themselves have an unpresentable appearance, some kind of hard workers wrapped up in half-shorts. This is not a question for them, but in general about impressions. For example, at the entrance to the hotel you are always met by employees in decent suits, at the pools - the picture is different. Contrast. I was also outraged by the picture that was observed once: where from 18:30 the beach workers begin to clean everything, i.e. the pool and swim in the sea until 20:00. So, when we were there, umbrellas were closed on sun beds, dust from the umbrella for the day, tree leaves, etc. - all are not sun beds and people's things! As in the order of things.
The sea itself: deep after a couple of meters, it's a little muddy, a small area, but so there in all nearby hotels. Such a place of the bay.
There is one (and only) Kamun restaurant on the territory next to the pools. For four. Chicken shawarma, hummus, shrimp, delicious chicken wings are cooked well. They took meat and fish - they didn't like it, especially meat. There was no smell of the grill, no delicious spices, and in general it was clear from the taste that these were specific parts of meat. The verandah tables are shabby and old, inside the restaurant is more modern and comfortable.
To sum up, there are a lot of pros and a lot of cons! The hotel does not pull 5 stars either in the kitchen or in the repair of the rooms. In general, it is 4 stars, sometimes with a stretch

The trip to Abu Dhabi was not planned, so I ended up in this hotel by accident. But, nevertheless, it turned out to be just luck: everything I wanted to see in Abu Dhabi turned out to be located around the perimeter of the hotel (I was here on an excursion last year). Because of the heat in September, this is important, since you can only travel by taxi. Amirats Palace Hotel is across the street. It's worth going, very beautiful territory, fountains, inside after the palaces of St. Petersburg is not striking, but wonderful exits to the terraces. The famous cappuccino with gold is so-so, if only for show. It is better to take cash, the only place where even Belarusian cards have not passed. On one side of the hotel there is a viewing platform in a skyscraper, on the other side there is the Presidential Palace. The Louvre is also relatively close, but already by taxi. Yes, public transport stops are nearby, but in the heat this is not an option. Corniche Embankment - 10 minutes, Marina Mall shopping center - 20 minutes, in the evening you can walk. Right near the exit from the hotel on the left is a small supermarket, everything is there, prices are normal. There is an ATM in the same building.
The hotel was checked in immediately, right on arrival at 10 o'clock, the suitcase was taken from the car and brought to the room. They offered to leave a deposit at will, I refused. The rooms are large, the balconies are nice, the air conditioners work perfectly. Cleaning is really twice a day. Bathrobes, slippers, water, safe, refrigerator. Towels are changed at least twice a day, if put separately. I didn't use the bathroom, just the shower. According to reviews, I thought it would be very uncomfortable with a non-removable watering can, but it's fine for an adult. They cleaned well, I didn't leave tips - there were no small bills.
In terms of food, I was satisfied with everything. Breakfasts are beyond praise: more than a dozen author's egurts, waffles, pancakes, omelets and scrambled eggs are prepared by choice, sausages, bacon, croquettes, pastries and all other standard dishes. There was no porridge. The juices are normal. Yes, the waiters bring coffee or tea. It would be more convenient for me to do it myself in the coffee machine. Coffee beans are normal, it's better to take black, cappuccino has something wrong with milk. Themed dinners are something. A huge selection of national dishes: from appetizers to desserts. I liked Italian. Japanese was also cool, but I'm not a fan of sushi and seafood. Usually, as they say in the reviews, the fish is of the same species. There were seafood, but not much. There was a separate table for vegetarians and with boiled products. I wouldn't say that the dishes are spicy. Different, you can choose.
Vacationers said that there were two Russian-speaking girls at the reception, but I didn't stumble. Of course, basic knowledge of English makes life at the hotel much easier, but everyone will understand and help you.
A place on the beach and near the pool can be easily chosen before 9 am, by the way, it is better to have breakfast before that time. Later, it will just be the places that are found. Yes, the hotel staff helps to find if there are a lot of people. The specifics of the beach: a part of the horizon is occupied by a neighboring island, so waves are very rare, the water turned cloudy a couple of times a week, but it took an hour and a half. For a view from the water, you can take a separate fee: on the one hand, the presidential palace, flags to the water, on the other - "Manhattan" Abu Dhabi with skyscrapers. The picture is just surreal, especially with a pink sunset. This view will be remembered forever. The pool is very large, so there is no crush even during the day. It is convenient to come from the beach to cool off in cool water in the heat, you can even hide in the shade under the bridges.
I liked everything in the hotel, there is nothing negative to write. I was very afraid to go to the Emirates in the heat, but the first line of the hotel, its infrastructure and good location made it possible to have a wonderful rest. If the main focus will need to be on amusement parks in Abu Dhabi, it is better to choose a hotel closer to them.
