I have been studying in this educational center for various specialties since 2022, and everything has always been great: the teachers are wonderful, the remote control is convenient. But then the system decided to crash on me. The center has the opportunity to send graduation documents (to those who studied in the course), because not all cities have branches. But this time I was lucky to encounter the irresponsible attitude of the employees, whether from Gomel or from the Bobruisk office. The most striking thing was something else. I've been waiting for the documents since May 15th. Two weeks after the exam, I call the training center to clarify: maybe they forgot to send it? Or is there a delay in the mail? You never know ... I hear in response: We forgot to send it. They forgot exactly. And that's what I heard on May 29th. On the same day, specialist Ekaterina (from Gomel) assured me that the document was ready to be sent and I would receive it next week. And so, like Hachiko at the train station, I've been waiting since May 29. June 3, 4, and 5 pass - I'm calling again. You never know, something's wrong again. And voila: I hear from the responsible person from the central office that she is holding my certificate in her hands (June 5) and says there have been no instructions to send it. At that moment, it wasn't that funny to me - I was already burning up. In general, something clearly went wrong during my fourth year of study at this center. I was left feeling upset. But I was genuinely amused, as if they were making fun of me. I don't need a scan. I purposefully studied for further employment in this specialty. And now, thanks to the specialists, I received my training documents almost a month after the exam!!! The offer to this training center is simple: if you are unable to send documents, tell people directly to come and pick them up yourself. And I shouldn't have called every week to listen to we forgot, please understand and forgive. So, this is just a natural disregard on your part! I will duplicate all my indignation about the current situation in your book of complaints and suggestions as soon as I pass through either Gomel or Bobruisk.
