To be honest, I would have given it 5 stars, but I was offended by one answer on the phone, after which I even had a desire to call the health department. In the same April, my child (aged 2.5 months) was admitted to the intensive care unit after surgery. I was given a number and told to call at any time of the day or night. On the first day, the doctor was invited to the phone, she told everything correctly, there are no questions, it is clear that she is a very qualified specialist, thank her very much. After the operation, the child's temperature rose, someone will think that this is normal, but not in my condition at that time. I called back in the morning and received in response "... Why are you all calling, everything is fine with your child and in general you were allowed to call in the morning..." (it was not a doctor but a post nurse) I mean!!!! My child is lying in intensive care alone after surgery, the temperature was rising and I have to ask the mother for permission to find out how my child survived the night!? Are you serious? They weren't rude to me anymore. Everything is fine with the baby. Thank you for your hard work.

I didn't like the doctors' appointment very much. Especially an orthopedic traumatologist... We came to his office, asked a couple of questions, did not ask the child to undress, as it needed to be done for a full examination. I looked only externally, I did not recommend anything except to take a picture. He had 5 minutes, or even less.

I was in the hospital with my child for 5 weeks, the staff is good, attentive, the doctors are competent, the wards are good, the library is open, there is a game room, my mother can undergo a huge number of paid procedures while she is being treated with a child. The only drawback is nutrition... but everyone understands that this is a budget hospital.
