They were beaten with their family since January 27, 2025. I liked everything. The location is great, 2 minutes to the beach and 5 minutes to the boardwalk to Dubai Marina. The apartments are not ordinary, of course, but they are quite decent. We cooked mostly at home, and the kitchen was fully functional. We cleaned up after about a day, probably every day. But when they called, they came to the reception right away, threw out the trash and brought what they needed - forks, hair dryer, water, etc. The store is 24 hours right in the courtyard, very convenient. The apartment is big and spacious. Apartment with 2 bedrooms and sea view. We liked it, we recommend it.

When the family was going to this hotel, the most important thing for us was the location, and everything is fine here at the hotel. But there are many disadvantages that outweighed this plus. More about them later. From the very moment you are checked in, it began: a wonderful upgrade for you for only 100 dirhams per day, which is 2700, we will give you a room on a high floor overlooking the Dubai wheel. Well, for 10 days, for a minute, it's 27 thousand. We politely declined, explaining that we had paid for the room to a travel agent and we did not need an upgrade. Instead, apparently in retaliation, we were placed on the UP floor, that is, it is below the first floor, I did not even know that there was such a thing. The rooms were very tired, there were 6 of us, my husband and I + 2 children + 2 grandmothers. One bedroom was very strange, there was a small bed and a shower and no more furniture, not even a closet. As if for animals. We chose 2 meals a day, that is, breakfast is mandatory, and lunch or dinner can be changed. I don't recommend dinner, that's really not necessary. There is a buffet, very meager, and everything is cooked tasteless, there are eternal queues at breakfast, but at least an omelet and scrambled eggs can be ordered. The most delicious lunch was an a la carte menu. You choose from 5-7 positions. But also with exceptions: caesar salad without chicken, some leaves, and so on. Cleaning is normal; I can't say anything. After you have breakfast, you need to run to the pool, there are three of them, but all very small, each with about 20 sun beds. We chose the one that opens at 10, and the pool employee was always late. Of the 10 days, 3 days arrived on time, wait for the rest, the queue is accumulating.... And if... you run to fight for a lounger. It's like being in Egypt in the two thousandth in the top three. Then we had more adventures with the pool. This is a very small pool. In one day, a third part was separated by floats. And they forbid vacationers to swim there, arguments: this track was rented and you are forbidden to go there. To my arguments, but I also paid for it, what the hell is a double cash register, I was told to go to the reception. I went, it's not difficult for me. They said we have such rules and if you don't like something, go to another pool. Wait a minute, this day I coped with the battle for the sunbed, you can't start all over again, especially since there are 6 of us and we paid well for this hotel. Well, it's generally unpleasant. (see the photo with the pool). Then there are cockroaches in the hotel, I met the stasikas in the room, the proofs in the photo. In general, it is also unpleasant. The final day at the hotel began with an adventure. We had dinner at the Marina almost all the time. And then we got tired of restaurant food and bought local fish in carrefour, shrimps for it and decided to use the kitchen once. Satisfied, they brought it home, sprinkled it with lemon, put it in the oven and immediately turned off the light, we raised the machine, the same thing. By the way, before that, the lights were knocked out in two bedrooms, the craftsmen came for a long time, fixed the switch and said they would come tomorrow at 10. Of course they didn't come. Well, they called us again at lunch, but they didn't break in. So that's about the fish. The craftsmen were called, came, scratched their heads, it was decided to pull out the stove and fix it. They left and disappeared for an hour. I am already very hungry, 2 children have started to eat sweets, grandmothers and we tolerate. I call the reception an hour later and they tell me so rudely, madam, this is an electric device, you understand that it takes time to fix it. We are waiting for another half hour, a new stove is being brought, that one has not been repaired. To mess around for another hour. The fish is going out, as is the whole mood of our farewell dinner. I would have put it in the freezer a long time ago if we didn't have to leave tomorrow. It was a pity to throw it away honestly. I've been choosing for a long time. I'm going down to the reception. I'm telling you guys, I'm offering you a solution. You open any available room for me, I put the fish there, cook and we calmly disperse. I don't need a stove. They say I just found out you got a new stove and it works. I come to my room, satisfied electricians turn it on, after five minutes both the stove and the light in the apartment go out. It's like those 3 hours didn't happen. I run back to the reception and already use profanity in English, fortunately it is not rich there, I explain that let's go my way. They agree to open the room, I fry fish there and put dirty dishes in the dishwasher. The dishwasher is not working. The moral is this: check all the equipment before check-in. For me, a priori, it should work if you position yourself as an apartment hotel with a kitchen. In general, of course, our adventures are not critical, but there are many good hotels in Dubai and I do not recommend spoiling your mood and rest. And this hotel, if it does nothing with the service and management and does not allocate money for renovation, only oblivion awaits.

Good location, to walk to the water at a leisurely pace with a child for 5 minutes, while half the way passes in the shadow of tall buildings. The water in the middle of October is very warm, for small children it is the best. Sometimes there is small debris, but in general the beach is quite clean. You can also rent sun beds with umbrellas. On the other side of the hotel, behind the tram line, there is a beautiful pedestrian promenade with skyscrapers in the background.
There is a tram stop next to the hotel, the metro can be reached in 10 minutes, or 15-20 minutes on foot, if you are not afraid of the heat. There is also a pharmacy and grocery stores within walking distance. There are several dozen different restaurants along the beach. It takes 40-50 minutes to get to the center by public transport.
That's where the advantages end. The main disadvantage that spoils the whole vacation experience is a hotel room with cockroaches. In general, the room looks old, as if the hotel is already 30 years old. We took a room with a kitchen to cook ourselves sometimes, as a result, it was disgusting to go there every time, waiting to see another insect.
Rumservice was very apologetic, and even came with a bottle of chemicals, after processing which he terribly wanted to ventilate everything.
It's time to change some of the plumbing and clean the siphons. The water in the kitchen sink drains very slowly.
It is worth mentioning separately about breakfasts. The food is quite normal, but exactly the same. You can get to breakfast only after a queue of 5-10 minutes, as all tables are occupied.
We lived in tower number 5. I strongly advise against it. Maybe there are no cockroaches in the other towers. I didn't check it.
About such little things that we were checked in late and forced to sit at the reception after the flight and wait for the room to be prepared, you don't have to tell. Don't expect anything but sorry from the hotel.

We lived in an apartment on the 11th floor with a view of the canal. The beautiful view, the passing evening boats add calmness and carelessness to the rest. For us, it was a wonderful end to the day in the evening to relax on the balcony and admire the views. We had a lovely apartment, with two bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen and a cozy living room. One of the best, if not the best location on JBR 2- 5 minutes to the beach. The service is excellent, the customer care is at the highest level. We always come to Dubai in the spring for a month, we live in different hotels to get to know the city better and visit the planned places, but we really liked it here and extended our stay for another week, we left happy because we knew that we would definitely come back here again and had already booked accommodation in RODA for October, Thank you all who made our vacation calm and comfortable .

Good location, the first coastline - literally cross the road to the beach. There are many cafes, restaurants, shops nearby. There are tram and bus stops near the hotel, and a metro stop is within walking distance.
However, the room stock is very old, urgent renovation is needed. Everything is old, decrepit, from which it cracks very much at night, a terrible smell from the cabinets, it is impossible to use them. Hoods over the beds with holes that even a hand can crawl through without problems 😱 the rooms are large, but it would be better to have 30 m2 but fresh and neat.
I recommend choosing another hotel to stay in.
On the day of arrival, we encountered dirty towels in the room, yellow drops on the bidet in one of the bathrooms (there were 2 in the room), the door seal in the shower in two bathrooms was terribly old and with fungus…
To be fair, we had an amazing view, and there were mini cosmetics in the room, including dental kits and shaving kits. However, they forgot to put slippers (although the parents had them in the room). 🤷♀️
There is a stove in the room, induction, but the frying pan does not fit it, we waited more than 20 minutes to fry the omelet, but no miracle happened and the induction did not work. I had to bake in the oven 😅 consider if you planned to cook in the room.

The place is wonderful, the location is perfect, the apartments are gorgeous, the cleaning is of high quality, the territory is amazing. I didn't like the breakfasts, it didn't taste good at all, the staff in the restaurant is unfriendly. But, this is not a problem, you can cook yourself, everything you need for this is available, the store is also within walking distance. I would like to provide a free transfer from the hotel to malls and outlets. Not all guests arrive by their own car. Of the staff, I especially want to mention the cleaners of the apartments (unfortunately, I do not know the names).

Daily cleaning service. Coffee, tea, water daily. We took breakfast and dinner- breakfast is a classic like everywhere else. If you are eating, then you are not here. The dinners are modest. But here it is tedious to understand that this is an apartment and not a hotel type. There are 3 swimming pools on the territory. Billiards 30 dirhams 30 minutes or 50 dirhams an hour. There are three shops on the territory. There are all the products. Near the tram, near the metro. The beach is public, people like in the Russian south)) There are fewer people there for Rixosom.
For its value, the price and quality are excellent.

Upon arrival, our room was improved, it turned out to be simply huge: Two bedrooms, a living room, a pantry, a kitchen and a huge corridor, three bathrooms. Everything is very clean, the room has a high-quality daily cleaning, Water and various accessories are always replenished. We had the power on, everything was Very tasty and quite varied. The only thing that bothers is that there are no Russian channels, and the TV turns off every 15 minutes) There are no transfers to malls at the reception, But thanks to the convenient location of the apartment, you can get everywhere without problems by metro or taxi. We really like our vacation here, we are already thinking of returning here quickly)
