We visited in April 2024. This is the third time in Dubai, Roda is the place where you want to return. What we did, having bought a tour for November 2025))) We had a family vacation with 2 children (2 and 6 years old) and three adults, we took breakfast and dinner (breakfast is super you will never be hungry, but dinner is not the best, it is monotonous, there is no grill, suddenly it was important for someone, we had it doesn't matter) Accommodation: We arrived early (we have an individual transfer), in the emirates it is strictly with check-in, it is written at 14:00, which means you can check in at 13:30. But here, they went to meet us, and for a nominal fee, they upgraded the room category, and also checked in early. The rooms are just huge, someone wrote that there is little furniture, and in general, why such rooms, I disagree, it's great when everyone has their own room, each room has a full bathroom, a large kitchen with a refrigerator, all kitchen utensils are available, they were cleaned very cleanly. The room is about 130m2, the view was on the eye of Dubai and Jumeirah beach) Hotel location: We have an elderly mother, and the criterion was as close to the beach as possible. The beach is across the street, you can go down the stairs or take the elevator. We took the elevator down. There is nothing to say about the sea in the emirates, it is clean, warm and beautiful. But in April there was an invasion of fish. Food: As I mentioned earlier, they took breakfast and dinner, and lunch fell out accordingly. But! There is a huge plus in the genus, right in the courtyard of our apartment complex there is a 24-hour supermarket, there are always fresh fruits, amazing bread and even ready-made food. You can buy tortillas, pizza, all kinds of delicious sweets, we bought delicious frozen chicken nuggets for the children, and fried them in the room) we even cooked soup and borscht a couple of times))) The kids didn't like the food in the restaurant. You can't leave them hungry. Swimming pool: There is a pool on the roof of the neighboring building, they have some kind of system there, you need to ask at the reception. But we don't care about the pool, we swam in the sea. By the way, there is a Russian-speaking guy at the reception, I don't remember the name, my husband decided with him. Also on the territory of the apartment there is a Playground, a fountain, there is a place to walk, the Marina embankment is literally 10 minutes away. Good time of the day. We had a rest from 11/27/25 to 12/22.25, there were 5 girls. We lived in a 2-room apartment with a living room and a kitchen. A sofa was planned for the fifth. But they brought us an additional one . the bed, for which I am eternally grateful. The staff is polite, understanding, attentive. Any issue was resolved instantly, cleaned every day, bathroom accessories are new every day. There is a washing machine, an iron, in the kitchen there is everything for cooking, a microwave, a refrigerator. Two rooms with their own bathroom and toilet, there is also an additional toilet for everything. There's a pool somewhere, but we weren't interested in it. Close to the beach, 5 minutes walk, shops nearby, across the street there is a store with adequate prices for groceries. Our tour was without food, so we cooked by ourselves, or took ready-made food. The metro is nearby, you can call a taxi without any problems, The traffic jams were upsetting, but it's bearable. Across the road you can go down to the boats, then there is the Marina Mall, where you can shop profitably. There is a beautiful view from the window, we rested heartily, efficiently and calmly. I am very grateful to the hotel for a comfortable stay and recommend it to everyone.

We had a vacation in September 2025. We liked everything very much. We settled in quickly. 10th floor number 1007, clean, everything is working. The room has a washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove with oven, kettle and microwave. A full kitchen! We used to cook what we love, and we used to go to cafes. McDonald's and Fix Price are nearby. The prices are just fire, lower than in Moscow. The cleaning quality is good, coffee, tea, sugar and powdered milk, and water were reported every day. Clean towels every day! If something is out, such as napkins or dish detergent, ring the bell at the reception and everything is brought immediately. The staff is polite and open. We haven't seen any cockroaches in 2 weeks! The linen is good, new. There are 3 swimming pools, and towels are provided for both the beach and the pool. The sea is across the street. Lots of cafes and restaurants, entertainment! This is the third time in Dubai, we really liked the hotel and the location. I really liked the apartment. We were hired for a family of three with one bedroom, but we were given a three-room luxury suite as a compliment. I have never seen a free upgrade in comfort anywhere before. Thank you for such hospitality! I stayed with my wife in this apartment hotel in December on the 22nd floor in a room overlooking the bay. The room is two-level, the area is huge - 90 sq. m. There is a living area, a kitchen area, a sleeping area upstairs, 2 bathrooms. The location is excellent, right on the most popular Walk street. But there is silence on the 22nd floor. In my opinion, the price/quality ratio is excellent. There is a supermarket in the next entrance, which has everything you need. An Indian boy cleans regularly and brings water. Tipping has a good effect. I'm happy with my vacation. The hotel is not an oligarchic one, there are no neighbors on the floor, but in general it is middle class, families with children. No one caused any problems or inconveniences to anyone. Marina Beach is across the street. Sun beds, towels, umbrellas for 235 dirhams for two, or you can take nothing and sunbathe for free by the water. In the evening, you can walk around the Dubai Marina area.

We rented an apartment with two bedrooms. (There were 5 of us). One bedroom has a double bed, the other one has two single beds. A huge living room with two sofas, one more person can sleep there. Extra bed linen and bathroom accessories were provided at no extra charge. Working kitchen, washing machine, dryer. Two full bathrooms in each bedroom. And an additional toilet at the entrance. The total area is about 170 m2, there is a balcony. The attitude is great! There is a taxi at the hotel. The location is great! I liked the apartment. Huge: 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, 3 toilets. But! There is a person in our family with special needs, so we mainly planned to cook ourselves. The kitchen has a microwave oven, an electric kettle, a refrigerator, an electric stove and an oven that wasn't working - it was important for us. Three large pots and a frying pan on which everything was burning (it would be convenient to bake in it). There is a washing machine and a dishwasher, an iron with a board, which was slightly ironed even at maximum. Cleaning is mainly on request at the reception. Water, tea, and coffee are brought every day during cleaning. Grocery stores are all relatively small, with one on site. The beach is across the street. If it is important to you how the kitchen is equipped, indicate this when checking in. The choice of room was also for an additional fee.

It's not intuitive. Together with us, 2 more companies were looking for an entrance. Also, then the exit from the hotel towards the beach is through the underground parking. The Samar restaurant is cramped, one on three towers, it is better to come for breakfast before 08:00. The hotel complex has well-maintained spacious rooms and a convenient location. Through the parking lot under the hotel, you can access the Marina (a canal with yachts, and it's also convenient to walk there in the evening and jog in the morning - it's hot in the afternoon), and from the opposite exit, the beach (at night, a view of the Ferris wheel light show, except Thursday) and the avenue with many different shops and cafes with different cuisines. An apartment for a family of 6 people is just the thing. Near JBR beach. We took a tour, it turned out to be profitable. It also allows you to save on food, as there is a tourist area here and just go out with your family for coffee costs 5,000rubles :). There are several swimming pools nearby, they give out free towels, grocery stores with ready meals and pastries. Please note that for a family of six, we were given 2 liters of water per room, we had to ask each time, but then they stopped giving out at all.:(there are free (red) fountains with water near the beach, they were collected there. Very large apartment. We had a 99 sq m room with two bedrooms. The location is excellent. Perhaps the best in the whole of Dubai. We have previously stayed in various hotels, including Palm. But the location is better here! Restaurants, two embankments, one with yachts, a beach! As for apartments, you can live if you are unpretentious. Not luxury! But it's clean. We had a rest in early March. The disadvantage was that the air conditioner was constantly on in the living room, and it was freezing. You could turn it off in the bedrooms. If you want to cook by yourself, then this is a great option. There is a supermarket downstairs, and the kitchen has everything you need. The breakfasts are normal, there are better ones. There were no delicious cheeses or delicious jams. Indian cuisine. There's always a long queue for fried eggs, but they're delicious. The staff is polite. We didn't have enough comfort.

The water in the middle of October is very warm, for small children it is the best. Sometimes there is small debris, but in general the beach is quite clean. You can also rent sun beds with umbrellas. On the other side of the hotel, behind the tram line, there is a beautiful pedestrian promenade with skyscrapers in the background. There is a tram stop next to the hotel, the metro can be reached in 10 minutes, or 15-20 minutes on foot, if you are not afraid of the heat. There is also a pharmacy and grocery stores within walking distance. There are several dozen different restaurants along the beach. It takes 40-50 minutes to get to the center by public transport. That's where the advantages end. The main disadvantage that spoils the whole vacation experience is a hotel room with cockroaches. In general, the room looks old, as if the hotel is already 30 years old. We took a room with a kitchen to cook ourselves sometimes, as a result, it was disgusting to go there every time, waiting to see another insect. Rumservice was very apologetic, and even came with a bottle of chemicals, after processing which he terribly wanted to ventilate everything. It's time to change some of the plumbing and clean the siphons. The water in the kitchen sink drains very slowly. It is worth mentioning separately about breakfasts. The food is quite normal, but exactly the same. You can get to breakfast only after a queue of 5-10 minutes, as all tables are occupied. We lived in tower number 5. I strongly advise against it. Maybe there are no cockroaches in the other towers. I didn't check it. About such little things that we were checked in late and forced to sit at the reception after the flight and wait for the room to be prepared, you don't have to tell. Don't expect anything but sorry from the hotel.

Nice family-run hotel in the heart of Marina. The best thing is its location. There is a lot of life here and two steps to the beach. There are skyscrapers, shops, cafes all around, a tram stop nearby, a lagoon and the DMCC metro a little further away. And on the subway already - wherever your heart desires ! We lived in a huge family house with three bedrooms and a living room, with a kitchen and five (!) bathrooms. A big plus is the washing machine. The balcony from the living room overlooks the bay and the Eye of Dubai. The view is fantastic at night. However, there were some minor features. In particular, the food is not quite suitable, the chef is Filipino, an unusual set of spices and sauces, and the choice of dishes is small. Well, we got fast food, pizza, kfc, fruits. In addition, the Amwaizh Hotel is not a new building at all, with a history, interiors and furniture, respectively. They noticed the dirty curtains, they probably don't have time. I was pleased with the supermarket in the courtyard, very convenient. The cool pool helped out a lot, you can't sit on the beach for a long time in May. I want to say thank you to all the hotel staff: the guys from the pool, the waiters in the restaurant, the cleaners, the security guards, the managers, the reception, the porters. You're all working hard to make sure we have a good rest. We are grateful ♥️♥️♥

The apartments are not ordinary, of course, but they are quite decent. We cooked mostly at home, and the kitchen was fully functional. We cleaned up after about a day, probably every day. But when they called, they came to the reception right away, threw out the trash and brought what they needed - forks, hair dryer, water, etc. The store is 24 hours right in the courtyard, very convenient. I was at a radisson in Abu Dhabi, and then I came here. It's not new. But everything is clear and beautiful. The only drawback we had was 1 faucet that flowed in such a way that water got on the floor. Otherwise, the price is very good. After breakfast, they put the dishes in the sink and left. We cleaned the hotel every day, changed the bed linen, towels and brought water. No problems or complaints, everything is great, we are very happy with everything!

We are resting now in this apartment. Upon arrival, our room was improved, it turned out to be simply huge: Two bedrooms, a living room, a pantry, a kitchen and a huge corridor, three bathrooms. Everything is very clean, the room has a high-quality daily cleaning, Water and various accessories are always replenished. We had the power on, everything was Very tasty and quite varied. The only thing that bothers is that there are no Russian channels, and the TV turns off every 15 minutes) There are no transfers to malls at the reception, But thanks to the convenient location of the apartment, you can get everywhere without problems by metro or taxi. We really like our vacation here, we are already thinking of returning here quickly)
