We stayed at this hotel on August 25. The hotel's service is above the standard fives in Turkey (there is something to compare it with, 12 times in Turkey already). We lived in a new building, the room and the furnishings are very modern. The room cleaning is excellent, and I was also very pleased with the daily towel shapes, it was a whole story! The child wrote notes for the staff, with wishes, what he would like from towels. It was very funny and fun, we always really waited for what they would do for us that day)) The hotel territory is very green, everywhere you see gardeners watering, leveling and caring for plants, I was very pleased with the vegetation in the hotel, huge trees, I have never even met such. Of course, there are seals all over the territory, and even small and large hedgehogs have been encountered. Everything is fine with nutrition, there is always a huge selection of food and around the clock, which can not but please people who arrived at night or fly home, you can eat and drink at any time) At the main restaurant, we never stood in line even for the main course. Chefs prepare food in advance and put it in heated containers, which is why there are no queues. Once we had king prawns for dinner. And even here there was no queue, eat as much as you want. Meat for every taste, salads, cheeses and much more! Even red salted fish almost every day. The cook made sushi, but to be honest, I didn't really like it. There are always a lot of fruits, watermelons and melons are always without peel. There was always everything about drinks at the bars. Cocktails were only available at the main bar in the hotel lobby. There is also a Turkish coffee shop. It was also possible to drink soft non-alcoholic teas and water with lemon or cucumbers near the reception)) Of course, there are some disadvantages, these are the clogged places at the pools, everything was always occupied with towels or some things, the hotel staff did not monitor this, towels could lie for two or three days. We also could not get into the hammam and sauna, we were not allowed during free hours, they said it was occupied by people who had paid money. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

Of the advantages: -the hotel has a large territory, there is a place to walk, a long embankment with bazaars and shops.There is also an ancient city, ruins of ancient Greece, and the Side City Museum within a 30-minute walk. -several pools, a water park with slides, a huge beach (sun beds, like everywhere else, come to take towels early around 7 a.m., but if you come no later than 9 a.m., it is quite possible to find a free sunbed).There are also taps on the beach to wash your feet from the sand, toilets and showers. - the sea is certainly 5+, gorgeous. - it's impossible to stay hungry for sure, of course it gets boring in a few days, but there is meat and fish, and shrimp once a week, and grilled dishes, drinks.There is something to eat around the clock. -helpful staff, always helpful and helpful. Of the cons: - "tired" rooms in the garden buildings, repairs are required. - impudent staff who escort you to your room and stand with your hand outstretched. -the Internet is expensive if you buy it at the hotel, so that it works throughout the territory (free of charge only at the reception). - The cleaning is so-so, but towels are changed, bed linen too. At first we thought it was a minus, but on the other hand, additional cardio)) There are several shops in the hotel inside and outside, everything you need is there. Sellers are tactful, they don't impose themselves. We were checked in quickly, although we arrived at almost 10 pm. When registering at the reception, they immediately told us about the paid Wi-Fi. A week of 8 euros per device. Payment at check-out. There is also a free one, but it doesn't catch everywhere. We need a connection, so we connected to a paid one. Catches everywhere, throughout the territory. The room is two-room, everything is as stated. The cleaning leaves much to be desired, but is generally normal. The big disadvantage is that there are no slippers in the room. It would be fine if the floors were washed to a shine, but the floor was not washed in 3 days. There are small tubes of shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom, and a few shower caps. The mini-bar is replenished daily (carbonated water, pepsi, mirinda). The air conditioners are working properly. But even without it, the room is not stuffy. Our family resort building is not located in the sunny side. Food. Well, here we can say that the food is monotonous, edible, nothing supernatural. I didn't like that there were no normal soups, for 2 days there was some kind of milk soup with lentils. All the side dishes, lots of greens, desserts, potatoes and nuggets on a regular basis. The children are so happy that they are already tired of nuggets)) Yesterday we had lobsters, shrimps, red fish and vegetable rolls. It was all on a separate table, and people didn't leave there. But in principle, everything was enough for everyone. Imported alcohol is paid for. The locals pour as much as you want. The territory is beautiful, lots of greenery, atmospheric, there is an amphitheater, yesterday there was a cool performance. The beach is awesome, as they say, the best in Side. A gentle entrance to the sea, just the thing for children. The water is warm and clean. The waves are moderate. The pools are super, and there are large ones and paddling pools, there are slides, a small water park. There are enough sun beds, but they are occupied even in the evening)) I liked the presence of an asphalt embankment, you can walk along it to the neighboring hotels and beaches. There are no shops and stalls on it, but in vain)) It would be beneficial for the Turks. And this is a plus for tourists. The Side Port is 3 kilometers away. We want to go there today, there's probably something to see. There are many foreigners in the hotel, Germans, Poles, Turks. Russians, in my opinion, are not enough. As a result, we can say: The hotel is a budget five, if you find fault, you can show a lot of nuances. But for us, the main thing is the sea, rest. Therefore, tune in to the positive and everything will be good. P.S.: I give a rating of "4" for the lack of slippers in the rooms. This is a big minus for me, since the hotel is ultra all inclusive and I want basic comfort and cleanliness, rather than walking down the street and in the room in my flip-flops.

Wonderful stay from 09/23/2025 to 10/08/2025 at the Horus Paradise Luxury Resort 5* hotel in Side! We have stayed at least 15 times in comfortable hotels located on the first line of the resort Side. In the hotels Side Star Elegance 5* and Crystal Sunrise Queen Luxury Resort & Spa (in the best years of Sunrise!) we stopped 4 times. This year we considered the option of staying at Horus Paradise Luxury Resort 5* and also made no mistake with the choice! From meeting with the staff at the reception, comfortable and timely accommodation in the room to the end of your stay at the hotel, everything was wonderful! If we had any questions, we immediately contacted the reception, they immediately helped us, which was nice. The refrigerator in the room was constantly replenished with water and drinks, the maids changed towels and cleaned daily, plumbing, hairdryer, TV worked smoothly. Glasses and a kettle with a set of coffee, cream and tea are provided in the room, which is always useful for those who like to have tea before going to bed. Hotel jars with caps, soap, etc. were displayed in the bathroom, but from long-standing travel experience we got used to taking our soap accessories and using them. The food in the hotel does not cause any complaints: there are a lot of fresh and baked vegetables, ripe fruits, plenty of fried and stewed meat, of course, with a significant addition to the menu of different varieties of fish, other seafood and pastries. The buns should still be checked with a spatula, sometimes the pastries came across slightly curled. The waiters in the restaurant are always polite and smiling, they do not hint at tips, which is not the case in every hotel. I would like to note their quick and precise work in the halls, accurate and attentive service to the guests. Great guys! I liked the sandy clean beach and the convenient access to the sea. We swam a lot, tanned well and had a great rest. If you're staying at this hotel, don't miss the live music in the evening at the beach bar - get the most amazing experience! In conclusion, we would like to say kind words of gratitude to all the staff of the hotel and its management. Pros: a green, well-groomed territory cascading down from the hotel to the sea, an excellent sandy beach, there are no prohibitions on swimming in pools at night. Cons: cleaning at 3 (we had to go to the customer relations manager on the penultimate day to swear, as a result, they sent us a whole team of cleaners), there are only a few types of alcohol in bars (whiskey, gin, tequila, wine, beer), the wine is generally disgusting, the rest is 3+, better take it to the Take Freya with you. They pour soda with alcohol or juice with alcohol. There are no cocktails except for the lobby bar. As for the lobby, the same alcohol with some kind of synthetic colored bormtukha, such as liquor, which was sold in kiosks throughout the former USSR in the 90s, gets in the way. The food is quite monotonous - just food. The animation is poor, just at the village club level (on Friday, instead of the usual top performances in other hotels), there was some kind of crazy lottery (they left immediately, there were about two dozen people left in the entire amphitheater) Cherry on the review: Mold!!! (See the photo ) And this is in the top issue. We complained to the reception, so instead of removing it or replacing the drawers, they just closed them with screws so that we wouldn't climb. Like it was removed. And they don't know that the smell of mold is in the bathtub.

We stayed at the hotel from October 21 to October 27. I liked the hotel. Beautiful green area. The sea is amazing. The beach is nice. Sun beds were always found. An employee of the beach helped with sun beds a couple of times - for free. The rooms are good, everything you need is there. The only thing that was missing in the room was that it was inconvenient in the shower stall there was no shelf where to put shampoos, etc. They only have a gel dispenser, but that's not enough for women). And there is absolutely nowhere to hang clothes in the bathroom. We cleaned every day, and the towels were also changed. I also didn't like the limited schedule of the hammam - only from 12 to 15. I don't really want to be limited in time while resting. After the sea, I always wanted to get warm, and therefore we shortened our stay on the beach and went to the hammam with the child. But all this was noticed only in the first 2 days, then we adjusted and enjoyed everything. The food is delicious, varied, lots of sweets, delicious grilled dishes. We just ate too much. The water was very cold in the pools, and no one went to the water park. And for some reason, the indoor pool was not heated. They probably keep it warm after the end of the season. But in general, we are very satisfied with the rest. I recommend the hotel

Check-in: We had a night flight, we arrived at the hotel only at 16:00 (it was a 40-minute drive there, but the bus driver was in no hurry and we caught all the traffic jams). They settled in no time. Things were delivered to the rooms by car. (There were 5 of us – my wife and I, two children, and my daughter's friend) Our room (1020) was on the ground floor directly in front of the pool. We really liked everything – the air conditioner worked without a card, the balcony could be opened and the air conditioner did not turn off. The room was accessible directly from the lawn. We really liked it. I even dragged a chaise lounge on the beam. (the room has a huge bed and a small one). The kids weren't so lucky in the beginning. I got the exact same number (1026), but it turned off the first night and the air conditioner didn't work anymore. We contacted the reception and came to fix it.. They fixed it, they fixed it, but it still didn't work. We went to the reception (and this is a separate quest, it takes about 15 minutes to go there (stairs, elevators) there are a lot of people everywhere))) again, we were given a choice of two rooms – one two–room) in one room there is a huge bed and in the second two ordinary beds. We were disappointed only by the fact that we could not find cocktails in any bar (there is a paid bar on the territory, there they are and beer 5 euros for 0.5 liters, although walk 10 meters and enjoy it.. Food: I would like to write about this separately. There was always a lot of food, but (I agree with the posts below) it is very peculiar, monotonously ordinary. There was probably something new once (sushi and shrimp (they're just hard-boiled and they're just rubbery and not tasty). My son was always on pizza with cheese, poppies and French fries (occasionally he took himself a dry grilled chicken). Soups are a different story – they're something sour, tomato-based, or mashed.. Once in 7 days in a beach restaurant we got to a delicious soup with noodles – I came off as many as two servings))) Delicious minced meat for shawarma at the hotel. Fruits are always fresh. But on the 7th day, it was already difficult to take something for dinner.. I'm tired of everything before … Beach and pools: On the beach, almost always all the sun beds are occupied, but there is a man walking there and for 3-5 dollars he will always find you an umbrella and 5 sun beds!!! It was also difficult to find a place by the Pools, but they always found something. Well, I won't write about the shops in the area, it's like everywhere in Turkey – you have to bargain everywhere))) If you do not know how, you will buy goods at an overpriced price of 1-5 dollars))) The conclusion is that we will never go here again. But for those with limited mobility and those who have a hard time climbing downhill is not the best option. The landscape is hilly, with many stairs and hills. It's actually beautiful, but it can be a little hard. There is an elevator, ramps for people with limited mobility. The food is good, the drinks are good too. The schedule is designed so that almost around the clock there is a place where you can eat, have a snack or just have a drink with a view of the sea) The room fund is asking for repairs, but this does not overshadow the rest. Cleaning can also be different, but not critical. If you contact the reception with a request to fix something, then they will do everything. Bathrooms are in sufficient quantity and quality, with the exception of the beach-it is better not to go there. There are a lot of sun beds, but not enough when the hotel is fully loaded (you need to occupy it in the morning). The entrance to the sea is sandy, beautiful, suitable for all categories, just like the beach itself. Within walking distance (15min)the old town (Side), where you can spend a beautiful evening. The place is very atmospheric, it attracts you, and this is a big plus when you can go for a walk along the embankment, filled with restaurants and cafes, overlooking the sea or the streets of the old town. In the end: I recommend the hotel! It is different from others, cozy,beautiful,the staff is wonderful,the beach, the sea is beyond competition,animation,food, pools, hammam,spa-everything for relaxation and enjoyment of staying in sunny Turkey)

Alcohol is cheap stuff. Towels for the beach are only in the main building and there are not always enough of them (once I had to wait an hour for the towels to arrive). There are not enough sun beds on the beach either. The children's show is the same every day, they don't bother with a program for children at all. The food in the hotel does not indulge in variety. There are no lunch boxes for overnight arrivals at the hotel either, which is very strange. If you ask why not, they retort by saying that the night restaurant is open until 5 a.m. One of the advantages: a large territory, lots of pools, there is a promenade where you can walk right to the old town or, if you go the other way, walk along the coast for about 2 hours slowly. The beach is sandy, with good access to the water. Turkey has become very expensive and does not match the quality of the money you pay for a trip. Just my opinion. Have a good holiday with good weather and hotels!

Nearby, a girl was complaining about a broken outlet. Nutrition for children is very monotonous, there is almost no choice. It's better for adults, but it's depressing, only 1 day a week did you notice something interesting at dinner. The evening shows of the program for the week are a beauty contest of 4 vacationers, live music, dancing, a Turkish night, well, let's say the norm. wi-fi is paid everywhere, even at the reception Cleaning is also not a standard, as the trash was lying in the corner of the bathroom, and they looked at it all the time, and swans will not often be twisted for tips. But the bed linen, towels are changed, the floors are wiped. The fattest cons: Huge rocks in the sea along the entire line of the hotel, starting not too far from the shore. Children's animation tends to zero. There is only a children's disco. There is no interactive program. We went to the club sometime in the afternoon, there are just no children there, the girl is bored. You can color a T-shirt for 5 euros, that's it.

Snacks, ice cream, everything is available. There is an indoor pool, you can dive and swim a la sports pool. There are many shops outside the perimeter with a price tag 2 times lower than the hotel. We wanted to show off and drink purchased alcohol (whiskey), we bought balantines for 2000 lire per liter bottle. The hotel costs 80 euros. Well, chips and other small things for children are cheaper there. Oh, the pharmacy right in front of the hotel is a treasure trove. We bought all the drugs, even the prescription ones. We've got atarax, an antiviral. Everything is cheap. We were pleased, there are no words. We went with the older children. A big company. Overall, the hotel is simply wonderful for the money. The rooms are clean, everything is there. Everything is working. They clean up in the morning. There was a bathroom on the floor, so you can get some water to drink, soap. The staff is kind, they allow it. Well, without fanaticism, of course. We were very pleased. I didn't go to animation, I can't say. My wife went with my granddaughter, I liked it. They don't have a room for luggage, so we opened our suitcases in the lobby, took our things and went to the bathroom to change. The reception staff is frankly indifferent to the guests. The hotel is crowded, despite its decent size. We were moved into the main building on the 3rd floor. You can wait 15-20 minutes for a stuffy elevator, especially when everyone returns from the beach for lunch or dinner. The room is tired, but you can live. There are no sun beds available on the beach. The lunch was decent, but they say there was a good variety of dishes today. Mostly our fellow citizens stay at the hotel, there are Poles, a lot of Turks, and a few Germans. After the disgusting settlement, our mood is frankly not very good. We do not recommend this hotel.

There is a lot of food, it is VERY TASTY, the rooms are spacious, only the carpets are dirty. Everything is modern. There's even a rope town! A huge stage. Interesting programs! There are a lot of interesting things outside the hotel. Lots of fruits. And there's nothing to the sea, 50 meters and you're at the sea! There is a dining room near the sea, it is very convenient. There is also a restaurant on the beach, we have never eaten there. There was a lot of food, everyone found something to eat. There was always meat, several types, fish. The side dishes are also different. Everything is delicious. It's full of the same kind of life-giving desserts, we don't eat that). Fruit. There is trash on the floor, old scratched dark linoleum. When I asked to change the room at the reception, they replied that the best option was an additional $30 per day and only the main building was open, the resorts had already closed. Meal. This is a kick-ass, comrades. All these snacks are impossible to eat. I only get an omelet for breakfast. There's not much choice for lunch either.
