The territory and location are impressive in their beauty. A huge, well-maintained territory with lots of greenery, where it is pleasant to walk in the shade of trees. The panoramic sea views from the main building are especially pleasing. The location of the hotel is very convenient – nearby are the ancient ruins of Side, many shops and restaurants. The beach and the sea are one of the main advantages of the hotel. The sandy beach with a comfortable sloping entrance to the sea is ideal for families with children. The sea is clean and warm, and there are plenty of sun beds for everyone. The hotel's infrastructure is impressive: • Several pools with slides • Modern water park • Indoor pool with cool water • A variety of activities for children • Good animation • Several restaurants and bars Meals are organized at a decent level. The restaurant offers a varied selection of dishes, and there is a children's menu. I was especially pleased with the availability of free ice cream until 18:00. The rooms in the new buildings are spacious and comfortable. They have everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a mini-bar and air conditioning. We had a rest in June. The hotel is huge. I caught free Wi-Fi in the hallway near the sofas) and the Internet here is certainly in trouble. But you'll have a break from gadgets;) The hotel itself is on a hill and constantly had to climb uphill, the restaurant and reception are in the main building. But we only saw this as a plus, because at least with such a movement it was possible to calm your conscience a little bit for eating too much after the exclusive))) But those with small children and strollers will not be very comfortable in this hotel. There is also a restaurant on the beach, we have never eaten there. There was a lot of food, everyone found something to eat. There was always meat, several types, fish. The side dishes are also different. Everything is delicious. It's full of the same kind of life-giving desserts, we don't eat that). Fruit. After lunch, we went downstairs, to the floor below, to eat ice cream and drink tea with delicious desserts. We went to the evening animation a couple of times, not amateurs. Boring performances. We are more for the movement) The entrance to the sea is gentle, the sand is the best for children. On the left, there are rocks and a shoal in the sea. Fish come to them. You can swim with glasses. Shrimp/sushi was served twice a week. Watermelon, melon, apples, oranges, pears, nectarines every day. Yes, most of the staff do not understand Russian. There is a girl at the reception who speaks Russian very well). Room cleaning: towels were changed daily, the mini bar was replenished daily. But we didn't wash the floors, we wore slippers, which we also wore to the sea (of course, we washed the slippers from the sea)😄 Lemonades/ juices/ cocktails without alcohol/ alcoholic cocktails are delicious. Shows in the amphitheater almost every day. (The performances are great, we enjoyed it). Animation: Children's evening - only mini disco with the same songs every day. Sitting for an hour on hard benches without backs in an amphitheater is a bit stressful. There are also midges on the beach. Food is a problem for this hotel! The food is not delicious at all, except for the tortillas that are baked at the pool bar and at the restaurant on the beach. A week of 8 euros per device. Payment at check-out. There is also a free one, but it doesn't catch everywhere. We need a connection, so we connected to a paid one. Catches everywhere, throughout the territory. The room is two-room, everything is as stated. The cleaning leaves much to be desired, but is generally normal. The big disadvantage is that there are no slippers in the room. It would be fine if the floors were washed to a shine, but the floor was not washed in 3 days. There are small tubes of shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom, and a few shower caps. The mini-bar is replenished daily (carbonated water, pepsi, mirinda). The air conditioners are working properly. But even without it, the room is not stuffy. Our family resort building is not located in the sunny side. Food. There are enough sun beds, but they are occupied even in the evening)) I liked the presence of an asphalt embankment, you can walk along it to the neighboring hotels and beaches. There are no shops and stalls on it, but in vain)) It would be beneficial for the Turks. And this is a plus for tourists. The Side Port is 3 kilometers away. We want to go there today, there's probably something to see. There are many foreigners in the hotel, Germans, Poles, Turks. Russians, in my opinion, are not enough. As a result, we can say: The hotel is a budget five, if you find fault, you can show a lot of nuances. But for us, the main thing is the sea, rest. Wonderful stay from 09/23/2025 to 10/08/2025 at the Horus Paradise Luxury Resort 5* hotel in Side! We have stayed at least 15 times in comfortable hotels located on the first line of the resort Side. In the hotels Side Star Elegance 5* and Crystal Sunrise Queen Luxury Resort & Spa (in the best years of Sunrise!) we stopped 4 times. This year we considered the option of staying at Horus Paradise Luxury Resort 5* and also made no mistake with the choice! From meeting with the staff at the reception, comfortable and timely accommodation in the room to the end of your stay at the hotel, everything was wonderful! If we had any questions, we immediately contacted the reception, they immediately helped us, which was nice. The refrigerator in the room was constantly replenished with water and drinks, the maids changed towels and cleaned daily, plumbing, hairdryer, TV worked smoothly. Glasses and a kettle with a set of coffee, cream and tea are provided in the room, which is always useful for those who like to have tea before going to bed. Hotel jars with caps, soap, etc. were displayed in the bathroom, but from long-standing travel experience we got used to taking our soap accessories and using them. The food in the hotel does not cause any complaints: there are a lot of fresh and baked vegetables, ripe fruits, plenty of fried and stewed meat, of course, with a significant addition to the menu of different varieties of fish, other seafood and pastries. The buns should still be checked with a spatula, sometimes the pastries came across slightly curled. The waiters in the restaurant are always polite and smiling, they do not hint at tips, which is not the case in every hotel. Alcohol is cheap stuff. Towels for the beach are only in the main building and there are not always enough of them (once I had to wait an hour for the towels to arrive). There are not enough sun beds on the beach either. The children's show is the same every day, they don't bother with a program for children at all. The food in the hotel does not indulge in variety. There are no lunch boxes for overnight arrivals at the hotel either, which is very strange. If you ask why not, they retort by saying that the night restaurant is open until 5 a.m. One of the advantages: a large territory, lots of pools, there is a promenade where you can walk right to the old town or, if you go the other way, walk along the coast for about 2 hours slowly. The beach is sandy, with good access to the water. Turkey has become very expensive and does not match the quality of the money you pay for a trip. Just my opinion. It's actually beautiful, but it can be a little hard. There is an elevator, ramps for people with limited mobility. The food is good, the drinks are good too. The schedule is designed so that almost around the clock there is a place where you can eat, have a snack or just have a drink with a view of the sea) The room fund is asking for repairs, but this does not overshadow the rest. Cleaning can also be different, but not critical. If you contact the reception with a request to fix something, then they will do everything. Bathrooms are in sufficient quantity and quality, with the exception of the beach-it is better not to go there. There are a lot of sun beds, but not enough when the hotel is fully loaded (you need to occupy it in the morning). The entrance to the sea is sandy, beautiful, suitable for all categories, just like the beach itself. Within walking distance (15min)the old town (Side), where you can spend a beautiful evening. The place is very atmospheric, it attracts you, and this is a big plus when you can go for a walk along the embankment, filled with restaurants and cafes, overlooking the sea or the streets of the old town. They settled in no time. Things were delivered to the rooms by car. (There were 5 of us – my wife and I, two children, and my daughter's friend) Our room (1020) was on the ground floor directly in front of the pool. We really liked everything – the air conditioner worked without a card, the balcony could be opened and the air conditioner did not turn off. The room was accessible directly from the lawn. We really liked it. I even dragged a chaise lounge on the beam. (the room has a huge bed and a small one). The kids weren't so lucky in the beginning. I got the exact same number (1026), but it turned off the first night and the air conditioner didn't work anymore. We contacted the reception and came to fix it.. They fixed it, they fixed it, but it still didn't work. I still haven't found a shower on the beach, it's an insignificant factor for me, so I didn't set a special goal. There are taps for washing feet at two exits with a constant queue of people who want to, because the water is barely pouring there, so I ran to the bar on "sand legs"! The staff, as in general in Turkey, is very peculiar: today you are the best "friend" or even "boss", and tomorrow you have half a glass of beer, and even with splashes all over the counter. But, in general, "you can live," although for some it is an important factor! Letuchaya and what she did, all this was present.… There was no one to change the room with, the Turks at the reception did not "peek-a-boo", without unpacking their suitcases, they decided to sleep here, since the smell seemed to have gone through the balcony, which was not there… In the morning, they offered another room with a view of the huge air conditioner, or rather its fan. As a result, they did not change the room, agreeing to a "general" cleaning, after which it smelled of chlorine, and the musty smell returned to the room ... Fortunately, at least the air conditioner could handle the heat. Cobwebs and dirt behind household items have not been cleaned ... In short, there is a solid stake in this position! Yes, the hotel's position in terms of Wi-Fi is very interesting. There are two networks: one is paid – it works in rooms, I did not connect myself, but according to the assurances of those who took it, ONLY in rooms, the cost is decent, it seems to me for 10 nights, something on the order of 40 € (I may be mistaken); the other is free, working through a stump deck, probably with restrictions on the number of devices. There are shops on the territory of the hotel, and their location is such that you cannot pass by, because of this it seems that you are walking through a bazaar, but there is no pharmacy. There is also a paid bar, everything is on fire, but for a fee, and everything is arranged in the best marketing traditions – everything is in plain sight, for example, ice cream in the refrigerators is in the free bar, where kids collect children's soft drinks, and paid creative cocktails can be served in the free pool bar, i.e. someone He drinks beautifully, but someone drools… Boiled corn is also carried along the beach from this bar, reminding domestic resorts ... Fortunately, there was no baklava! As a result, I would like to note the following: the hotel is not worth the money and, accordingly, as one of the compatriots put it: "this is not luxury, but still luxury"! :)) I can only recommend it for exploring this wonderful country for a vacation!

We wanted to show off and drink purchased alcohol (whiskey), we bought balantines for 2000 lire per liter bottle. The hotel costs 80 euros. Well, chips and other small things for children are cheaper there. Oh, the pharmacy right in front of the hotel is a treasure trove. We bought all the drugs, even the prescription ones. We've got atarax, an antiviral. Everything is cheap. We were pleased, there are no words. We went with the older children. A big company. Overall, the hotel is simply wonderful for the money. The rooms are clean, everything is there. Everything is working. They clean up in the morning. There was a bathroom on the floor, so you can get some water to drink, soap. The staff is kind, they allow it. Well, without fanaticism, of course. We were very pleased. I didn't go to animation, I can't say. My wife went with my granddaughter, I liked it. I was hanging out with the eldest, her husband, and the youngest at the bar. What else. There are slides, I rode, very nice. My granddaughter is delighted. Well, I just had fun. You can wait 15-20 minutes for a stuffy elevator, especially when everyone returns from the beach for lunch or dinner. The room is tired, but you can live. There are no sun beds available on the beach. The lunch was decent, but they say there was a good variety of dishes today. Mostly our fellow citizens stay at the hotel, there are Poles, a lot of Turks, and a few Germans. After the disgusting settlement, our mood is frankly not very good. We do not recommend this hotel.

The accommodation with children is just wonderful. And it's quiet (you can't hear the music from the pool), and it's not hot in the room (the sun is only in the morning), and it's not far to the sea, I left the building and immediately the pool bar. It was a little far to the restaurant, but these are small things. We arrived at the hotel at about 9 a.m., checked in immediately without questions and surcharges. We had time for breakfast. We left the hotel at 18 o'clock, here we had to pay extra for the extension of the room. The food is excellent, the only strain was the distance that had to be overcome from the selected table to the food, well, queues for meat, fish, watermelons. A very good lobby bar, beer in the lobby and beer by the pool are a huge difference. In the lobby, both tequila, cognac, and cocktails are very tasty. The territory of the hotel is large and beautiful. A good kids' club and children's animation. There were always enough sun beds on the beach, the beach is sand, the approach is gentle, for children it's the best. A huge plus of the hotel is the presence of a promenade to Side. There is a place to walk in the evening, and in the afternoon we walked several times in Side. The distance is a little more than 2 km. It was interesting to walk around the modern city and climb the ruins of the old Side. The hotel is great, the location is great.

Of the minuses - the cleaning in the room is so-so, the carpet is stained. They left tips for the maid, she just laid out her things neatly, the dust was still there))) the minibar was not replenished every day, it was forgotten a couple of times. I liked the food, a large selection, everything is delicious. There are ice cream, waffles, and tortillas on site. We had seafood with us once: mussels, squid, shrimp and crayfish. It tastes so-so, I was not impressed. There are a lot of desserts, but most of them are not very tasty. There is always a very tasty baklava at dinner. There are enough places. At lunch and dinner it is difficult to get into the air-conditioned halls, in the morning it was possible to eat there. The staff is responsive, not everyone understands Russian, at the reception - one employee speaks well. Wi-Fi is free and catches well at the lower pool, near the reception with interruptions. We bought a paid one, catches everywhere, 15 euros per week. There are plenty of sun loungers on the beach. The pools are occupied apparently from the night, since at 7-30 - 8 all the sun beds are already occupied. At the same time, no one comes to some of them. As a result, everything is occupied, and towels are sunbathing. In general, the pools are cool, clean, work until 20-00, but many swim longer. Once I saw how employees kicked out violators. I can't appreciate children's animation, I was with a teenager, we went a couple of times for fun. It doesn't seem to be anything special. Nearby there are chain stores Migros, Bim, a101 (like our Traffic Light). Their prices are significantly lower. We went to Novamall and got back by minibus. We still don't understand how they drive. It seems that the name of the hotel is written, but in the end they went to the wrong place. But with a transfer we got where we needed to, the cost is 25-35 liras. The drivers speak only Turkish. Maybe someone will need a minibus stop next to the exit, which is opposite the main entrance. Money was changed not far from the hotel, they paid in lira. I saw that the hotel did not accept old-style dollars for payment. In general, I can rate my stay at the hotel as very good. There are some minor flaws, but they did not affect the rest.
