We stayed at this hotel on August 25. The hotel's service is above the standard fives in Turkey (there is something to compare it with, 12 times in Turkey already). We lived in a new building, the room and the furnishings are very modern. The room cleaning is excellent, and I was also very pleased with the daily towel shapes, it was a whole story! Everything is fine with nutrition, there is always a huge selection of food and around the clock, which can not but please people who arrived at night or fly home, you can eat and drink at any time) At the main restaurant, we never stood in line even for the main course. Chefs prepare food in advance and put it in heated containers, which is why there are no queues. Once we had king prawns for dinner. And even here there was no queue, eat as much as you want. Meat for every taste, salads, cheeses and much more! Even red salted fish almost every day. The cook made sushi, but to be honest, I didn't really like it. The side dishes are also different. Everything is delicious. It's full of the same kind of life-giving desserts, we don't eat that). Fruit. The kitchen is wonderful, the staff is friendly. It is also comfortable to live in the main building of other houses on the territory. The only drawback is poor-quality cleaning, the bed has not been changed in 11 days and the neighbors asked for a kettle and set up a TV, but they did not wait. The territory of the hotel is large and well maintained. In the hotel restaurant, the food, as they say, tastes and colors) You won't stay hungry. Most of the cakes are just wow. Shrimp/sushi was served twice a week. Watermelon, melon, apples, oranges, pears, nectarines every day. Yes, most of the staff do not understand Russian. There is a girl at the reception who speaks Russian very well). Room cleaning: towels were changed daily, the mini bar was replenished daily. But we didn't wash the floors, we wore slippers, which we also wore to the sea (of course, we washed the slippers from the sea)😄 Lemonades/ juices/ cocktails without alcohol/ alcoholic cocktails are delicious. Shows in the amphitheater almost every day. (The performances are great, we enjoyed it). In general, after reading the reviews below about this hotel, it was a little sad to go there, BUT it turned out to be far from the case) We enjoyed everything, the rest was a success.

A week of 8 euros per device. Payment at check-out. There is also a free one, but it doesn't catch everywhere. We need a connection, so we connected to a paid one. Catches everywhere, throughout the territory. The room is two-room, everything is as stated. The cleaning leaves much to be desired, but is generally normal. The big disadvantage is that there are no slippers in the room. It would be fine if the floors were washed to a shine, but the floor was not washed in 3 days. There are small tubes of shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom, and a few shower caps. The mini-bar is replenished daily (carbonated water, pepsi, mirinda). The air conditioners are working properly. But even without it, the room is not stuffy. Our family resort building is not located in the sunny side. Food. There are no shops and stalls on it, but in vain)) It would be beneficial for the Turks. And this is a plus for tourists. The Side Port is 3 kilometers away. We want to go there today, there's probably something to see. There are many foreigners in the hotel, Germans, Poles, Turks. Russians, in my opinion, are not enough. As a result, we can say: The hotel is a budget five, if you find fault, you can show a lot of nuances. But for us, the main thing is the sea, rest. In general, it is justified, since the territory is hilly, immediately getting lost and dragging a suitcase along the cobblestone paths is such a thing. Animation: Children's evening - only mini disco with the same songs every day. Sitting for an hour on hard benches without backs in an amphitheater is a bit stressful. There are also midges on the beach. Food is a problem for this hotel! The food is not delicious at all, except for the tortillas that are baked at the pool bar and at the restaurant on the beach. Otherwise, it's just awful. There were eternal queues in the main restaurant, for everything..... Sometimes you could only eat Simmits if they were fresh. Otherwise, it's a complete misunderstanding. If you are satisfied with the interpretation that you will not stay hungry, then I was not satisfied with it categorically, for the price that this hotel charges. Wonderful stay from 09/23/2025 to 10/08/2025 at the Horus Paradise Luxury Resort 5* hotel in Side! We have stayed at least 15 times in comfortable hotels located on the first line of the resort Side. In the hotels Side Star Elegance 5* and Crystal Sunrise Queen Luxury Resort & Spa (in the best years of Sunrise!) we stopped 4 times. This year we considered the option of staying at Horus Paradise Luxury Resort 5* and also made no mistake with the choice! From meeting with the staff at the reception, comfortable and timely accommodation in the room to the end of your stay at the hotel, everything was wonderful! If we had any questions, we immediately contacted the reception, they immediately helped us, which was nice. The refrigerator in the room was constantly replenished with water and drinks, the maids changed towels and cleaned daily, plumbing, hairdryer, TV worked smoothly. Glasses and a kettle with a set of coffee, cream and tea are provided in the room, which is always useful for those who like to have tea before going to bed. Hotel jars with caps, soap, etc. were displayed in the bathroom, but from long-standing travel experience we got used to taking our soap accessories and using them. The food in the hotel does not cause any complaints: there are a lot of fresh and baked vegetables, ripe fruits, plenty of fried and stewed meat, of course, with a significant addition to the menu of different varieties of fish, other seafood and pastries. The buns should still be checked with a spatula, sometimes the pastries came across slightly curled. The waiters in the restaurant are always polite and smiling, they do not hint at tips, which is not the case in every hotel. The shower lived its own life)) There was a feeling that it was specially adjusted so that it would be contrasting. 20 seconds of hot water, 20 seconds of ice water... and so on all the time. It will be impossible to wash children. One of the advantages: the most gorgeous beach with a long access to the water, guests with children will be fine. The beach is being monitored, it is clean enough. The pools are large and refreshing. But bleach is burning. The water park is open 2 hours before and 2 hours after lunch. He's not bad. The only thing that was missing in the room was that it was inconvenient in the shower stall there was no shelf where to put shampoos, etc. They only have a gel dispenser, but that's not enough for women). And there is absolutely nowhere to hang clothes in the bathroom. We cleaned every day, and the towels were also changed. I also didn't like the limited schedule of the hammam - only from 12 to 15. I don't really want to be limited in time while resting. After the sea, I always wanted to get warm, and therefore we shortened our stay on the beach and went to the hammam with the child. But all this was noticed only in the first 2 days, then we adjusted and enjoyed everything. The food is delicious, varied, lots of sweets, delicious grilled dishes. We just ate too much. The water was very cold in the pools, and no one went to the water park. And for some reason, the indoor pool was not heated. They probably keep it warm after the end of the season. There was one kind of grilling of meat and vegetables, and again there was a queue. The hotel is not ultra all inclusive, as it was presented to us. They don't even make Mojitos. There is only water, pepsi and fanta in the mini bar. They don't put beer on. There is no 0.5 bottle water on site. There are coolers from the reverse osmosis plumbing and that's it! I don't recommend drinking this, many people suffered with their stomachs later. There's dirt in the dining room, and the appliances are sticky. Animation, no show. There is an eternal struggle for sun beds on the beach. If you come after 10:00, it's not realistic to find a place. The Internet that worked was only paid. 15 euros per device for 7 days. I have something to compare it with, I was in the top five, but this is the first time I've met this kind of trash. There's definitely no way to visit this hotel anymore!
