Five points for a coffee shop with good coffee and desserts. One of the advantages is a renovated room and daily cleaning. The hotel is generally clean. A large selection of dishes (not everything is delicious) and good snacks by the pool-kumpir, pizza, burgers. The same set in the cafe on the beach. The beach is sandy with a good entrance. According to the composition of tourists, there are not many Russian-speaking tourists. The service is good and the attitude of the staff is friendly, regardless of nationality One of the disadvantages is there is no sense of security, there is no control over those entering the hotel. And yes, it was precisely because of the lack of fire safety that the hotel was closed and everyone was evacuated within 24 hours. They provided another hotel, even more interesting. Have I returned to this hotel, I guess so.

A hotel for retired Germans :) everyone here knows this very well. If you prefer a relaxing vacation, without any special "movement", you will like it. Of the advantages: 1)There are several swimming pools on the territory (minus-they are cold) 2) You can get drinks at the bar and food (burgers, French fries, pizza) for free during the day, a coffee shop with desserts, unlimited ice cream 2 hours a day. 3) The territory is well maintained. 4) Everything is within walking distance. 5) a fitness room with all the necessary equipment, well renovated, practically within 24-hour accessibility. Minuses: 1) Buffet- almost everything is the same every day. The food is mostly tasteless and very greasy! There was a poor selection of fruits, which was very surprising and frustrating (but there was a good selection of greens). There is a very large selection of desserts, but again they are all disgusting. 2) terrible room cleaning and the rooms themselves are very "tired". Something will definitely be broken, whether it's an air conditioner, a light fixture, a lock, or a weak water pressure.. They are in no hurry to relocate (we waited for 3 days, spending the night in the cold with a draft). In general, there are more advantages, of course. But I wouldn't come back here. Well, or already retired :)

I stayed at this hotel in February 2025.Low season, the price is very pleasant.The attitude towards tourists is attentive, there are a lot of different cocktails and juices.The pool is warm, the hammam is of moderate temperature.The food is excellent!!!Evening animation is live music every time!!!

I liked everything , breakfasts , lunches, dinners . Cleanliness is everywhere, the lobby bar has good glassware, a large selection of cocktails. Cons: the rooms are tired , and the hot stone is turned off periodically in the hammam. Animation in 2 places = active and relaxing . Live music , violinist , pianist . I would have come back more than once .

An excellent hotel for a comfortable stay, high-quality and varied meals. The 10 out of 10 cuisine in this hotel deserves a separate review. I've never eaten so delicious anywhere. Every day there are shrimp, mutton, tongue, turkey, rolls, red fish. Delicious cocktails, coffee and pastries. The sea is clean, the sandy beach. There are enough sun beds for everyone. Animation works at the hotel and on the beach. The rooms are cozy. The only thing I recommend is to take gel and shampoo with you, as they have the same liquid for all cases. The staff is responsive, all your wishes are fulfilled. For example, we had an armchair bed, but I asked for a normal bed with a mattress for the child. We were immediately delivered to our room. There are bathrobes and slippers. Cozy balconies with tables and armchairs. Near the hotel there is a bazaar and a shopping center, a Migros store, USA Polo.

Good day! There were hotels in this area in 2024. We took 7 nights. I want to share my opinion. This hotel is located in the village of Manavgat. We really liked the hotel and were well received. We arrived at 12:30 p.m., checked in an hour later as the room was being prepared. The hotel is clean and large. The food is very tasty and varied. There is meat and seafood, but not always. There is a restaurant at the hotels, we had one free visit to Alakart, but we need to make an appointment in advance, we did it right away next week. The hotel is more designed for European guests. It's a 10-minute walk to the sea. There is a bar on the beach, fruits, and hot tortillas. According to shopping, there is nothing to do in manavgat and it is expensive, mostly everything is in euros. We went to the old town of Side, it is very interesting there, there is something to see. There is a parking lot next to the hotel where you can safely take a bus to the old town in 25 minutes. There is a migration store and ATMs nearby. There is a shuttle service to the beach every 10 minutes. I can't describe everything, I'll say that the hotel is very cool, there is animation, 2 swimming pools, there is a children's area. There are different programs in the evening. The alcohol is good, the cocktails are varied, the staff is kind, the guide is wonderful and not intrusive, the beach is sandy and the entrance is gentle. I recommend this hotel, there is something to compare it with.

We spent a wonderful 10 days at the Castival Hotel! The service is excellent! Everyone is very kind and always ready to help. Special thanks to Mouattar – she helped us with all our questions. The food is very tasty. There is such a large selection of dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner that everyone will definitely find something for themselves. We definitely didn't stay hungry! The hotel itself is very beautiful and like something out of a fairy tale! Everything is very richly decorated. There are some beautiful details at every step, like in a museum. Our room was large and nice, and most importantly, it had a magnificent view of the mountains.The room had slippers, a bathrobe, a tea station, and a stocked mini-bar (juices/water) The beach at the hotel is also excellent: wide, with soft sand, and smooth access to the sea. Animation is not a strong point of the hotel. The evening and daytime shows on the street did not make an impression. But I really liked the live music in the lobby bar! We highly recommend this hotel!

It's a great hotel. We had a vacation in January with a small child. We arrived at 7 a.m. and were immediately sent to breakfast. We were already checked in at 8, although according to the standard at 14.00. Very pleasant staff throughout the hotel. Everyone entertained the baby and was especially welcomed. Amazing cuisine, great selection, something new for dinner every day. I was especially impressed by seafood day. Breakfast and lunch are relatively similar, but due to the large selection, you can still eat different things every day. It's very beautiful inside, and you can see the great work of the designers. There were many athletes in the hotel with us, for example FC Spartak or the Turkish national ice hockey team at the training camp. It was funny. There is a kids' club, but kids under 4 years old can stay there with their parents. If you need a babysitter, a girl from there can stay with the baby for 20 euros per hour. We have used this opportunity 3 times, and we are satisfied. The spa center is normal, there is a large swimming pool, a small one for kids, the hammam was written that it was cold, but this is a hammam that is designed for procedures (and not a la sauna, as we used to warm up), there is also a Finnish sauna. A hotel is being demolished next to it, rumbling can be heard during the day if you chill outside by the pool) but it is tolerable. There was nothing to be heard in the room. They promised that it would be over by the summer. And a beautiful boardwalk nearby. Especially near the Camellia Hotel (you need to go a little further, but it's worth it)

As a result: the view turned out to be of a neighboring hotel and there were fans under us that were noisy day and night. Because they only went to the room to spend the night and I slept in earplugs - this did not particularly affect the rest. Two beds are connected to each other. The refrigerator was not working well in the room, it did not cool down at all. The air conditioner was working fine. The principle of operation of the air conditioner is simple: increase or decrease the temperature and make the fan stronger or weaker. The other buttons are dummy buttons. Cleaning every day is mediocre: they make the bed, change towels and take out the trash Nutrition: excellent. You definitely won't stay hungry. Pasta, rice, bulgur, potatoes. Fish, chicken, beef. Seasonal fruits: apples, pears, oranges, tangerines. At dinner from 19:00-20:00- there is nowhere to fall. Everything is occupied. They came later. There was little time for lunch (from 12:30-14:00), so we only got to lunch on the 4th day of our stay, because we usually went to the beach in the morning and certainly didn't want to leave there at 12:30. Beach: shuttle service from the hotel to the beach runs regularly. You can take a ride with the breeze and have a lot of fun. You can, of course, walk (min 7). There were plenty of deck chairs. You can also have a delicious snack and drink a glass of cool beer on the beach. Great job by the animators. The guys are everywhere: by the pool, children's room, lobby bar, beach. They sing, dance, and entertain.👍 Most of the people staying at the hotel are Germans. There are a lot of German pensioners. What I didn't like: when you want to receive or hand over a towel, they really want to impose a paid massage on you. Because of this, I didn't really want to go down to them once again, it's better to dry the towels on the balcony. There is also a sauna, a steam room, a hammam, a swimming pool (it was closed here).

We stayed at this hotel in July 2024, together with my daughter. The food is delicious and varied, there is always a lot of everything. This is not a place where, as they say, "well, you won't stay hungry," there really is a large selection of everything, themed dinners are held. Everything is poured into plastic dishes, but it is made of glass (very nice and very convenient, because even if someone drops something, nothing will break and no one will get hurt). The bartenders are very friendly and courteous. There's a queue in the lobby bar after dinner, just accept it because there are a lot of people relaxing, but the bartenders are trying their best and the queue is moving very fast. The rooms are cleaned well, if you throw a towel on the floor, it will be changed (well, in principle, as in all hotels). The room has a safe, minibar, bathrobes, slippers, everything for hygiene. The hotel itself is small, the territory is small, but everything is very convenient, there are many pools and many places for sun beds, if you come and there is no free sunbed, they will bring it to you! There is a pool with 5 slides, we rode every day, although I am not an amateur, but the slides came straight to me)))The beach is sand, very shallow entrance, shallow for a very long time (I didn't really like it) due to the fact that it is shallow, the water in the sea is boiled. There are a lot of sun beds on the beach, as well as a bar on the beach. The road to the beach is 5-7 minutes on foot, there are cars from the hotel that take you to and from the beach every 10 minutes. To go to the beach, cross the bridge over the river, where large turtles live)). The hotel itself is located next to shopping centers, we could see shopping malls right from the balcony. In the evening, you can go for a walk in the city. The animation starts at 10 a.m., everything is standard: exercises, Pilates, darts, etc. At 12 o'clock there is a pool game, very funny and funny contests, no vulgarity. In the evening, discos, live music, and invited artists. A different contingent of different nationalities is resting, there is no Tagil, everything is cultural. I recommend this hotel.

A good hotel, we came for the second time in mid-April 2025 with a 2.4-year-old child. Children's: I liked the children's room, a lot of educational games. Cute girls are getting drunk. In the evenings there are mini discos for children. The pool was still quite cold. Beach: People have already been swimming in the sea. Everything is convenient on the beach: an awning, sun beds, drinks, lunch, tortillas are prepared, there is a Playground. The sand is fine and pleasant, but there are a lot of things in it-pieces of wood, different roots, even glass happens, you have to be vigilant. On the way to the beach, we saw various animals: turtles, including large ones, swimming in the river, ducks, frogs, a snake, a hedgehog, various birds, large grasshoppers-very entertaining. Doctor: By chance, I had to look at a separate doctor. He immediately says that they are not doing anything at the hotel, they are being taken to a clinic with which they cooperate. Keep in mind that you will need cash to pay for services at the clinic. And compensation for the insured event is already taking place in Russia, where it was issued. Accommodation: The construction of the shopping center next door is currently underway, as a result, one of the best room options is at the nearby Luna Blanca Hotel. You can hear the ventilation, but it's the least of the evils. There is very loud music by the pool several times a day. A very competent and responsive girl works at the reception. She speaks Russian well. Room cleaning every day. The sound insulation in the room is not the best. Food: a large buffet. On Saturdays there is a fish day with shrimps and rolls. In general, the result is a small variety of the same products in different designs. Lots of fresh vegetables. We got to Easter, and we made themed dishes and decor for dinner. If you don't find fault too much, it's a great vacation.

We had a rest in the first half of March. We arrived early in the morning, were immediately invited to breakfast, then walked around the territory and by noon we had already checked into the room. There are no complaints about plumbing and household appliances, everything was functioning normally. I do not recommend going with children as there is practically no territory, two swimming pools, small slides, a small playground with a stage and that's it. There is also a children's room inside the building. There are live music programs every day in the evenings (there are no children's programs). The staff is polite, the work of the waiters and bartenders is excellent. In the evenings, three bartenders work in the lobby bar at the same time, so the queue was instantly resolved. There are also no questions about nutrition, everyone can find good dishes from a variety of assortment. So the rest was a success, if possible, I would not mind visiting the hotel again in the summer season, when everything is working to the fullest. By the way, an awning and a bar have already been stretched on the beach of this hotel, and the sand has been smoothed.

Room cleaning is daily, but just like with the service, if you want it better, you should leave a tip.Our room was on the 1st floor (this is the 2nd floor level, because there is also a lobby (reception area and lobby bar) and -1 floor (exit to the restaurant, swimming pools), -2 (hammam).It takes 7-8 minutes to walk to the sea, and 5 minutes by car, which takes you all the time.The animation is weak, but quite tolerable.There are discos up to 23 (adult, minidisko for children), various shows (4 times a week).Of the disadvantages of the hotel, I would mention only a part of the rooms that overlook the construction site and under these rooms there are grills and smokers.Once the towels in the room were changed to very old ones, which left lint.There is a wild full house for the opening dinner, you have to look for a place.The beach is not bad, the area of the sun beds is clean, but it passes from the sun beds to the sea is dirty (surprisingly, it prevents you from driving once and cleaning), the water was fresh in the morning in the first half of June, again, the river where the turtles live is very close and the current is cold from it.In general, with a good price, the hotel is not bad. Desserts are available both in the restaurant and in the small pastry shop, which is open from morning until 23 hours. Ice cream, waffles every day at a certain time. Not far from the hotel there is a long beautiful promenade for walking. I also recommend walking to Side. In 1.5 hours we walked down the street, then turned onto the embankment. Side has cozy cafes, a beautiful promenade, and ancient ruins of an amphitheater. There are a lot of cats on the hotel grounds, they are loved here. There are turtles, birds, hedgehogs. There are also a huge number of shopping centers, shops, pharmacies 2 minutes from the hotel. They accept dollars and euros. In some stores and almost all pharmacies, you can pay using the FLY app.

Great private beach with sand, just gorgeous. By the way, there is a food bar on the beach, which is very convenient. We were in July. The rooms were no longer fresh, and in some places they raised questions: the shower door was missing, which was why the tub was wet after the shower, and the air conditioner was running at a cold temperature without a chance to adjust. It was compensated only by the open door with hot air. The food is varied, but I only liked the availability of zero cola in the bar and meat on the street in the barbecue area. I can't say it's a very bad place, but it didn't have a wow effect either. From a side issue. I didn't like the spa and massage: strange procedures with an attempt to get divorced for extra money. The staff is not bad. The bus driver to the beach, who jokes and charges the mood, is the highest ball. The beach raises questions, but the coastline is not bad, the hammocks are always free. In the evenings, there are sometimes wonderful lamp performances with live music. There are only 2 shops around the hotel, ala Pyaterochka, where you can buy chocolates and other sweets at home, but otherwise it's all a divorce and a waste of time. Would you come back again? No, but it was an interesting experience.

I really liked the hotel! The price-quality corresponds unambiguously! A small and clean area, several pools, slides and animation-everything is great! Regarding food, there is a wide variety, especially dinners. We stayed at the hotel for 10 days, and we went to the fish day twice (on Saturdays). Fast food at the pool bar, full meals at the beach bar, waffles, ice cream, fries, burgers, fries, and so on in addition to the main restaurant. You definitely won't stay hungry. Alcohol (who cares) is pouring like a river, there are many different cocktails. I recommend this hotel 100%, you won't regret it.

There is a volleyball bar on the beach, a restaurant, and of course the sea. The beach is sandy and clean, although the neighboring hotels don't have very good beaches, there were even glasses. **Castival Hotel is a good hotel for a holiday in Turkey** I stayed at the Castival Hotel for two weeks at the end of May, just to relax and gain strength. The weather was pleasant: sunny, warm, the sea is not cold — we swam every day. By the way, the pool is also warm, which is a big plus in May. We stayed at the Castival Hotel in Side and were absolutely delighted! This is a really wonderful place for a family vacation and more. The advantages that are especially memorable: Location: The hotel is located in a picturesque location, close to the sea. The beach is easily accessible on foot or by shuttle. Territory: A huge, green, well-maintained territory with many pools (including children's pools with slides!), bars and places to relax. We always found free sun beds. Food: Just great! A huge selection of dishes for every taste. Everything is fresh, delicious and well-prepared. We were especially pleased with the themed evenings with cuisines from different countries. There is a diet menu. Service: The hotel staff is very attentive and friendly. We are always ready to help and answer any questions. There is a sense of caring for each guest. Animation: Animators are working 100%! The entertainment program is very rich and interesting for both children and adults. The evening shows are amazing! A mini club for children is a special joy! Rooms: The rooms are clean, cozy and comfortable. Cleaning was carried out regularly and efficiently. Generally: Castival Hotel is an excellent choice for those who want to spend an unforgettable vacation in Turkey. The price-quality ratio is simply excellent. We rested here for a week from 18-25.08.24. The hotel is ~ an hour's drive from the airport, we arrived at 8.30 am, check-in from 14.00. We left our suitcases at the reception, were instructed to come to the check-in at 12.00 and went to breakfast. Positive: 1️⃣ Food. There are many egg dishes for breakfast. You can eat boiled eggs, fried eggs, my favorite Turkish menemen, or order an omelet with various additives. There are many different salads made from fresh vegetables, sliced vegetables, cheese, sausage. French fries, sausages, baked tomatoes with cheese, fried haloumi. I really liked the anchovy salad. I always took it for breakfast/lunch/dinner. Olives and pickles of all kinds and salted. There are many different breads, buns, simits (Turkish bagels) and German pretzels. There were no pies or cakes at breakfast, but there were croutons and pancakes with nutella/jams/honey. Fruits: apples, watermelons, oranges, grapefruit. Juice, tea. The lunches and dinners were much more plentiful in terms of assortment. There was always fried fish (dorado, sea bass, mackerel), chicken, vegetables, lamb and grilled beef, kebabs, and a large number of delicious second courses. Various vegetable salads, Turkish pickles, sauces in large bowls. Lots of side dishes: potatoes, rice, pasta. When there were themed seafood dinners, they cooked shrimp, crayfish, sushi, and baked red fish. There was also always an incredible amount of cakes, pastries, baklava and desserts. Of the advantages: The food in the restaurant is delicious and varied (red fish, chicken, turkey, beef, tongue, fresh vegetables, grilled, stewed ... in general, everything is not listed). I wanted to wash my face in the morning, there was a waterfall from under the sink, and then naturally I was carried away, why didn't they clean up yesterday, "I don't know", fix the sink-"okay," I'm coming back in about three hours, there are no changes, I went to swear so specifically, they immediately ran and fixed the sink and cleaned up. There is practically no animation, it's a bit boring, there are a lot of Germans over 60. The beach is 7 minutes walk away, everything is fine with that.
