A small, cozy hotel. 10 minutes from Osmanbey metro station, 5 minutes from the shopping center and other branded shops. The rooms are small, but everything is there. The mattresses are comfortable, and the pillows could be bigger. Nice staff. I really liked the breakfasts, and they have good coffee. If you need a taxi to the airport, it's better to order one at the reception ($ 50), bitaksi is not a reliable thing, and it may not arrive.

The quality of the rooms is terrible. Sometimes it blows out of the windows, sometimes there is no water, sometimes there is water coming from the air conditioner into the room. We booked for 5 days. In the first three days, we changed three rooms, after which we asked for a refund of the remaining money, but they refused us and we just found out at another hotel.

It was a terrible hotel, untidy and dirty, don't believe the booking review, the spa had a disgusting, unpleasant smell, and there was a constant feeling of disgust. The curtains were wrinkled, the mirrors were dark and you couldn't see anything in them, and the bathroom mirror didn't have an outlet to dry your hair. There was mold in the bathroom. The hotel has been in need of at least cosmetic repairs for a long time.

Dirty and uncomfortable. We never got to the SPA! Hammam is available for a fee only. Although there is a hammam in the description. They didn't let us into the pool either. They said it was necessary to buy hats. 300 lire per person for a hat. And there are 3 of us . And we didn't want to have that attitude anymore.
