The customer service is at a high level, the staff is very positive. The rooms are huge, the cleaning works perfectly!
The hotel is well located in the Jumeirah area.
There is a bus to the beach, please note that there is no transfer to the beach on Sat and Sun. We arrived for 5 nights on Friday and it was annoying that there would be no transfer for two days. The beach is disgusting, there are no sunbeds and there is not even a place to wash your feet from the sand.
The pool is very small and shallow. We liked the breakfasts in the Chinese restaurant, there is no variety, but there is a lot to choose from.
The Boston bar is very cool: the menu is a masterpiece, the quality of the dishes is a solid five.
The air is clean and fragrant with pleasant aromas .
Overall, the impression is favorable, if not for the beach of the hotel. Close to the airport and many top attractions.

The room is just great, big with huge beds. Cleaning every day.
The pool is not big, but there is. On the roof, it is convenient to sunbathe.
There is a good bar on the ground floor, and dinner is served there. Breakfast in a small restaurant. The food is very monotonous, but edible. There are few Russian-speaking staff, almost none.
The deposit is not unambiguous, it does not look like Dubai at all. A working-class area, with Chinese, Hindus and Palistines. Accordingly, there are many inexpensive cafes with interesting national dishes.
The Burj Khalifa Tower is 4 km away and 30-35 dirhams by taxi ( about 1000 rubles ) . The Tesla has 50 dirhams .
Transfer to the sea at 9.30 and back at 12. We never went back, walked, in principle not far, min 20. On the way there is a mcduck and a liquor store, very convenient.
The water on the beach is clean, the sand is snow-white. There are a lot of fish in the sea, from small to half a meter

The rest is wonderful! The rooms are spacious, everything is there: tea, coffee, water, toiletries. Breakfasts: pancakes, croissants, scrambled eggs, fruits, cheeses, yoghurts, etc. The staff is friendly, thanks to Su and Sandani, they clean well. The dinners have a monotonous menu: beef, fish, chicken, vegetables, fruits, desserts. If you come late, it takes a long time to wait for the dishes and drinks to be brought, often the tables are not cleaned. It's not critical, but we had to wait and approach the waiters ourselves. Otherwise, I liked everything. We walked to the beach and the subway.

I flew to Dubai alone, celebrating my birthday. The hotel was quickly checked in, a swan was prepared from a towel on the bed, and a surprise cake was brought. It is incredibly pleasant that they treat the guests with attention and reverence! The staff is very diligent. Room cleaning every day, towels are changed. In the bathroom there is shampoo, shower gel, conditioners, body lotion, soap. Dental kits are available on request.
The breakfasts are of the same type, but you won't stay hungry.
There's a bus to the beach, but I walked to La Mer for about 30 minutes. It was not hot, 23-24 degrees, comfortable. You can take a bus, stop behind the hotel. To Burj Khalifa by taxi with colored roofs 30-35 dirhams, catch on the road "by hand". It is more expensive for applications.
Max metro is also by bus - 3-4 stops. I recommend the hotel.

I had a rest from 13.11-20.11 24 . We checked in right around 10 a.m. Friendly staff, very tasty food. I especially want to mention the dinners at the Boston restaurant!!! It's very tasty!!! The convenient location of the hotel is relative to the metro, bus stops , and the beach . I went to the beach with my child twice a day on foot for 25-30 minutes. Excellent location. There are many shops nearby. To the beach, 20 minutes on foot, to La Mer beach. There is a transfer service. There is no Russian staff, but you will be happy to be helped through an interpreter. The rooms are spacious, there is no view. But this is not critical. From the center, it takes 15 minutes by taxi, without traffic jams and even less. It's a 20-minute walk to the metro, it's a long way with children. The food is good, but monotonous. I didn't like the breakfasts at all, the same type, tasteless! All 10 days are the same, the pastries are tasteless, a lot of people in a small room.

Excellent and understanding staff for Russian-speaking tourists. They adequately treat all clumsily asked questions and are always happy to help. The food is delicious. I didn't like that the gym is very small, and the pool has no views of the nearest area (walls, not glass). A great hotel for 4*. We had a vacation with my husband in May of this year. Everything is within walking distance, to the beach either a hotel transfer or a 20-minute walk. There was also a transfer from the hotel to the metro, it was a long walk. We bought transport cards and ran everything on the subway or buses. Of the cons, the mosque is very close, the audibility from prayers is colossal, the view from the rooms is so-so, but we didn't really have time to admire from the windows (we walked for days) The rooftop pool is gorgeous, the presence of a gym is a separate plus. Cleaning every day with replacement of towels. The restaurant is a separate masterpiece, everything is insanely delicious, although monotonous. The hotel's compliment is free coffee and dates in the hotel lobby. The staff is wonderful, though not Russian-speaking. The black guy at the pool is just a lighter and a lot of positivity.
In general, we were very satisfied with the trip, even though we went into the thick of it. But it's worth it.

The room has a large bed with a good mattress, a sofa, a coffee table, sockets are suitable for European plugs, you do not need to buy an adapter, the only thing is there are no sockets near the bed, it is inconvenient to charge the phone. The bathroom is equipped with an additional bed, towels were changed every day without reminders. Breakfast is downstairs in the restaurant, a standard continental with elements of national Indian cuisine, the waiter can order scrambled eggs or omelette. Dinner is on the menu, they cook very tasty and large portions. Dinner was at the Boston bar, they also watched the final of the World Cup, it was atmospheric and fun. They take you to the beach and the subway. The pool! Small on the roof, towels are provided, sun loungers in the shade and in the sun. If you don't expect anything supernatural, then it's fine.
Among the disadvantages: dirty tiles around the pool, it is very cold in the restaurant, the food cools down immediately, there is no place to dry swimsuits and clothes, the air conditioning in the room is not regulated, either cold or turn off.
The two of us without children did not expect anything from this hotel, so we were not disappointed. There is nothing to do with children and teenagers, choose another option. An average budget hotel.

We had a rest in March 2024 with children, the hotel is wonderful, although it is declared 4 stars, for me it is worthy of all 5 stars! The service is excellent, the food is excellent, the staff is inconspicuous but responsive. Cleaning every day, tea-coffee-cream replenished every day, towels, slippers, iron, ironing board, hair dryer - everything is there! Of the cons: the windows do not open and the view from the window to the neighboring dormitory is some kind, but we did not sit in the room, we wanted to see everything! There is a swimming pool on the roof of the hotel, the children are delighted!!! And we need sun beds and umbrellas. The hotel is far from the noisy central streets, this is only a plus, quiet and peaceful! It takes about 20 minutes on foot to the beach, but there is a transfer from the hotel and they will take you and bring you, but you can also use public transport for only 3 dirhams (but you need to buy cards, and they are only sold in the subway, and it's a long way to the subway). I recommend the hotel!

Excellent hotel, courteous staff, good food, we had FB + breakfast and dinner buffets, lunch a la carte, everything is delicious, but the menu is monotonous, it does not change. The room was large, it was comfortable with two children, there was enough space for everyone. The location is also good, close to the sea, there is a shuttle service and they are great fellows, if everyone did not fit on the bus, did a second flight, this is rare. The food is good, the portions are just huge, it's unrealistic to stay hungry. We eat here twice in the morning and in the evening and we don't want to eat anymore. A hotel for a thin three
Minuses:
There are no sockets near the beds, and in general there are few of them in the room

Bus transfer to the beach and metro station only on weekdays, at 9.30 there, and at 12 back, the bus is small, if you are late, you will have to wait another half hour. On the weekend on your own
The main disadvantage is that there are few tables in the dining room. And before you have breakfast, you need to stand in a long queue of other nervous vacationers who are also thirsty for coffee. There is a queue for the coffee machine, it still breaks down every half hour. The food distribution table is located unsuccessfully in some corner of the nook, where everyone crowds first to pass, and then go out to their table. There are not enough dishes - having collected food, you are still waiting for clean spoons and forks to be taken out. Sometimes there are not even cups and plates, there are few of them, and you have to wait for them to be taken out of the dishwasher. The quality of the food and the assortment are good, there are no questions here. They only took breakfast.
The swimming pool (sauna, gym) closes at 18.00. Beach towels are only for a deposit of 200 dirhams.
There are no balconies in the rooms, nothing will dry, everything is damp, the windows in the rooms also do not open. Therefore, the smell is musty both in the room and in the hallway. There was also the smell of cigarettes in the bathroom from the neighbors, the ventilation was so-so. And noise insulation too, everything that happens in the hallway can be heard in the room, as if people from the hallway are walking right past your bed. In the other room, the audibility was better
Cleaning is also not necessary every day, even the garbage was not taken out some days, but they stacked already used towels.
They asked for slippers, sometimes they put two bottles of water, sometimes three, there are four of us, but as they gave us one round small hotel soap on the day of check-in, they did not put it on anymore - so the four of us washed with this single soap for all 6 days of arrival. There is no liquid soap, shampoo and conditioner in bottles in the shower.

It's great for four stars. There is a free bus to La Mer Beach, you can have lunch and dinner at the hotel's restaurants, and the Indian cuisine restaurant is the winner of the 2023 restaurant competition. The hotel is not bad, there is a free city beach nearby, you can walk and, if desired, a shuttle service is organized. A Chinese restaurant and a Boston bar, which, surprisingly for the once non-alcoholic Dubai, has a huge selection of various alcoholic beverages.

We stayed at this hotel from 04/26/2013/2024 The hotel corresponds to 4 stars. We took only breakfast, in general, not bad. The staff is friendly and courteous. The hotel has a good location, there is a shuttle service to the beach and to the metro. The only negative is that the windows did not open and there are no balconies. The laundry didn't dry well. We spent our vacation days in Jumeiro Rotana, very satisfied!!! The room was spacious on the ground floor, cleaning every day, fresh linen. The staff is friendly and polite, especially nice that one man at the reception spoke Russian (unfortunately I don't know the name,) . The breakfasts are very tasty, although there was porridge once for all the days, but everything is in abundance, the dinners for the first two days were on the menu, but on the third day there was a buffet, the assortment is good, the only minus is if you come in the middle of dinner, they are already smoking in the bar and therefore it is not very pleasant, so we went if possible, at the beginning of dinner. The bus goes to the beach from the hotel, the pool was also visited once, everything is OK!!!

The smell is disgusting. Friends got into a non-smoking room and everything was OK. The beds are good, the rooms are spacious. But the view from the window of our room was sad, like some kind of hostel for migrants)) on the other hand, the street and the roadway are simple. There are many shops and eateries nearby where you can have a snack) closer to the beach there is a good supermarket with food and household goods of all kinds) there is also an alcohol market around the corner 😉 you need a passport with you) 20 minutes walk to the metro. On HB, you can change dinner for lunch without warning, drinks (juice, soda, coffee, etc. for free) The huge disadvantage of the hotel is that breakfast, lunch and dinner are held in the bar, which is accessible from the street and not the residents of the hotel go to it. and mostly during dinner, visitors actively smoke, and the extractor hood does not cope. In fact, it is possible to eat normally without nicotine on 3 tables in a small location at the entrance to which all hotel visitors strive, since even smokers told me that eating while someone smokes is disgusting. Unfortunately, the administration does not want to do anything about it, although they have another cafe in another wing of the hotel, but it is either closed or does not serve HB. Transfer to the beach once a day at 9:30 and back to the hotel from the beach at 12:00 (bus for 15-18 seats)and only on weekdays on weekends there is a taxi or a paid bus (the benefit is the price of a penny and a stop at the back of the hotel). A good hotel, no amenities and no problems. I took a bus to the beach and picked it up, walked to the beach 1.5 km a couple of times. The beach is nice and clean. The food at the hotel is normal. The room cleaning is good. The pool on the 5th floor is so-so, we were there once. The hotel is certainly not 4 stars, but everything is exactly normal. Nice clean hotel with helpful staff. The check-in was earlier, they were also able to evict a couple of hours later.

We had a vacation in January 2023 with family and friends. The old hotel, our faucet broke, the door handle, the air conditioner was malfunctioning, there was no balcony, things were drying out for a long time. Our windows overlooked the Hindu dormitory. We will never come back. It's a long way to all the sights, it's a long way to the beaches. There is a swimming pool for adults and children. The reception staff is trying to make a mess of you when calling a taxi. The administrator in the breakfast area constantly monitors everyone, made a scandal to our friends when mom wanted to take a couple of nuts with her child and then constantly watched our company, as if we were thieves, it was not pleasant. The location of the hotel is in the area where Indians live and it is not comfortable to walk there: men look at girls, although we did not have open areas, there are a lot of unpleasant odors, it is dirty outside.
