I liked the hotel as a whole, but there are moments. The staff is excellent. Some administrators speak pure Russian, which is very convenient. Upon check-in, we were escorted directly to the room, which is nice. The room was a little tired, but they gave me exactly the one I booked on Yandex. Travel. There were two separate beds, we moved them together. The mattresses are soft, the blankets are heavy, and you can sleep comfortably. The sound insulation is normal, but you can hear the spillway. They give you free water every day, which is a plus. But there were not enough small things, such as a shoe spoon and shelves by the bed. There's not much food nearby. We went around the area, but found nothing above average. But there is a cozy cafe right under the hotel, with a 20 percent discount for guests. The menu is normal, the prices are slightly lower than the average. In general, Istanbul is not cheap, starting from 3,000 rubles for two people. The portions are large. It was a pleasant moment. They asked me not to clean the room, but when they returned, there was a bag of water hanging on the door handle. Very cute. Breakfast is on the 6th floor, there is a terrace with a beautiful view of the Bosphorus and the Blue Mosque. The breakfasts are good, but there is little meat. There are only two types of sausage. And there are no juices, just tea, coffee and water. Overall, a good hotel with pleasant service, but there are minor flaws.

The hotel is located in a wonderful location with stunning views from the rooms. It's a real pleasure to wake up to such a landscape every morning. The surrounding city panorama inspires and energizes for the whole day! Due to an error by MTS Travel, which incorrectly booked a room and left us to deal with the problem on our own, we had to change several rooms in this hotel, we looked at several interior options. The interiors in the rooms are thought out to the smallest detail: a comfortable bed, high-quality furniture, modern appliances. The staff is friendly and helpful. We are always ready to help and resolve any issues that arise. The breakfasts are varied and delicious, in the form of a buffet, the dishes are prepared with a soul. The sunrise view is amazing! The stay at this hotel left an exceptionally positive impression.

Very poor sound insulation in the rooms. There are cracks at the top and bottom of the door, and you can hear any sneeze from the neighboring rooms, not even from the hallway. I didn't like the breakfast. There was little hot food, all without labels, and a lot of snacks. The staff created a positive impression. The location is convenient.
