If you read my last review i raved about the Josper ribeye but unfortunately with my last visit not as good...steak seemed thinner and overdone when I asked for medium, i definitely got well-done. Still good flavor but tough. Grilled veges were nice but the tea tasted like a hint of dish soap. I will try again but inconsistency in a restaurant is the worst.

I recently discovered the Lights of Tashkent restaurant, and this place is definitely worth a look. The stylish European interior, pleasant music and cozy atmosphere create an ideal space for meetings with friends, as well as for a relaxing dinner after a busy day. The cuisine is excellent — the menu is dominated by European dishes, each of which is prepared with a sense of taste and served very aesthetically. I was especially pleased with the pasta and meat dishes — everything was fresh, juicy and balanced. I don't drink myself, but it's worth noting that there is a full-fledged bar with a good selection of alcohol. This is one of the few places in the city where you can not only have a delicious meal, but also enjoy a glass of wine or a cocktail in a relaxing atmosphere. The guests were satisfied. The prices were pleasantly surprised — for such a level of quality and service, everything is more than reasonable. I'll definitely be back and I'll be happy to recommend it to my friends!

It's a wonderful place. We had dinner there with my family all the days we were in Tashkent. The food is delicious, the service is fast, the interior is cool. Keep in mind that the bill includes +20% of the service bill. There is beer and spirits on the menu.

In the heart of Tashkent there is a cafe-restaurant with a cozy interior, unobtrusive background music and a great atmosphere. These are the "Lights of Tashkent". I liked the food, the roast beef salad is dressed perfectly. The waiter is nimble and executive. You can sit on the terrace, looking at the street and passers-by, but now it's cool there, you can get inside. The restaurant is not so big, it is probably better to book a table for the evening, and there were not so many guests at lunch. Definitely, I will add it to my personal rating for regular visits.

The restaurant consists of a main hall and a terrace. Very polite and courteous waiters!!! We quickly accepted the order and brought it. The menu is large, with many different dishes. The beautiful Lights of Tashkent cafe is not far from the Opera and Ballet Theater, with European dishes on the menu (there are also national ones). We went to have dinner after the performance, just before it closed. The cafe's design is in the "cinema style", as the walls are decorated with posters in the style of the 50s and 60s. The waiter quickly brought everyone the menu. We ordered one second course and tea each. I ordered a Kiev Evening cutlet. The crispy, tender crackers that served as breadcrumbs for the cutlet are great, they don't stick to your teeth. The butter seeped onto the plate when cutting the patties. The dish is juicy, the taste is extraordinary. All the other members of our company liked the dishes they ordered too. We got another gastronomic pleasure, I recommend this place to everyone who will be in the area.

The food is normal, the portions are decent. But the parking lot is tiny for such an institution, they barely left the car for a kilometer. The table is not clean; the waiters are not careful; the dishes are brought immediately to the table, something is spilled, sauce is poured over, and so on The room itself is stuffy, the smells are not very pleasant. The toilet is located on the street and you have to wait in line for about 20 minutes.

A nice cafe in the very center of the capital. The interior provokes a very mixed reaction: it's too much for a diner, and it's not enough for a restaurant. The menu for tourists is inconvenient (you won't taste the local cuisine very much, only standard European dishes; served in periods: breakfast-lunch-evening menu), therefore, only locals are praised. However, the food is good. The main dishes are delicious! But I didn't like the salad and side dish at all. Well, how can you serve such plastic tomatoes on the table in sunny Uzbekistan?! I expected more for above-average prices! The impeccably courteous service, however, negates most of the disadvantages of this place.

While on a business trip, we walked around Tashkent, and decided to have dinner at this restaurant based on the reviews, but we were disappointed. The waiter was busy with something, anything but direct duties, he couldn't help us with the choice of dishes or suggest something, maybe a new intern... beer turned out to be the most delicious of salads and meat! The volume of dishes is significantly less than in other restaurants in the beautiful city. The location and the interior atmosphere are excellent, but people go to the restaurant to eat!
