On the 06.07.2017, I bought wired Apple earpods headphones. I made a reservation online, and when an employee gave out orders at the pick-up point, he opened the headphones and asked me to check that they were working, but he didn't take them out of the package (there were no wires visible), I just had to plug them into the phone and listen to what sound is from two headphones. When I left the store and took out the wires, they were already defective: they were broken in several places. The headphones worked for 5 days and the sound was lost in one. I took it under warranty, and the examination found that it was a marriage. The money was still returned. I wonder if they wanted to push the marriage off carefully, hiding the defect? The situation turned out to be very unpleasant
