There was a warranty incident and we sent it to the service for repair, but they refused us warranty repairs because it turned out that there was a password on the BIOS!! The laptop was purchased with the software already installed and no one even messed with the BIOS. We informed them that they could remove the password for repairs, which they refused to do. I do not recommend buying equipment in this store. Continuation of the story. A claim K-145 dated 01/27/2027 was sent, in response to which a refusal was also received with the wording "prove yourself" in the reply. The last time I waited a day, they warned me only after 20.00 and almost an hour later they delivered my goods. Why not warn when loading, because the route is planned, etc., and for example, there will be delivery around 20.00 and an hour in advance to warn, although you can plan the time until 20.00. Otherwise, a good store, the staff will almost always help, provide advice, and a selection of goods. There is a choice, but if not, the store itself has an online order and it will be delivered. Discounts and promotions are also nice, and you can save a little on bonuses. Parking is available and large. Honest review
