The store sells old laptops under the guise of new ones. There was a warranty incident and we sent it to the service for repair, but they refused us warranty repairs because it turned out that there was a password on the BIOS!! The laptop was purchased with the software already installed and no one even messed with the BIOS. We informed them that they could remove the password for repairs, which they refused to do. I do not recommend buying equipment in this store. Continuation of the story. A claim K-145 dated 01/27/2027 was sent, in response to which a refusal was also received with the wording "prove yourself" in the reply. The last time I waited a day, they warned me only after 20.00 and almost an hour later they delivered my goods. Why not warn when loading, because the route is planned, etc., and for example, there will be delivery around 20.00 and an hour in advance to warn, although you can plan the time until 20.00. Otherwise, a good store, the staff will almost always help, provide advice, and a selection of goods. There is a choice, but if not, the store itself has an online order and it will be delivered. On 12/26/2024, they purchased a phone for grandma through an online store (the description indicates FOR the ELDERLY) there is no sound in it from the word at all!!! In the store, the product was checked only for operability (on/off, since there was no suitable SIM card with me) and that's it. On 06.01.2025, they tried to return it. The phone was taken away for diagnostics. After 7 days, the store DOES NOT SEE ANY DEFECTS, so it is not going to return the money!!! DISGUSTING attitude towards customers, I will definitely not return to them again.

As a result, it took us more than an hour to wait for the refrigerator🤯 Further, we did not wait for the invoice, we asked each time to wait a little. As a result, the refusal. They started making payments at the checkout, but they couldn't immediately write off bonuses because one of the employees didn't specify something. Waiting again. I want to mention it separately for the management. Employees walk back and forth doing absolutely nothing, sometimes merging into a bunch for a "chat." Customer orientation at the lowest level. Although this store is located close to us, we will not return there anymore.

We have never clearly hit the cutout for the camera (why do we need this cutout at all if the camera is constantly gathering dust and it is inconvenient to clean the cutout). And the film doesn't reach the end of the screen if you have rounded edges.

The imposition of an additional guarantee in any of the 5 Element stores is very strong - but in fact it is still nonsense. We bought a vacuum cleaner, the factory warranty is 1 year. This Additional warranty was imposed on us with an extension of + 2 years. They said that you can do whatever you want with a vacuum cleaner, even throw it off the roof of a house. There will be no problems, everything will be replaced or the money will be refunded. In fact: 1.5 years have passed. The vacuum cleaner began to make a lot of noise and the traction was lost. I brought it to the store, they told me that this is not a warranty case. They took it for diagnosis - they revealed that it was not used for its intended purpose (construction dust). And they refused to replace it. As it turned out, according to this additional guarantee, it cannot be replaced. Bottom line: the warranty is valid for only 1 year for factory defects. And the additional warranty is valid for 1 year after purchase. And the rest of the time goes to factory defects. Don't spend extra money for this nonsense

The next day he was brought in by some nervous deliverymen who assume that if you talk boorishly, things will go faster. Then we let the refrigerator settle after the street, unpacked - marriage. The door is crooked, there is a gap on top, even the elastic band fits loosely and the cold easily leaves the refrigerator. We contacted the store by phone - they said to throw off the photo via Viber and wait, they say they decide with the management. As a result, after 4 days there is no information. We went to the store - they said they were deciding and had already ordered an examination. In the evening they call and say that we ourselves should order an examination. OK! Ordered. Then we went to the store with a request to provide a copy or confirmation that our appeal was accepted - nothing was given. We say that let's write a second application in paper - they said that it is not accepted and they do not accept it... At my insistence, they still wrote. In a reply letter, the manager wrote that their employees are not specialists and cannot evaluate, they need to be given for examination. So why did you think for 4 days then? Were you dragging your feet? The manager also wrote in a letter that we did not provide the refrigerator for examination ... According to the law, you yourself, in case of a dispute, should order an examination, and not force the client to do it. And yes, when writing the application, I informed the managers that I had already ordered it, but for some reason they did not inform the management. Well, guys, screenshots and correspondence with statements certified by your employees are all available. An amazing experience. I wonder if we'll get to court? It's not clear from the photos and videos that you sold me a marriage, right? The main thing is to sell it and not take it back. If an ignorant pensioner would buy such a miracle from you, he would return the figs.

The seller advertised the model and I was completely satisfied with it. When checking the availability, it turned out that this is one sample and its cost is 1,499 rubles!!!!!!! He offered to order for tomorrow, assuring me that he would come in the morning, but I had to pay for it in full. Result. Of course, the vacuum cleaner did not arrive in the morning!!!! And the fifth element has been using my money for twenty-four hours!!!!! Can you explain it to me, please???? The line operator says expect to arrive!!!!! I consider it a scam.

She rudely informed that there was no product and all claims should be sent to the online store. It is very sad to see such an attitude towards customers in a large network; non-professionals work. The mood is ruined... and the product is also missing ( After leaving a review, representatives of the online store contacted me, the issue was partially resolved. They promised to deliver the goods on January 9, 2017. On the appointed day, I received an SMS message saying that you are not picking up the goods and the shelf life is about to expire.
