I have a question for the store: why do you sell bad products at all? Or maybe you already need to deal with the employees? And this example is not unique in your network! Consultants behave similarly in Grodno! As a result, you lose those customers who are willing to pay quite decent money. As a result: a spoiled mood (twice!), the car (which you have in almost every store) was picked up in another network. I don't want to go into the 5th element after all this.

After visiting element 5, only negative emotions remained. I ordered the product online, and upon receipt of the product, the consultant checked for bonuses and sent me to pay for the product. When paying, I showed the cashier the bonus card, but the cashier did not take it. She said that the bonuses have been taken into account (but the cost has not changed). I was outraged and went back to the consultant to clarify what was going on. She talked to the cashier and said that I had not placed any bonuses when placing the order. I always ordered online and presented a bonus card at the checkout (I have a bonus card on another number) and never had any questions. The consultants laughed and said no luck. That's the attitude we have towards our clients.
