After visiting element 5, only negative emotions remained. I ordered the product online, and upon receipt of the product, the consultant checked for bonuses and sent me to pay for the product. When paying, I showed the cashier the bonus card, but the cashier did not take it. She said that the bonuses have been taken into account (but the cost has not changed). I was outraged and went back to the consultant to clarify what was going on. She talked to the cashier and said that I had not placed any bonuses when placing the order. I always ordered online and presented a bonus card at the checkout (I have a bonus card on another number) and never had any questions. The consultants laughed and said no luck. That's the attitude we have towards our clients.
